Understanding Ripple Effects Linked to High-Level Corruption The least-understood, and one of the most important factors in the tragedies inflicted upon the American people, and of great harm to the fabric of the United States, is the ripple or "Butterfly" effect. Great tragedies result from seemingly far remote actions. Although there are far more areas in which American people have, are, and will continue to suffer great personal and financial harm from corrupt, seemingly remote, or not recognizes actions, this link focuses on the ripple effects ending in decades of great American aviation disasters. Former federal agent Rodney Stich, with decades of unusual aviation background with an even more unusual access to government intrigue, is well qualified to speak and provide evidence eon this relationship. Although the relationship is easy to understand—if a person will exert the mental energy to look at the facts and evidence—and despite over 3,000 radio and TV appearances since 1978, and over a dozen highly detailed books by Stich (plus the many others written by insiders, a sizeable segment of the American public is still oblivious of these matters. And in that way, they have repeatedly become victims and enablers. Here goes for another try. This illustration shall start with the dozens of aviation crashes and terrorist acts that occurred from about 1950 to about 1980, some occurring every few weeks, and almost all of them preventable and often foreseen. The information and evidence in these two books, if understood and used, could do more to clear out the crud in government than any other known information. This is not a conspiracy site; it is factual! Highlights of Seemingly Remote Misconduct And Catastrophic Events, Including 9/11: Culture of corruption in the FAA responsible for specific airline disasters during the past 50 years, including the 9/11 hijackings. This culture has repeatedly blocked the reporting of major safety problems and the implementation of corrective measures that could halt the continuing series of preventable aviation disasters. Unprecedented action by FAA inspector Rodney Stich, acting similar to an independent prosecutor, conducting several weeks of hearings before an administrative law judge and generating 4500 pages of reporters transcripts. Part of the closing brief filed by Stich. Three additional major airline crashes that occurred while the hearings conducted by Stich were in progress. Each of the fatal crashes was caused by the very same safety problems that Stich had reported in writing, for which the standard obstacle to corrective actions occurred, and for which Stich suffered retaliation for making such reports. One of the crashes was a textbook example of how people are killed from the ripple effects of misconduct seemingly far removed from the disaster. Joint report (August 8, 1966) to FAA administrator by FAA airline safety inspector and head of the FAA Sky Marshall program about massive corruption within the FAA resulting in a continuing series of preventable airline disasters. The frequent ripple effects continued to occur for the following 15 years, until actions taken elsewhere resulted in a reduced frequency of preventable airline disasters. But they still occurred. Among those that did occur in a continuing series were the four easily preventable airline hijackings on September 11, 2001. The ripple effects from those 3,000 deaths were even worse than the events on that tragic day. To this day, none of the enablers within the United States have been identified or punished, and the nation still relies upon these same people and their culture to defend the United States, and prevent needless air disasters, and consequences from other forms of corruption that continues to inflict great harm upon the American people, the nation itself, and people of other countries. Enablers to the Calamitous 9/11 Airline Hijackings In response to the 9/11 hijackings, U.S. politicians authorized starting two wars against nations that they claimed played a role in the 9/11 hijackings: Afghanistan, for allowing segments of al Qaeda members to reside in the remote mountainous areas of the country. No evidence existed, or even claimed, that the Afghan government knew of the planned attacks on 9/11. The country's request for evidence was ignored by U.S. politicians. Iraq, alleging that Iraq was involved in planning the 9/11 attacks. There was not a shred of evidence to support that charge. On the contrary, the al Qaeda group would have been a threat to Iraq's leaders and if anything, Iraq could be expected to block any involvement of al Qaeda in Iraqi affairs. Primary Enablers of the 9/11 Hijackers Were Key Members of U.S. Government and Society Hard evidence shows that the primary enablers of the 9/11 hijackers were key people min the government of the United States with assistance from two primary non-government sectors. The following highlights describe where the evidence is located: Primary Blame for 9/11 and History of Preventable Aviation Disasters: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) The