The intent of the placements were to inform as many people as possible of the corrupt conduct of key people in government that has for decades either caused, or enabled to occur, great harm, sometimes death, and sometimes catastrophic consequences. The former federal agent paid for these expensive ads either out of his own funds—those he was able to acquired after his $10 million in assets were corruptly seized and given to others as part of the multiple schemes to silence him, and partly funded by people who contributed funds for these efforts.
