Middle East tragedies, through the eyes of a U.S. pilot living and working in the Middle East.

<body> Americans Were Liked by Arabs and Iranians Arabs and the Iranians liked Americans when airline captain Rodney Stich lived and worked in the Middle East during 1953 and 1954, flying Muslim pilgrims to the holy cities of Mecca (Jeddah) and Medina. Stich lived in Beirut, Ramallah, Jerusalem, Tehran, Abadan, and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. His flying included flying passengers to and from these cities, as well as Baghdad. Change First Occurred in Iran This started to change in Iran in 1953 when U.S. politicians caused the CIA to bring about a revolution that brought the Shah to power. Stich was in Iran the morning that the revolution started. The Shah maintained his position through U.S.-supported brutalities. In 1979, Iranian people revolted, overpowering the Shah and bringing about the Islamic Revolution that continues to hate U.S. policies and the U.S. politicians responsible for them. Shortly thereafter, Iranians overran the U.S. consulate and held 52 Americans hostages for 444 days. Toward the last quarter of this period, certain Americans engaged in a scheme to delay the release of the hostages, paying bribe money to Iranians and sending arms to Iran that had been taken from U.S. national guard armories and from other sources. The intent of the secret meetings held in various European locations was to manipulate the presidential election between President Jimmy Carter and presidential candidate Ronald Reagan. These secret activities, known as October Surprise, are detailed in Defrauding America, based upon considerable evidence given to the author by CIA assets who were present during the scheme. Change Throughout the Middle East The explosive hatred for U.S. policies and U.S. politicians throughout the Middle East started with the invasion and occupation of the West Bank by Israel, followed by: The continual killing and brutal actions upon the helpless people of the occupied territory, using sophisticated war planes, bombs and missiles, supplied by U.S. politicians, used against defenseless people, the bull-dozing over primitive dwellings, knowing that people inside would be crushed, the use of people as shields, the constant humiliation, developed a justifiable hatred for Israel by people throughout the Middle East. Israel building permanent residential developments in the occupied territory, showing intent for permanent occupation--while Israel and its U.S. puppet claim that the people of the occupied land were blocking a resolution of the Palestine-Israel problem. U.S. politicians providing Israel with billions of dollars in gifts, which are used to acquired sophisticated military aircraft and weapons for use against the defenseless people in the occupied land. U.S. politicians providing money and knowledge for Israel to construct over 200 nuclear weapons--while barring other countries from using their own money to construct nuclear facilities. Israel massacre of hundreds of people in Palestine refugee camps, approved by U.S. politicians. U.S. politicians continued funding, arming, and support for Israel, while Israel: Attacks the U.S.S. Liberty for many hours, killing many U.S. sailors. Through its Mossad, Israel smuggled drugs into the United States during the 1980s (See Drugging America and Defrauding America.) Engages in spying and theft of military secrets from the United States. Uses U.S. money to bribe U. S. politicians to support and protect the conduct of Israel politicians−and to avoid being targeted from removal by the powerful Israel lobbies and interests, and to obtain the support of Jewish voters. Destroying Iraq On Basis of Serial Lying Through lying, President George Bush II, with compliant members of Congress, invaded Iraq, killing tens of thousands of men, women, children, and babies, while accurate information was on the Internet showing that every one of the false statements repeatedly made by the Bush White House team were lies. This reckless and murderous conduct resulted in an explosive growth of people wanting to kill Americans in response to the brutality of U.S. politicians, military, and the people who supported them. Direct, Indirect, and Future Catastrophic Consequences of for Americans Among the direct consequences of the serial lying by President George Bush, Dick Cheney, Condoleezza Rica, Colin Powell, and their shills, such as Russ Limbaugh and Fox pundits such as Bill O'Reilly, and the cover-ups by most media people, are the following: Tens of thousands of Iraqi men, women, children, and babies murdered by carpet bombing and direct targeting. Huge costs imposed by the great increase to Americans of the price of oil that would otherwise not have occurred. The huge costs of the invasion and occupation of Iraq. The disintegration of the formally advanced secular nation of Iraq. Destabilizing the entire Middle East. Explosive increase in people wanting to kill Americans, to an extent that no amount of defenses can prevent successful attacks on Americans and U.S. interests. These attacks can be: Explosions of suitcase nuclear devices in major U.S. cities (the theft of which have been detailed in the book, Defrauding America. Shooting down U.S. airliners with surface to air missiles. Placement of bombs on U.S. airliners, made possible by the numerous opportunities for doing so. Foreign countries pulling their money out of the United States, plunging the country into a depression, which will be accompanied by riots and major human tragedies. Possibility of U.S. troops being trapped in the Middle East, which could occur if Pakistan's pro-western leader was eliminated, allowing the great hatred of most Pakistanis to be focused on the U.S. troops in Iraq. Israel and U.S. Joint Killing of Innocent Lebanese And Destroying Lebanon's Infrastructure In mid-2006, Hezbollah militants in southern Lebanon seized two Israeli soldiers with the intent to trading them for some of the hundreds of Lebanese imprisoned in Israel. Instead of negotiating to obtain the release of the Israeli soldiers, Israel politicians mounted a massive bombing of Lebanon's cities, destroying bridges, power stations, and water plants. Like a Turkey shoot by crazed "sportsmen," Israeli military killed and maimed thousands of innocent Lebanese men, women, children, and infants, none of whom had anything to do with the seizure of the Israeli soldiers. The brutal murders were perpetrated with the approval of U.S. politicians and most of the American public. To increase the utter destruction of Lebanon's infrastructure and assists in killing more Lebanese, U.S. politicians--again with the approval of the American public--rushed more munitions to Israel. As in the past, the joint Israel-American attack upon Lebanon had immediate and delayed blowback consequences. It: Destroyed one of the most westernized countries in the Middle East. It further generated hatred for the United States and its people, possible exceeding worldwide hatred since the dawn of time. Further destabilized a region that had been the birth of modern day "terrorism" arising from the actions of U.S. politicians in Iran, starting with the 1953 CIA-engineered revolution, to the funding and arming and approval of Israel's brutal invasion and occupation of the West Bank. Pathetically, U.S. support for Israel, the cause of the explosive growth of so-called terrorist attacks upon the United States, occurred as: Israel bombed for hours the U.S.S. Liberty, killing many U.S. navy personnel. Israel, through its Mossad, was smuggling drugs into the United States during the 1980s, alongside CIS drug smuggling. Israel's repeated spying and stealing of U.S. secrets. These atrocities are only the tip of the iceberg in the long history of U.S. involvement throughout the world since the end of World War II.
