Another Side to How U.S. War Veterans
Are Actually Treated in the United StatesIt sounds good to profess appreciation for military war veterans in the United States, especially while so many of them are being killed and maimed on the basis of serial lying by White House and congressional politicians. But history shows this respect for war veterans is a farce. The often time meaningful appreciation is to keep the people, including the military veterans themselves, from learning just how military veterans have been and will be treated. Examples:
Richard Taus, highly decorated helicopter pilot in the Vietnam War.
After serving two tours of duty in Vietnam, Taus became an FBI Special Agent, working in the New York offices, under supervisory special agent Lindley DeVecchio. In that position, Taus discovered and tried to report such corrupt acts as (a) CIA operations disguised as a financial company; (b) the unlawful funding and arming of Iraq during the Reagan-Bush administrations; (c) criminal activities of the Colombo Mafia family; and (d) other corrupt acts.
His supervisory Special Agent, Lindley DeVecchio repeatedly blocked him from continuing his investigations.
Taus circumvented the corrupt obstruction of justice by his FBI superiors, and contacted members of Congress. Instead of acting on the information of corruption within the FBI, and the corruption that Taus was revealing, members of Congress notified the FBI.
The FBI then filed false charges against Taus, and then had corrupt local prosecutors file additional charges against him. A corrupt state judge denied him standard due process, and Taus, the highly decorated war veteran, was sentenced to 80 years in prison. He is now imprisoned at Dannemora, New York.
Ironically, in 2006, circumventing the usual FBI and Justice Department cover-ups, a Brooklyn district attorney filed multiple murder charges against DeVecchio. Details about Taus, and DeVecchio, are found in the book, FBI, CIA, the Mob, and Treachery.

After serving in the U.S. Navy throughout World War II, Stich became an international airline
captain, and then went with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), as an air safety inspector-investigator assigned to several airlines. A surge in fatal airline disasters, most of which occurred at United Airlines, caused the FAA to give Stich the assignment to correct the conditions responsible for the worst series of airline disasters in the nation's history. During this assignment he discovered massive corruption at United Airlines and within the FAA that caused and enabled the airlines crashes to occur.
His attempts to report and correct the deadly problems were blocked by powerful forces at United Airlines and within the FAA. In a feat never before accomplished, Stich used the law in such a manner that he acted as an independent prosecutor, conducted several months of hearings. During the hearing, three more fatal airline disasters occurred, each caused by the problems that Stich reported and sought to correct.
The gravity of the corruption and deaths caused the system to circle the wagons and block the information from being revealed. Stich then left government service. As the airline disasters continued to occur, arising from the deep-seated culture within the FAA, Stich again sought to tackle the problems. He published the first of many books in 1978 and started appearing as guest and expert on hundreds of radio and television shows.
The publicity from these actions caused other government agents to contact him, with knowledge of corrupt and criminal activities in other areas of government. He then sought to expose these matters. these were crimes against the United States, with serious consequences in various areas affected by the corruption, including national security.
Powerful forces in government, and CIA-front law firms and lawyers that eagerly joined the scheme, then started a number of schemes to halt his exposure activities. (Some of the corruption that he sought to expose in the FAA, FBI and CIA were of the type that made the scheme, and the hijackings of four airliners on 9/11, possible.)
The tactics used are detailed in an Internet site and in several of the books that he has written.
After leaving the FAA, Stich invested in California real estate, and had acquired $10 million in real estate. These assets funded his attack upon the corruption that constituted crimes against the United States. These assets were corruptly seized by cooperating federal judges. The seizure of his life assets converted him from a multi-millionaire to a state of poverty; but the continued his dogged efforts seeking to protect vital U.S. interests against the literal Trojan horse corruption of vital U.S. interests.
As he discovered areas of additional corruption from his many sources, he filed federal actions seeking to report the federal crimes under the federal crime reporting statute. One such lawsuit was filed shortly prior to 9/11, that exposed the corruption that was primarily responsible for the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to hijack four airliners on 9/11, and one shortly after 9/11 to report the corruption that made the tragedies possible.
Federal judges and Justice Department prosecutors enlarged on their prior retaliation by sentencing Stich to six months in federal prison for violating an unlawful and unconstitutional court order barring him for the remainder of his life from filing any papers in any federal court. The intent of those orders were to prevent him from reporting the criminal activities in high government offices that he and his group of other former government agents had discovered, and prevent him from exercising federal defenses against the legal and judicial misconduct that stripped him o the assets tha6t funded his exposure activities.
Many members of Congress were contacted during the many years that Stich and other former federal agents―including former military veterans―sought to halt the deadly corruption. Not a single one reacted, making them culpable in the many tragic consequences.
Ironically, this former war veteran, was imprisoned, and stripped of his life assets, for trying to defend the United States against criminal and treasonous misconduct. Put another way, the imprisonment and impoverishment prevented him from exposing the corruption that made 9/11 possible, and all of its catastrophic consequences.
Stories of Other Military Veterans
In the various books written by Stich and his group of insiders are the stories of other military veterans who were attacked and suffered greatly to silence them from revealing what they had learned about corruption in covert and overt government operations.
Operation Tailwind and Abandoned POWs
Among the many people who provided Stich with insider information have been former CIA and former military personnel who were part of Operation Tailwind, the scheme to eliminate American GIs who had defected. The details, provided by insiders, are found in the book, Defrauding America, Also, the abandoned POWs is another form of disposable GIs.
Still Another Side to the Contempt for Former War Veterans
Millions of people heard about these tragedies from books and radio and television appearances. Many have voiced their appreciation, or have remarked about the books. Most, however, did absolutely nothing to help them fight the corruption that was destroying major national protections. They too share a blame in the harm that these foolish former war veterans suffered for coming to the defense of the United States after leaving military service.
