This is a partial list of letters sent to members of Congress over the past 40 years, reporting corrupt and criminal acts in judicial and government offices. The record for the past 40 years of attempting to have members of Congress respond to insider's reports of major corruption and criminal activities implicating government personnel has been absolutely zero. These cover-ups by people in a position of trust, with an obligation to act under their oversight responsibilities and under federal criminal statutes has made possible the continuation of such crimes against the United States as described in the books, Defrauding America, Drugging America, and Unfriendly Skies.
Sampling of Letters Reflecting 40 Years Of Cover-ups By Members Of Congress, Aiding and Abetting the Tragedies Described in the Three Books
The following letters to the members of Congress by a former federal inspector, combining his evidence with that of other government inspectors, identified corrupt activities involving people in government responsible for air safety matters, corruption against the American people through drug smuggling into the United States by the CIA and other government entities, corruption in the federal courts, and other criminal activities. Every letter raised matters that made possible prior air tragedies, prior fatal hijackings, and that would made possible the success of the September 11 hijackings. The cover-ups, the obstruction of justice, the non-response, made the recipients complicit in the corrupt and criminal acts, and until the public recognizes these matters, the corruption in government will not expose and correct itself, and will lead to more tragedies, as documented for the past 40 years. Letters to every member of the House and Senate judiciary committees, (April 4, 2001), in response to their non-response to my earlier letters reporting the criminal activities in their areas of oversight responsibilities. The purpose of the letters, and in other instances, was to make a record that a group of federal agents offered to provide evidence to them of criminal activities in key judicial and other government offices and that they refused to respond. In the event the American public ever discovered the widespread corruption against them by people in control of key government offices, this record of felony cover-ups by members of Congress could be used for their prosecution, imprisonment, and impeachment. Representative Dan Burton, March 15, 2001. Letter putting him on notice of the documented actions by federal judges blocking the reports to a federal court, under the federal crime reporting statute, of the corrupt and criminal activities that former federal air safety inspector Rodney Stich and his group of other government agents sought to report. These judicial obstruction of justice actions blocked the reporting of corrupt actions that played key roles in the September 11, 2001, terrorist hijackings. Response from Senator Diane Feinstein, February 15, 2001 to letter sent on February 2, 2001 to all members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. This was her stonewalling response to prior letter informing her of documented criminal activities in Ninth Circuit federal courts and federal judges' blocking the reports of criminal activities which they must receive under the federal crimes reporting statute (Title 18 U.S.C. § 4). She excused doing nothing on separation of power in the three branches of government, ignoring her oversight responsibilities of the courts and other government operations, and her responsibilities under the federal crime reporting statute. She was a member of the oversight committee on the judiciary.
Letter responding to Senator Feinstein's cover-up (March 1, 2001). The letter chastised the senator for continuing the pattern of cover-ups that has made possible the continuation of the criminal activities in key judicial and other government offices (which included the Federal Aviation Administration). Representative George Miller, February 9, 2001. Letter sent to Miller who represents the constituencies in Stich's California district concerning the corrupt and criminal acts that Stich and his group of present and former government agents had discovered. Miller had been covering up, for years, the criminal activities that Stich uncovered, starting with the misconduct that played a key role in many airline crashes. No response. Representative Tom Delay, February 9, 2001. Stich made reference to Delay's comments about everyone's "right to be heard on ... legal questions." Stich's letter made reference to the criminal contempt of court charges filed against Stich by Justice Department prosecutors and federal judges in retaliation for seeking to report the criminal activities and for exercising federal remedies against the civil rights violations that were part of the scheme to silence him. Response letter from Representative Howard Coble, Chairman of Subcommittee on Courts, response of February 8, 2001 to Stich's letter. His response to the charges of serious criminal and subversive conduct: "Due to the limited resources of the Committee ...." He had no time to address the serious matters of widespread judicial corruption, subversion of major laws and the Constitution, and criminal activities, but had time for trivial matters, including almost daily raising of funds. This conduct is far worse that simply malfeasance and nonfeasance; these are major federal crimes under the obstruction of justice statutes. The relatives of the 5,000 deaths on September 11, 2001, can thank Coble and the other members of Congress who covered up for the corruption in government that also made many other air tragedies possible.
