Links between Serial Murders by FBI Agent and Mafia Capo,
And Series of terrorist attacks on Major U.S. targets−including 9/11.

This is NOT a conspiracy site. This site provides sufficient information to where documents are available and details facts showing the relationship between serial murders involving a Mafia capo known as "The Killing Machine" and a key FBI supervisor, and a series of forewarned terrorist attacks on major U.S. targets that killed 4,000 people. Warning: this information may disturb blissful ignorance of widespread corruption among America's leaders. · Serial murders involving a key FBI supervisor.

· The cover-up of those murders by high FBI-DOJ personnel, which involved the complicity of the media. Part of that cover-up of high level corruption is due to the secret payments made to media people by the CIA and other government departments. The CIA had a well-publicized program for controlling the media called Operation Mockingbird.

· With links between those murders and a series of terrorist attacks on major U.S. targets that killed almost 4,000 people, including the events of 9/11. That sounds bizarre, but when the facts are known and understood, the relationship becomes clear.

Now for the details:

· Former federal agent Rodney Stich learned about these matters as a result of being the head of a coalition of government agents and insiders. These sources included, for instance:

o A former Mafia member who was the son of a Major mafia capo known as the Killing Machine. It was that Killing Machine that perpetrated the murders with the help of the FBI supervisor. That was obviously a top source. Stich has been in constant communication with him since 2003. He was Gregory Scarpa Jr.

o A former highly decorated Vietnam War pilot and war hero who worked under the FBI supervisor involved in the murders. Stich had been in constant communication with him for about 10 years, and even wrote a book on his war experiences and with the FBI. That was Lt. Col. Richard Taus. The book is FBI, CIA, the Mob, and Treachery.

o Also, peripheral sources, along with information from many sources, plus information that Stich generated during his research.

The Murders:

· Gregory Scarpa Sr., the Killing Machine, a Mafia capo in the Colombia Mafia family in New York City, was involved in murders for many years with a key FBI supervisor, Lindley DeVecchio.

· Gregory Scarpa Jr, the son of the Killing Machine, with whom I have been in constant contact since 2003, was arrested and being held in the federal holding facility in New York City, while awaiting trial. This was after the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and before a series of terrorist attacks on U.S. targets.

· His cell was between the prison cell that contained Ramzi Yousef and another al Qaeda operative, Abdul Hakim Murad.

· Yousef was the mastermind behind the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, the bombing on a Philippines Airlines 747, the planned simultaneous bombing of a dozen U.S. airliners departing Far East locations, and planner of the hijackings of U.S. airliners.

· Scarpa convinced Yousef that his Mafia group was also seeking to attack U.S. targets. Yousef, one of the top al Qaeda members and chief bomb maker, then over a period of about one year, provided information to Scarpa that included, for instance:

o How to fabricate bombs using a small portable radio.

o Terrorist plans on how to smuggle explosives on board an airliner without being detected.

o Terrorist plans for bringing down an airliner departing a local New York City airport in an attempt to cause a mistrial.

o Terrorist plans for bombing U.S. embassies in Africa.

o Terrorist plans for hijacking U.S. airliners and flying them into buildings.

· Scarpa and his lawyer arranged to pass this information on to FBI agents as the information was obtained. Scarpa provided to me many of the FBI 502 reports showing this information.

· As Yousef’s confidence in Scarpa increased, a fictitious Mafia company was set up in New York City, through which Yousef made many phone calls that were patched through to al Qaeda operatives in the New York-New Jersey area, to Texas, and to the Middle East. The fictitious Mafia company was staffed by FBI agents that were recording all of the conversations between the al Qaeda operatives.

· Yousef offered to have his Mafia personnel meet with al Qaeda terrorists in the New York-New Jersey area.

The following events then occurred:

About a month or so after Yousef told Scarpa about local al Qaeda members planning to bring down a U.S. airliner, TWA Flight 800, departing a local New York City airport, exploded and crashed into the ocean. The FBI cover-up tactics involved blocking witnesses and evidence from being presented; threatening witnesses; strong-arming NTSB personnel that had the legal responsibility to investigative aviation disasters; a phony CIA-FBI prepared scenario of how the plane exploded and reacted. Why 4,000 people died in forewarned terrorist attacks:

· High-level FBI-DOJ personnel refused to pass this information on to the government departments that could have taken actions to prevent the attacks, and withheld the information from other FBI-DOJ divisions, or any of the other intelligence agencies.

