LETTERS RELATING to DOWNING OF TWA FLIGHT 800
Based upon years of professional aviation experience, including as a federal air safety inspector for the Federal Aviation Administration, former FAA inspector Rodney Stich the following matters are of interest relating to the downing of TWA Flight 800:
- Letters sent to every member of the Senate and House intelligence committees warning of missile attacks on commercial aircraft. These letters were sent on October 20, 1995--prior to the downing of TWA Flight 800, giving details of surface-to-air missiles about to be acquired by terrorists, and warning of missile attacks upon commercial aircraft. Despite the gravity of these letters, Stich's extraordinary aviation background, and the documents and CIA source willing to provide testimony, not a single one of the 25 recipients bothered to respond. This are the same congressional intelligence committees that are shedding crocodile tears over the intelligence failures of other government agencies.
- Letter sent to FBI agent Daley on July 30, 1996, referring to the surface-to-air missiles that were acquired by terrorists when FBI-CIA personnel refused to accept them from Afghan General Rashid Dostum.
- .Letter relating to surface-to-air missiles sent to NTSB board chairman Hall on March 13, 1997.
- Lawsuits filed against members of Congress, including members of the intelligence committees, by former federal air safety inspector, seeking a court order to force members of Congress to perform their legal duty to receive evidence of criminal and subversive activities. Some of these federal offenses obviously affected national security.
- This pattern of nonfeasance, malfeasance, misfeasance, and cover-up played key roles in the success of 19 hijackers on September 11, on 40 years of prior fatal hijackings, and on a host of other tragedies inflicted upon Americans because of this corrupt culture among America's "leaders."