deep-seated culture of corruption and incompetence in the FAA repeatedly blocked the reporting of, and the implementation of changes for known safety problems responsible for 50 years of specific airline disasters that could have been prevented. It was this culture that blocked the implementation of easily accomplished measures that would have blocked the 9/11 terrorists from gaining control of the airliners that they flew to destruction. The ripple effects are most obvious here. A smaller responsibility existed from the corruption, even criminal acts, of a small group at United Airlines, that became a symbiotic with the corruption in the FAA, each feeding upon the other, with political links. Their misconduct was responsible for a large number of fatal crashes and hundreds of deaths of passengers and crew. That misconduct had a ripple effect on 9/11, when several hundred additional crewmembers and passengers on United Airlines jets were victims of the terrorists. Ripple effects in 9/11−and many earlier airline disasters−arose from the early involvement of the political members of the National Transportation Safety Board. They were kept informed of the pattern of corrupt activities in the FAA and at United Airlines, and repeatedly covered up. Their cover-ups resulted in a continuation of the conditions and a continuation of the crashes and deaths. They then had to falsify the official accident reports to omit any reference to the behind-the-scene misconduct−and their own involvement as enablers. Secondary, and More Felonious Enablers: FBI-DOJ Employees Culture of corruption in the FBI and other divisions of the U.S. Department of Justice. Their misconduct constituted another area of blame for the awesome events of September 11, 2001. The closest act of known misconduct by employees of the FBI-DOJ to the 9/11 hijacking was the withholding of critical information obtained from inside a key al Qaeda cell headed by the infamous Ramzi Yousef about several planned terrorist attacks on U.S. targets that did occur. From the 1960s, when FAA inspector Rodney Stich was reporting the corruption in the FAA related to a series of brutal and preventable airline disasters, the people in the various Department of Justice offices repeatedly covered up. These were criminal acts under the obstruction of justice statutes. Stich had been given the assignment to correct the conditions that were at that time responsible for the worst series of airline disasters in the nation's history. Corrupt and Felonious Acts of 9/11 Enablers Federal Judges Probably the most heavily documented example of corrupt and even criminal activities that knowingly covered up for the corruption related to prior airline disasters−and other areas affected by corruption of people in covert and overt activities−and enablers to the 9/11 catastrophic events, were a hoard of federal judges. Starting in the late 1970s, federal judges repeatedly blocked former federal agent Rodney Stich from reporting the federal crimes to a federal court as required to be reported under the federal crime reporting statute and as is the right and the responsibility of any citizen under Title 28 USC § 1361. These judicial acts were felonies under the obstruction of justice statutes. Over 50 federal judges were directly involved, plus the many other federal judges who knew of the judicial corruption and remained quite, becoming complicitors. Starting in 1986, federal judges issued unlawful and unconstitutional orders permanently barring the former federal agent from filing any papers in any federal district or appellate court. Those orders knowingly blocked him from reporting the criminal activities that he and a group of other former government agents and insiders had discovered during their official duties. The orders also blocked the former federal agent from seeking to halt the harm inflicted upon him by a series of sham lawsuits involving over 50 lawyers and law firms, whose actions violated massive numbers of state and federal laws and acted to halt his exposure activities. In that way, federal judges were protecting the hoard of lawyers that were engaging in parallel schemes to accomplish the same goal as the federal judges: block the reporting by Stich of continuing high-level corruption. Criminal Contempt of Court Charges For Exposing Corruption That Made 9/11 Possible In 1987, U.S. Attorney David Levi, along with several federal judges in the federal courts at Sacramento, California, charged the former federal agent with criminal contempt of court for attempting to report the ongoing criminal activities. Stich was being accused of criminal contempt of court by the Department of Justice and federal judges that had repeatedly engaged in criminal acts arising from blocking a former federal agent and witness from reporting crimes against the United States. The people involved in that scheme committed criminal acts in addition to obstructing justice, the criminal act of inflicting harm upon a former federal agent and witness to keep him