Title 18 U.S.C. § 1621. Perjury generally. Whoever (1) having taken an oath before a competent tribunal ... willfully and contrary to such oath states ... any material matter which he does not believe to be true, he shall be fined ... or imprisoned ...
Perjury occurred during the adversary hearing that FAA air carrier inspector-investigator forced upon the FAA. FAA officials in Denver FAA air safety grievance hearing repeatedly testified the reverse of what they felt to be true; FAA attorneys and officials suborned such perjured testimony, and very possibly, Justice Department officials. Also, Justice Department officials and federal judges have repeatedly stated facts in the federal actions filed by Stich that were known to be false; and such statements were further made in the sham California law suit. The results were a continuation of the corruption that enabled to continue a series of preventable airline disasters and deaths, including the hijacking of four airliners on September 11, 2001.
