Deadly Side to U.S. Torture and Information Practices Considerable attention was given to the brutal torture tactics authorized by politicians in the George Bush presidency and carried out by CIA personnel. But not known was another and more bizarre−and deadly−side to the need for advance notice of terrorist plans. This page addressed that side, based about insider information obtained by former federal agent Rodney Stich. Brutal Torture Practices That Alienated People Around the World Against the United States The partial release of classified memos by the Obama administration in April 2008, the prior publication of shocking reports of the torture practices obtained by the Red Cross, and published in the New York Review of Books, made people aware of the brutal tactics used. Among the brutal torture tactics revealed were: Water boarding in trying to obtain information from prisoners, including the Waterboarding of two suspects 256 times in a one month period. Placing detainees in a small box, along with insects or rats. Slamming detainees against a wall. And much more. No known material information on planned terrorist attacks was obtained through years of brutal torture tactics. Compare these brutal tactics with the explosive information on planned terrorist attacks that were ignored so as to protect key FBI-DOJ personnel. Why U.S. Agencies did not Act on the Advance Notice of the Terrorist Attacks U.S. agencies did not act on the critical information that Scarpa passed on to local FBI agents. on the planned terrorist attacks, because they never received the information. The information on the planned terrorist attacks were not passed along to other government entities that could have taken action to prevent the success of the terrorist attacks. One Leg of a Multi-Leg National Scandal Although local FBI agents considered the information provided by the former Mafia soldier directly from the key al Qaeda source as highly creditable−as it obviously was, coming from the infamous al Qaeda operative Ramzi Yousef himself−high FBI-DOJ personnel prevented the information from becoming known to other government entities. This decision was motivated by the need to protect themselves. Passing that invaluable national security information to other government entities would have focused on the credibility of the mole inside the al Qaeda cell providing the information. That mole, former Mafia soldier, Gregory Scarpa, Jr., was scheduled to testify in several murder trials about the murders that his father committed with a key FBI supervisor in the New York offices. And that testimony would not reveal the years of murders by that FBI supervisor, but the felony cover-ups by higher FBI-DOJ personnel. In addition, the already proven murders perpetrated by FBI agents in the Boston FBI offices would have revealed the criminal culture inside the U.S. Department of Justice. Torture Does Not Occur in a Vacuum: Fed by Culture of Corruption in U.S. This type of corruption does not occur in a vacuum, and just one tentacle of the criminal activities described in the related documentary books. Corruption does not occur in a vacuum. And cover-ups lead to the need for more cover-ups and more criminal acts. For instance: One of the high DOJ personnel involved in the original withholding of advance notice of the terrorists attacks was a female DOJ official who was one of the key members on, the 9/11 Commission. Their report covered up for the many people and groups that by their corrupt acts made it possible for the 9/11 terrorists to so easily hijack four airliners on September 11, 2001, kill nearly 3,000 people, and set in motion U.S. reactions that killed a far greater number of people. . New York State prosecutors and New York State and federal officials become involved in having to cover up for the murders by the FBI supervisor. The full story is found in the explosive book, Crimes of the FBI-DOJ, and the Mafia, based on years of continual communications by author Rodney Stich with the mole and with an FBI agent who worked under the FAA supervisor involved in murders with the Mafia capo. Many Accomplices Protected These Criminal Acts And Became Enablers to Catastrophic Events Information about these matters were known to many people in key government positions. Former federal agent Rodney Stich sent letters to numerous people in government reporting these matters, and which required them to take immediate actions. For instance: Letters sent to every member of the House Judiciary Committee in 2003, advising them that the sender had inside information on murders perpetrated by a key FBI supervisor and a feared Mafia mobster. The reason for sending them the letters were because they were conducting hearings into the murders perpetrated by FBI agents in the Boston offices with organized crime figures. (Except for local coverage, U.S. media kept this information from the American public.) One of the letters was to Chairman Tom Davis of the Committee on Government Reform. There was no response, despite the gravity of showing FBI agents in other offices engaging in murders by criminally misusing their FBI offices and positions. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) October 23, 2003, letter to Congressman Davis. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) October 27, 2003, letter to Congressman Davis. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) Another letter was sent to committee member Congressman Henry Waxman seeking to provide the names of Mafia and mobster members who cold provide testimony on FBI criminal activities. August 1, 2003 letter to Congressman Waxman. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) He never requested the important information. Waxman did send me a July 14, 2003, letter stating: "Thank you for your correspondence regarding the House Government Reform Committee's recent hearings on the Department of Justice's use of informants. Per your request, I have enclosed a copy of William Bulger's testimony before the committee. Letters sent in 2009 to the following people advising them about certain segments of this multi-legged crime spree: March 23, 2009, certified letter to New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, relating to FBI murders perpetrated with organized crime and Mafia figures. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) March 24, 2009, certified letter to New York State Inspector General Joseph Fisch, relating to the above. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) March 7, 2009, certified letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Jr. making him aware of the corrupt activities in his area of responsibilities and the catastrophic consequences arising from the misconduct. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) March 7, 2009, certified letter to President Barack Obama, meeting him aware of the serious charges. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) February 22, 2009, faxes and letters to over 50 members of the House and Senate, making them aware of these corrupt activities and the consequences. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) List of the members of Congress receiving the material. February 6, 2009, letter by to Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes. The significant of that letter arises from the fact that he protected high Department of Justice personnel by dropping four murder charges against former FBI supervisory Lindley DeVecchio, as if on cue, under highly suspicious circumstances. That was done after the sworn testimony of one of the key witnesses, Linda Schiro was given. He falsely charged that her testimony about murders involving her common-law husband, Gregory Scarpa Sr. and FBI supervisor Lindley DeVecchio. Subsequent to that, an independent investigation by a retired judge held that her testimony was highly creditable. That official report required that the murder charges be refiled. Hynes never responded to that letter. If he had, it would have provided additional support to the belief that he obstructed justice so as to protect key FBI-DOJ personnel. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF) Not a single response was received on these continuing serious matters that constituted crimes against the United States. But There Were More Accomplices The corruption that former federal agent Rodney Stich was attempting to expose was the same corruption that for years Federal judges repeated blocked the former federal agent from reporting, which federal judges had a mandatory duty under the federal crime reporting statute to receive. Department of Justice personnel repeatedly blocked from being reported. To halt the exposure activities, Federal judges and Department of Justice personnel charged the former federal agent with criminal contempt of court for attempting to report the criminal activities/retaliation for attempting to make such report. What is stated here is simple one tentacle of the vast endemic corruption involving people in key positions, making the American public victims.