from providing evidence of crimes against the United States and retaliation for having attempted to make such reports. Supreme Court Justices who repeatedly were notified of the criminal activities which they also had a duty to receive; who repeatedly covered up for the corrupt activities of federal judges over whom they had supervisory responsibilities; the repeated cover-ups of the felonious criminal contempt of court charges for having attempted to report crimes against the United States; and their failure to act on the repeated violations of civil rights, which made them guilty under the federal statute related to criminal violations of civil rights. In addition to being aggressive enablers responsible for great national tragedies, the ripple effects from their misconduct led to the U.S. invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, events that would not have happened if the 9/11 terrorist attacks had failed. Lawyers and Law Firms The following sites provide addition and specific information for those who are really interested in the corruption that has mutated throughout government and society, and continues to inflict great harm upon the American people and the nation. San Francisco CIA-FBI-front law firm of Friedman, Sloan, and Ross, and the most active lawyers in the tactics, that commenced the series of sham lawsuits that knowingly hindered the former federal agent from reporting the continuing corruption and continuing tragedies. The California judges who become part of the scheme, whose conduct met the definition of a racketeering enterprise. Sampling of the state and federal laws that California judges repeatedly violated from 1982 to 1988. A South Carolina law firm, with FBI ties, than filed a sham lawsuit in 2001, that required and obtained the cooperation of South Carolina judges. That sham law suit was then followed by another one filed by the Los Angeles area law firm of Guerrin. Except for the Friedman law firm, who received much of the $10 million in assets seized from the former federal agent, there was no money that could have been obtained by the other lawyers and law firms. Someone was funding and orchestrating their conduct, and the evidence strongly supports that source to be in the U.S. Department of Justice. All of these people, who became enablers of great catastrophic events, met the definition of criminal accomplices who knowingly acted to cover up for continuing criminal activities and the continuing awesome consequences. Thanks to the over 50 lawyers and law firms, over a dozen California judges, and over 50 federal judges who were directly involved in the parallel and obviously coordinated schemes, the corruption continued. All knew that the prior consequences, of which they were fully aware of, would continue. And the consequences certainly did continue, not only in the aviation sectors, but in many other areas tragically affecting the American people. Members of Congress Members of Congress who were repeatedly told of the corruption during a 40-year-period, while the corruption was repeatedly involved in preventable airline disasters, and who in every case covered up, thereby guilty of misprision of felonies and obstruction of justice. Among the most recently publicized national tragedies made possible by both the passive and active conduct of members were the 9/11 and subsequent events and the housing and financial debacles. Other Passive Enablers ACLU lawyers who were made aware of the criminalizing of the federal and California courts, who knew of the efforts to obstruct justice, and who covered up, including covering up for the ACLU lawyers involved in the series of sham lawsuits. Media people, who were repeatedly told of the corruption, and who covered up. Political pundits that withheld the truth, or worse, becoming aggressive enablers by distorting the facts, such as those who repeatedly covered up for the lying by President George Bush and his shills that led the United States into two wars, that helped to dumb down the American people. The see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing, segment of the American public, who were aware of the charges by government insiders, and who were too cowardly, too indifferent, too much in denial, and with such a low level of integrity, that they made no effort to help fight the deadly corruption. Analysis of Blame Ratio Aggressive and felonious enablers included: Federal judges, their series of cover-ups, and their retaliation to block exposure of deadly corruption. Department of Justice employees, their silencing tactics, and the involvement of FBI agents in murders. Lawyers and law firms, engaged in parallel efforts to block exposure of deadly corruption. Key people in the government's aviation safety offices, the culture of incompetence and corruption, and series of deadly ripple effects. Passive enablers involved in repeated cover-ups, a crime, included: Media people who knew of the misconduct and repeatedly covered up. ACLU lawyers who were repeatedly notified of the corruption, and especially