Post September 11 Conduct: Protecting the Guilty
Following the September 11, 2001, multiple terrorist hijackings, there was a combination of protecting the guilty, combined with continuation of the conditions that played a major secondary role in the deaths of 3,000 people, and an urgent need to cover up. Consider the following:
The primary cause for the success of the four groups of hijackers on September 11, 2001, was not simply an intelligence failure. It was a multitude of conditions combined with corruption and even criminal activities.
Documented conditions within the federal air safety agencies prevented the federal government from meeting its air safety responsibilities, and that is primarily the FAA. These have been repeated reported to members of Congress, the media, the Justice Department, for years. Finally, an attempt was made to circumvent the endemic cover-ups by publishing books seeking to inform and motivate enough people to show some semblance of outrage that could force corrective actions. This did not occur. These matters are detailed and documented by an insider in the third edition of Unfriendly Skies. Until these conditions are addressed--and they won't be--the repeated deja vu warnings willing be ignored, and the tragedies will continue. Sophisticated terrorists can easily outsmart the amateurish protections by FAA management and the politicians that have taken over the role of a competent FAA administrator, which had not existed for years.

Repeated cover-ups by federal judges who blocked the reporting of the criminal and even subversive activities that were being reported by a group of government agents under the federal crime reporting statute, Title 18 U.S.C. § 4. Do not underestimate the gravity of this matter. Details are in the book and in federal lawsuits that have been filed. This subject can easily fill a book itself, and an understanding of the role of federal judges in the September 11 tragedies will reveal matters of grave significance to the people of the United States.
Shifting attention from the hardcore corruption in government to the more subtle matter of an intelligence failure or "who knew what and when," is a typical strategy to control the political damage.
There was ample intelligence information available for the FAA to have taken action. Orders could have been issued that could within 24 hours have caused basic corrective actions to have been taken on board all airliners that would have prevented the September 11 fatal hijackings--just as FAA inspectors had been repeatedly reporting for the prior 40 years of fatal hijackings.
Addressing these matters would risk exposing other major patterns of corruption in government. It would expose the world's worst aviation scandal, the felony cover-ups by large numbers of Congresspersons, the cover-ups by much of the media, and the felony cover-ups and retaliation by federal judges. Even Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court became repeatedly implicated. The public probably could not handle this much corruption among their "leaders."

Massive criminality of people in the three branches of the federal government was responsibility for the success of the September 11 terrorists, and these are only the start of what is yet to come. Until a level of maturity and responsibility arises from a vocal segment of the population, the criminality will continue.
