Title 18 U.S.C. § 3, pertaining to those who aid and abet the principals, or assist them in escaping punishment, which was repeatedly done by federal judges to protect criminal activities in government offices.


Title 18 U.S.C. § 4, pertaining to anyone who knows of a federal crime and who either conceals the information or fails to reveal it to the proper person in civil or military authority. Again, federal judges.


Title 18 U.S.C. § 1505, pertaining to anyone who in any way seeks to obstruct or impede the administration of the law, such as 18 U.S.C. § 4.


Title 18 U.S.C. § 1510, pertaining to anyone who obstructs, delays, or prevents the reporting of a federal crime.


Title 18 U.S.C. § 1512, pertaining to anyone who tampers with a witness, victim, or informant. In this case, former federal agent Rodney Stich.


Title 18 U.S.C. § 1513, pertaining to anyone who retaliates against a witness, victim or informant. In this case, federal judges who retaliated against Stich for having sought to report criminal activities from his position as a witness, victim, and informant.


Title 18 U.S.C. § 111, pertaining to tampering with a federal agent, and a former federal agent, interfering with his duties seeking to prevent aviation disasters.