that of federal judges and other lawyers, for the past 30 years. Federal judges who were not directly implicated but knew what was going on. Supreme Court Justices who knew what was being done by federal judges over whom they had supervisory responsibilities and who chose to cover-up, becoming accessory-after-the-fact to crimes that had repeated fatal consequences, the most recent and most publicized being the 9/11 hijackings, that they helped to occur. Members of Congress, who were repeatedly provided details and evidence of the various criminal activities by present and former government agents and other insiders, and repeatedly covered up. These members of Congress had a moral responsibility, a responsibility as members of Congress in committees having oversight of the particular area, and a responsibility under federal criminal statutes. Repeatedly, they aided and abetted the criminal acts by their cover-ups, enabling the American people and the nation to suffer decades of great personal and financial harm, deaths, and catastrophic events. Another group: victims and enablers. Anyone who knows of a federal crime has a duty to report it, or be charged with a crime for failure to do so. Further, where that person, or group, knows of the corruption and the consequences, they are not in a position to complain when they are subsequently either a direct victim or affected as a group by the corruption—and today's protests about corruption in government is a typical example. Except, they haven't gotten even near to the hard core cordruption that has affected them. Millions of Americans were made aware of these matters, and millions more would have been aware of the harmful and deadly corruption if they read serious reading material instead of obsessed with trivia. The American people who either, out of mental incompetence, ignorance by refusal to read meaningful material, apathy, or lack of moral character, failed to show outrage, helped to make possible 9/11 and other catastrophic events. Future Consequences of Corruption, Cover-Ups, and Indifference, Were Obvious Earlier catastrophic events made obvious the future consequences that occurred, and 9/11 was, and is, only one example in a continuing series of terrorist successes, preventable airline disasters, and other harm, such as the housing and financial frauds that exploded in 2007, many of them enabled, or caused, by the same culture and the same people and groups. The series of forewarned terrorist attacks, that were kept secret so as to prevent exposing the murders perpetrated by a key FBI supervisor, occurred in the following sequence: TWA Flight 800, departing a New York City airport was downed, shortly thereafter, with strong evidence of a terrorist act, and forewarned. The U.S. Embassies in Kenya and Tanzania were bombed with heavy loss of life. The hijackings of U.S. airliners occurring on September 11, 2001. American Airlines Flight 587, crashed shortly after takeoff from New York City's JFK Airport, a week after the 9/11 Hijackings in the same area. Evidence exists of a terrorist act. Deaths by cremation or dismemberment in fraud-related airline disasters. Prison sentences for innocent people, sometimes life in prison. Often results from the culture of lying by prosecutors, threatening or rewarding people to give false testimony against innocent people. 38,000 thousand killed Americans in Korea, and thousands more maimed for life. Put end-to-end, the bodies of the dead would stretch for 40 miles. 58,000 killed Americans in Vietnam. End-to-end, the dead would stretch for 60 miles. Thousands of Americans killed and maimed in Iraq. Tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis killed from U.S. military actions. Impoverishment of thousands who exercised the statutory protections of Chapter 11, unaware of the widespread corruption of federal judges, federal trustees, lawyers, law firms, and their associates. Worldwide hatred for Americans, never-before growth for people wanting to kill Americans. Today, the consequences will hit home, as such weapons as suitcase nuclear bombs that have been obtained by terrorists will eventually be used. Massive indebtedness that could lead to a 1930 type of depression, but with riots and anarchy instead of the prior reasonable level of recognition for law. FBI agents in the Boston FBI office engaging in murders for years, with the Bulger criminal group, which was known to FBI and DOJ officials in Washington. FBI supervisory agent in the New York offices engaging in murders for years with the Colombo Mafia family, which was known to other FBI and DOJ officials. Middle East destabilization with countless areas of ripple effects, most not recognized by the people, partly made possible by White House and other politicians catering to Israel despite its invasion and occupation of another country and brutality upon its citizens. With much of the American population involved in more trivia than in the past, with no one of courage standing up to fight this type of corruption, the ripple effects can only worsen.