Letters sent to Senator Patrick Leahy, (January 29, 2001), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and to every member of the senate and house judiciary committees, providing specific information about a pattern of documented corrupt activities in the federal courts involving the Supreme Court justices, the actions by federal judges blocking the reporting of criminal activities, the judicial retaliation for attempting to make such reports, and the concurrent subversion of civil rights by the judges. None responded, included those who professed to the public about protecting due process rights to any citizen--especially if they are minorities (which is a standard congressional race card tactic). Representative F. James Sensenbrenner, Chairman, House Committee on the Judiciary. January 29, 2001. This letter was sent to every member of the House and Senate judiciary committees. They had oversight responsibilities for the federal judiciary, for which Stich offered documented evidence of widespread corruption in the federal courts. The letter described the documented obstruction of justice by federal judges who blocked the reporting of criminal activities under the federal crime reporting statute. Senator Barbara Boxer response, August 30, 1999, acknowledging receipt of the book, Drugging America, which details the drug smuggling by people in key government positions, funding of key politicians by CIA operations, Justice Department personnel blocking federal agents from targeting the drug operations funding terrorist cells in New Jersey and New York--the same ones that bombed the World Trade Center in 1993, funded the plan to place bombs on 11 U.S. airliners department the Far East, and suspected of funding the September 11, 2001, terrorist hijackings.

Letter sent to Senator Hatch (September 8, 1997) describing the documented corruption in the federal courts that were blocking the reporting of criminal activities and were subverting the laws and Constitution of the United States in a scheme to obstruct justice. The letters offered to provide evidence via the testimony of former federal agents, including the FBI, DEA, Customs, and CIA, including the former heads of secret CIA airlines and financial operations. Earlier letters showing congressional cover-ups and obstruction of justice go back to 1964, associated with a series of very brutal airline disasters, including a United Airlines DC-9 that crashed into New York City, which was the world's worst air disaster at that time. The next worst aviation disaster also included a United Airlines crash into the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. There are scandalous connections between the two tragedies that reveal Americans have more than a single set of adversaries.

In addition to the felony aspects to cover-ups and obstruction of justice by members of Congress, there is another aspect to their offenses. Members of Congress have repeatedly passed legislation calling for years of imprisonment for men and women committing offenses that are often extremely minor. This is especially pronounced with the draconian prison sentences arising from possession of small quantities of drugs; or the conspiracy statutes that can cause a man or woman to spend years--or life---in prison on drug offenses when they weren't anywhere near drugs or connected with drug sales or transportation.
Congress's Cover-Ups and Air Tragedy Brutality
Compared these great human tragedies that have destroyed thousands of families with the far greater crimes perpetrated by members of Congress who have covered up for the crimes that I and other federal agents have brought to their attention. In the area of fraud related airline crashes, people have suffered horrendously as they are cremated or dismembered alive, and the cover-ups by members of Congress definitely made possible a number of crashes that would otherwise not have occurred. Congress' Cover-Ups and Murders and Human Tragedies Arising From Drug Smuggling
In covering up for CIA crimes, and especially the decades of drug smuggling into the United States by people acting under cover of government operations, members of Congress who covered up for these offenses continue to make possible the murders, the paramilitary invasions of homes, the harm upon the internal security of the United States, the imprisonment of tens of thousands of men and women as a result of the drug smuggling. Letters Focusing Primarily On Judicial Corruption With Reference To the Obstruction Of Justice and the Underlying Pattern of Crimes Against the United States
- January 29, 2001 letters sent to every member of the Senate judiciary committee provided specific information about a pattern of documented corrupt activities in the federal courts and involving the Supreme Court justices. Letters Exposing Drug Smuggling Into the United States
As Stich discovered information and was provided evidence over the years concerning drug smuggling into the United States by people acting under cover of government positions and covert government operations, Stich reported these matters to members of Congress with a request that they receive testimony and documentation from him and his sources. These sources included present and former agents of the FBI, DEA, Customs, INS, and the CIA, including former heads of secret CIA airlines and secret CIA financial operations. None responded. The tragedies arising from the continuation of these practices is obvious.