· The reason for withholding the information? To protect FBI-DOJ personnel from being indicted for major crimes related to the murders involving the key FBI supervisor and the felony cover-up of the murders by high-level FBI-DOJ personnel.

· Gregory Scarpa Jr., who was obtaining the information on the planned terrorist attacks and passing the information to FBI agents, was scheduled to testify in several murder trials about the murders that his father perpetrated with the key FBI supervisor. High-level FBI-DOJ personnel had planned on fraudulently discrediting Scarpa, a plan that would have failed if the information Scarpa was providing had been made known. It was therefore decided to protect themselves by withholding the information on the planned terrorist attacks and have others suffer the collateral consequences.

Enormous Nature of corruption and colossal harm to Americans and national security required more cover-ups:

· FBI-DOJ, and pressure on NTSB, to falsify the cause of the downing of TWA Flight 800.

· 9/11 Commission, composed primary of, and controlled by, Department of Justice personnel, falsified the commission report by sequestering information that would have resulted in indictments among many FBI-DOJ personnel.

· By covering up for the criminal conduct, and massive incompetence, the American people are saddled with the same people, the same culture, that made possible the easy successes by al Qaeda members, insuring that more of the same will occur to the American people and national security.

Included among the DOJ personnel involved:

o U.S. attorney Patrick Fitzgerald; He was assistant U.S. attorney New York at that time, and had praised Scarpa−prior to the terrorist attacks−for the information he had obtained from the key al Qaeda operative and passed along to the FBI over a nine month period.

o FBI agent James Kallstrom, who recognized the downing of TWA flight 800 as a terrorist act−but then suddenly reversed information when high FBI-DOJ personnel realized the need to discredit Scarpa and the advance information on the airliner downing that had been given to them.

o Jamie Gorelick, deputy attorney general under President Bill Clinton and later a member of the 9/11 Commission.

o Louis Freeh. FBI director from 1993-2001 and former FBI agent in New York

Another side to the bizarre story: New York State murder charges against FBI supervisor whose serial murders required cover-up of the advance information on the terrorist attacks:

· After Scarpa told Stich in 2003 about the murders involving his father with FBI supervisor Lindley DeVecchio, Stich sent letters to every member of the House Judiciary Committee informing them of (a) the serial murders by an FBI supervisor in the New York City offices with a Mafia capo known as the "Killing Machine;" (b) that Stich was a former federal agent; (c) that he had several sources that had information about a series of murders involving a key FBI agent in the New York City offices. One reason that Stich contacted the members of the House Judiciary Committee was that they were conducting hearings on murders involving FBI agents in the Boston FBI offices. Despite the gravity of the charges, and the obvious effect of that culture upon the performance of the nation’s top law enforcement agency on national security, not a single recipient contacted Stich for his information and his sources.

· Three years later, in 2006, Brooklyn prosecutors, responding to local media reports of the murders involving that FBI supervisor, were forced to file murder charges against the FBI supervisor. Those charges threatened (a) to expose the culture of criminal activities within FBI-DOJ offices; (b) threatened to expose to the American public and the entire world of the criminal cover-ups that knowingly sacrificed lives that would be lost so as to protect the FBI personnel involved in the serial murders and years of felony cover-ups. Never in the nation's history had a scandal of such a nature−with such a horrendous initial loss of life−occurred. That prosecution had to be halted; and it was, adding still more people and more obstruction of justice crimes to the mix.

Brooklyn Prosecutor Obstruction of Justice:

· The Brooklyn prosecutor, Charles Hynes, had a great amount of information, witnesses, and evidence, to support the serial murder charges against the FBI supervisor:

o The testimony of Linda Schiro, the common law wife to Gregory Scarpa Sr., who was present at most of the meetings between her husband and FBI supervisor DeVecchio. That office had plenty of experience with sophisticated prosecutions and had carefully checked Linda’s statements.

o The son of the Mafia capo, Gregory Scarpa Jr., who handled many of the secret payments to DeVecchio.

o Other FBI agents who had known of DeVecchio’s corrupt activities.

o Mafia members that provided information about the Scarpa-DeVecchio relationship.

· Before allowing Gregory Scarpa Jr. to testify, and immediately after Schiro had given riveting testimony, the prosecutor suddenly dropped murder charges against the former FBI supervisor. The dropping of charges were contrary to prosecutorial procedures and common sense. Facts and evidence indicate that a high pressure source in government was responsible, and that would be the people at the top of the U.S. Department of Justice. If the charges had not been dropped, key people in the Department of Justice would face murder and complicity charges, and the American people would have learned of the most catastrophic events to occur to the American people−due to criminal acts−in the nation's history. And that would have exposed still other people in key government positions that were enablers to the 9/11 attacks (as described in Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries).

