In October, 1991, corruption-fighting whistleblower Rodney Stich submitted to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Byron White an emergency petition that reported serious corruption in key government positions, resulting in great harm—and reported the attacks upon the whistleblower to halt his exposure efforts—which included major violations of constitutionally protected rights, along with violations that were criminal acts.
Such petitions are responded to by the clerk of the U.S. Supreme
Court, through a formal denial notice or notice of additional action. In this

Unprecedented National Security Issues
Raised in Emergency Petition To
U.S. Supreme Court Justice
The 70-page Emergency Petition was sent to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Byron White. Among the serious ongoing corruption among the leaders in the three branches of the federal government that had—and would continue to have—a series of catastrophic consequences, and were subverting fundamental protections, that were brought to the attention of Justice White, were the following:
A detailed statement of the corrupt and criminal acts of people in key government positions, and the resulting catastrophic consequences resulting from that misconduct.
Revealed the misconduct that resulted in prior airline tragedies and other harm—that should not have occurred without the corrupt conduct and cover-ups. It also reveals the corrupt conduct and cover-ups that made possible the subsequent harm and American tragedies, including the series of al Qaeda success, two wars and much more. The culture of criminality and cover-ups—continues, until enough courageous people react to their responsibilities.
The unlawful, unconstitutional, and criminal acts taken against the corruption fighting activist, inflicting great personal and financial harm upon him, through sham criminal contempt of court (and six months prison) and other sham legal actions. These years of attacks involved covert FBI-CIA law firms and their attorneys, California judges, federal judges, and requiring a powerful force in the federal government to coordinate and protect the perpetrators. That would be a powerful force inside the U.S. Department of Justice—the same group where decades of murders were routine and rewarded.
Required an investigation of the federal crimes and the perpetrators, under the responsibilities of the federal crime reporting statute, Title 18 U.S.C. § 4.
The relationship of the reported corruption and the series of resulting harm—including numerous catastrophic consequences. (Similar filings were submitted to other Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court over a period of years.)
In no other modern industrial nation have such serious misconduct existed among the government leaders.

Corrupt Conduct Stated in That Emergency Petition
Catastrophic events caused, or enabled, by the corruption stated in that Emergency Petition, had preceded that filing. Even worse catastrophic events, caused or enabled by the corruption stated in that petition, followed Justice White's unprecedented response and apology. His unusual response reflected the seriousness that he gave to the charges, and his willingness to help. His response indicated a desire to cover-up by the other Supreme Court Justices. Also, an even more powerful force somewhere in the federal government that caused a Supreme Court Justice to do nothing when presented with information resulting in a long line of catastrophic events and national security matters, which would surely continue. The issues included criminal matters in all three branches of the federal government, and major constitutional violations.

Much of the above grave tragedies and deaths could have been prevented if the Justices had not refused to respond to the filings of the corruption-fighting whistleblower, the first of multiple filings in the 1970s.
This matter has much more intrigue, requiring the exercise of mental energy, and a basic understanding of real world events, to understand the gravity of these matters to national security and the lives of the American people.

The lawsuit was based on their cover-ups of serious tragedies-related
corruption, in which the Justices did not deny the charges, relying upon
their immunity from lawsuits. That lawsuit was filed two years prior to the
personal letter from Justice Byron White to Stich. Justice White's apology
was sent while that lawsuit was pending.
Subsequent similar emergency petition sent to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Blackmun in 1992. No reaction, despite the recent corrupt conduct of Department of Justice personnel in the sham prosecution involved in the Pan Am Flight 103 bombing; the protection of the actual bombers; the murderous conduct of FBI-DOJ personnel in the Boston and New York City offices; and much more, with worse shortly coming.

Pastor Martin Niemöller (1892–1984) first supported the rise of Adolf Hitler, and then upon learning the truth, and objecting, he was imprisoned. He wrote a poem about the state of denial of Germans about what Hitler was doing. Probably no better example could be shown than what has been done to the American people, in their name, while they ignored the outrages.
The first step is to become informed. And with the vast cover-ups, disinformation, and blatant lying by U.S. politicians, media personnel, and political pundits, this requires a little effort. In searching for information, don't be misled by wild conspiracy theories, and go where facts can be found, including courageous (and foolish) insiders who speak out in defense of the country.
Sadly, fewer people read such books
(preferring trivia reading), rarely read newspapers (which is one