Letters Relating To Other Crimes Against the United States and Its People
Letters were sent to members of Congress for years after Stich received information and documentation from government insiders about other criminal activities. These included, for instance, covert operations consisting of the October Surprise and its cover-up, CIA involvement in looting of the savings and loans and other financial scams, Iraqgate, and other matters.

Questions Relating To Congressional Cover-Ups
Why didn't any of these people, at the very least, contact Stich for more details and supporting evidence? The allegations consisted of national issues that, if correct, were undermining the internal security of the United States, undermining the foundation of government offices and the constitution, played a role in many deaths, and played key roles in tens of thousands of people whose lives were being destroyed. As to credibility, Stich's prior duties in a very sensitive federal air safety position, the background of his dozens of government insiders, influencing former heads of secret CIA airlines and secret CIA financial operations, provided great support. It can be assumed that the recipients of the letters knew that Stich's allegations were true and for various self-serving reasons, refused to perform their mandatory duties.
Questions Relating To Judicial Cover-Ups
Why did federal judges and Supreme Court Justices block Stich and his group of other former federal agents from giving reports and evidence of the alleged criminal activities to a federal court as is required under the federal crime reporting statute?
The probable answer is that the federal judges knew the allegations were true, and were determined to keep them from being reported.
The federal crime reporting statute does not give federal judges the option of whether they will exercise their administrative duties to receive the reports of criminal activities.
Why did federal judges repeatedly charge Stich with criminal contempt of court when Stich sought to report the criminal activities? If the charges were not true, they could have ended the matter by simply receiving the information and evidence and find that they had no credibility.
They knew the charges were true and that Stich had sufficient evidence and background to support the charges.
Why did the federal judges engage in repeated obstruction of justice and repeated hard-core civil rights violations when several government checks and balances were in place to result in their impeachment and criminal prosecution?
The probable answer is that the federal judges knew that powerful forces in government would protect them. The first level of such powerful forces would be the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, who have supervisory responsibilities over the judges. Another probable protective source would be the lawyers in control of the U.S. Department of Justice. This probability is indicated by the fact that every division of the Department of Justice, and the U.S. Attorney General who is the head of these divisions, knew of the pattern of criminal and civil rights offenses, and did nothing to halt them, despite a responsibility to have done so.
Remember, these are the people legislating the laws that have put tens of thousands of men and women in prison, sometimes for life, for such "crimes" as filling in a mosquito breeding low spot on their own land, for having possession of a minor quantity of drugs, for the seizure of assets from innocent people, for the conspiracy statutes that permits almost anyone to be charged with an offense resulting in long prison sentences or life in prison, who are totally innocent. If this disturbs your sense of outrage, do something about it. Start with reading the documented pattern of felony misconduct by these people and then use the material to fight it. Or at the very least, help fund the fight by those who have the courage and the will to do so.
Lawsuit Filed Against Members Of Congress For Cover-Up Of Corruption In Government That Made Possible the Events Of September 11, 2001
Several years prior to the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, former federal air safety inspector Rodney Stich filed lawsuits against members of Congress in the U.S. district court in the District of Columbia. The authority for the lawsuit was Title 28 U.S.C. § 1361, that permits any citizen to file a federal action seeking a court order for a federal official to perform a legally required duty.
In their response to the lawsuit, none of the members of Congress denied the major charges of corruption in government related to a series of airline crashes and misconduct in other areas. Their only stated defense was that they were totally immune from the consequences of their conduct--which included covering up for the corruption that insured the success of the September 11, 2001, terrorists.
Members of Congress also repeatedly violated the federal crime reporting statute, Title 18 U.S.C. § 4 that requires them to receive reports of federal crimes that are presented to them under that statute--and of course, as part of their congressional oversight responsibilities.