Further evidence supporting Obstruction
Of justice tactics by Brooklyn prosecutor

Documents obtained by Stich provide further evidence of the obstruction of justice by district attorney Charles Hynes.

An in-depth report by special counsel, a retired judge, appointed to determine if Linda Schiro had committed perjury during her testimony against the FBI supervisor. The report went into great detail praising her for the honesty of the testimony. It was the false claim by the prosecutor saying her testimony wasn't creditable−after having first praised her testimony−that provided the unsupported basis for dropping charges against the FBI supervisor−before allowing Gregory Scarpa Jr. to testify.
Letter written by the chief prosecutor in the office of the Brooklyn prosecutor−after dismissing charges against the FBI supervisor, praising Scarpa Jr. for the credibility in what he had stated to them before the trial started. A copy of that letter is in both books, Crimes of the FBI-DOJ, Mafia, and al Qaeda, and Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries.
Why that letter was written is unknown. But by writing such a letter, it made clear that the prosecutor was dropping the serious charges that reflected crimes against the United States, and crimes with links to the worst series of terrorist attacks in the nation's history. Possibly the writer realized the gross injustice, the gross obstruction of justice that was occurring, and the continuation of corruption that made 9/11 possible.

But there is much much more to all this:

This page can only provide highlights on a small part of a much larger scandal, far beyond what virtually anyone can possibly imagine. An exposure of these issues would expose other enablers and put them at great risk, revealing that many other people in key government positions continue to play a role in some of the greatest frauds inflicted upon the American people in the nation's history. For instance:

History of corrupt involvement of a large number of federal judges in some of America's worst catastrophic events, including each member of the U.S. Supreme Court.
History of complicity by dozens of members of Congress, who also became enablers to these catastrophic events.
History of cover-ups by many media people, many of whom have been on the secret payroll of the CIA and other government departments for years. One such arrangement was called Operation Mockingbird.
History of involvement in these schemes by a hoard of lawyers.
Stich sent letters to other New York state government personnel, advising them of these serious matters that fall within their areas of responsibility. They all covered up. Among them were Governor David Paterson, New York State attorney general, Andrew Cuomo, and New York State Inspector General, Joseph Fisch. Their cover-ups and obstruction of justice could be either to protect the system, or, fearful of what such an all-encompassing scandal would do to national harmony−what there is of it.
Another perspective: the people jumping to their deaths from the World Trade Center on 9/11 were no match for the hoard of enablers in government that made possible their jump to certain deaths.

No one protecting the American people:

With this complicity by people in control of virtually every branch of government, and in control of the media, there is virtually no chance the people in control of the system will allow the public to learn about these matters.

Recent simmering below the surface:

Author Peter Lance, in his book, Triple Cross, focuses on some of the areas covered by Stich in Crimes of the FBI-DOJ, Mafia, and al Qaeda. He accused U.S. attorney Patrick Fitzgerald of negligence in making possible the 9/11 terrorist success. Stich covers some of these areas, and others.

As seen on Peter Lance's web site: www.peterlance.com, he has posted letters from U.S. attorney Fitzpatrick threatening to sue him for charging Fitzpatrick with negligence. If that was all that Lance accused Fitzpatrick of, the U.S. attorney should be thankful.

What does all this mean to you, the people, and national Security?

The people and the culture that brought about the worst series of terrorist attacks in the nation's history, and embroiled the United States in two costly and unwinnable wars, are still in control.
More terrorist successes are probable with this group that couldn't shoot straight compounded by massive corruption.
The other areas of corruption, and harm to the American people, that constitute other tentacles of this deep-rooted corruption, continues to exist. These areas are addressed in other books written by Rodney Stich.

How this information can bring about major changes in the endemic corruption and cover-ups in the United States:

Instead of protesting subjective issues, or "minor" areas of misconduct in government, the information at this site, even if the focus was only on these immediate issues, could bring about a transformation in the endemic culture in the United States as never before/

Exposing this area of corruption could lift the lid on still other areas that most people do not know exists.

The probability of this happening is virtually nil:

The character and values among Americans have plunged dramatically over the years after the end of World War II.
Major sections of the public are so hopelessly obsessed with trivia that they never respond to anything other than what immediate affects the object of their obsession.
The power of those in control within the United States, including the media, is so strong that it would take outrage such as displayed by Iranians in the summer of 2009, and the American public isn't up to such outrage.
