Corruptly Shifting Blame in the Lockerbie Disaster

The following are a sampling of letters sent to U.S. politicians providing them information and evidence that U.S. politicians and Department of Justice employees deliberately protected the Syrian group that placed the bomb on Pan Am Flight 103; planted evidence; paid and threatened witnesses, and set the state for even greater catastrophic terrorist successes against U.S. targets.

Copies of these letters and referral to this site were sent to Wall Street Journal; New York Times; Financial Times; London Times, and others. Following the practice of the past 40 years when the corruption of key government personnel was involved, they also engaged in cover-ups. In this way, the sheep-like public remains totally oblivious to the corruption that has greatly affected lives and national security.
The cover-up of serious misconduct responsible for decades of self-inflicted tragedies and catastrophic events, by America's checks and balances, including members of Congress and others, has gone on for decades. This combination culture changed the quality of life and the safety of the nation in a way unimaginable a half century ago. - He had nothing to gain and everything to lose by attempting to report the corrupt actions of key and powerful people in government.
- The consequences of the corruption that he and his group of professionals had already occurred, and were continuing to occur.
- The information in the communications were detailed and factual.

Recipients of the Information Knew
The Consequences of Their Cover-Ups

The recipients of the communications knew that their failure to act on the information would:

Enable the corrupt, criminal, and even subversive activities to continue to occur.

Enable the consequences of the corruption to continue to occur. The severity of the consequences depended upon which areas of corruption he reported. In some areas, such as the aviation community, the consequences would be horrorific aviation disasters, successful terrorist attacks with astronomical consequences, as in the 9/11 hijackings.

Constitute criminal acts under obstruction of justice statutes, including Title 18 U.S.C. § 4.

Factors Affecting Their Cavalier And
Disregard for the Deadly Consequences

Protecting the people in control of the system.

Protecting themselves due tom their prior cover-ups that enabled to occur some of the nation's great harm, catastrophic events, and terrorist successes.

Cowardice.

Knowledge that media people and media corporations would cover up, and that no criminal charges would be filed by Department of Justice officials who were themselves covering up or directly involved in the corruption.

Knowledge that most of the public were uninformed, unread on these matters, in different, or mentally incompetent to understand.

Some areas of corruption includes non-government sources that provided them bribes (i.e. political contributions).

Recognition that their attempts to conduct hearings would subject them to pressure from other media sources—many of which have for years received secret payments from CIA and other government entities.

Pathetic Political Outrage Upon Release of The
Alleged Bomber of Pan Am Flight 103

Evidence that the feigned protests by U.S. politicians and their shills about the August 2009 release from a Scottish prison of the alleged Libyan bomber was actually a sign of relief. If he had not been released, on condition that his appeal be dropped, the huge amount of evidence showing another sham filing of charges by U.S. Department of Justice employees that were then joined by others.

In the book, History of Aviation Disasters: 1950 to 9/11, former federal airline safety expert Rodney Stich describes the:

Downing of PAA Flight 103.
The planting of evidence by U.S. Department of Justice personnel.
The subornation of perjury by Department of Justice personnel, persuading and paying people to testify falsely.
The evidence indicating the group that was paid to commit the crime.
Why the bombing was ordered.
The appeal brief that contained massive evidence of the crimes initiated by Department of Justice personnel−with other shills−that sentenced an innocent person to prison.

Release of the Alleged Lockerbie "Bomber"

The feigned protests of U.S. politicians and their shills at the release of the convicted Libyan, whose release required dropping of the appeal that showed massive evidence of the sham charges and conviction, thereby preventing exposure to the unread masses of the U.S. role in that great tragedy.
By exchanging release for dropping of the appeal, the truth associated with the downing of Pan Am Flight 103, and the insertion of false evidence and demand for perjured testimony, continued to deprive people of the truth.

If Appeal Had Not Been Dropped

If the convicted Libyan "bomber," Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, had not been released, and the contents of his appeal became public, among the consequ3ences vibrating throughout the United Sates would include, for instance:

All of the criminal acts by Department of Justice personnel and U.S. politicians, including President George H.W. Bush, would have been revealed, and their careers and reputations ruined.
American public would finally get an insight into the endemic culture of corruption and cover-ups in the United States.
U.S. politicians, repeatedly made aware of these crimes, who then covered up--a felony under federal statutes including Title 18 U.S.C. § 4, would have been revealed.
The protection of the Syrian group that planted the bomb killed 270 people would be exposed, along with the fact that the group was free to commit other terrorist acts against U.S. targets.
The corruption by the same group in the United States could be seen as the primary reason that several subsequent forewarned terrorist attacks were made possible, including the 9/11 hijackings.
Danger that, finally, the American public would get a glimpse of the corruption responsible for most of the harmful conduct and catastrophic events that started mutating from about 1970.

Further, the record of U.S. politicians repeatedly covering up for the jump in corruption that started the spiraling of areas of great harm, deaths, catastrophic events—made possible by their cover-ups, prevented them from now conducting hearings on the corruption and catastrophic events they enabled to continue. That was the case with the 2010 letters sent to U.S. politicians and others; they dare not finally allow these continuing areas of corruption to be known to the people without suffering dire consequences themselves.

These few examples of the horrors associated with airline disasters enabled to occur by documented corruption withheld from the American people. The standard culture of cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the continuing series of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people.

There were many other forms of victims from the systemic high-level corruption. These included for instance victims of the:

Department of Justice prosecutorial misconduct, people being falsely charges with crimes in order to improve the prosecutors' career.
The explosion of violent crime related to drug smuggling into the United States, in which CIA assets were major players.
Series of financial frauds appearing every few years, with the latest housing and financial implosions surfacing in 2008.
Seizure of assets from innocent people.
And many other forms.

Corruption of the Type Described at this site does not occur in a vacuum. High-level corruption in one area is simply one tentacle of a widespread culture of corruption. And the consequences of that corruption−and the endemic cover-ups−have consequences in other areas. The culture of corruption affects the people and the nation in many other ways, That includes the latest series of financial frauds that has occurred in the housing and financial sectors. In addition to the decades of harm resulting from the systemic corruption of key people and groups in the U.S. government, affecting aviation safety, financial, human rights, in the United States, there is the harm from outside sources brought about by the actions of U.S. politicians affecting people in other countries—such as the history of invading and killing foreigners—there are the successful "terrorist" attacks made possible by high-level corruption, and then there are the foreigners who are also victims from the same high-level corruption that adversely affects the American, but in a different form.

In criminal law, people are accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the consequences.

Suggestion to people outside the United States. Become familiar with the documented systemic corruption in the United States and show the outrage lacking of people in the United States, and:

Help expose the endemic corruption that seem to be acceptable to the American people, and maybe wake them up.
Help to protect yourselves against the decades of ham inflicted upon people of other countries by the actions of U.S. politicians—supported by much of the American public. Examples:
- Serial lying by U.S. politicians to use as a pretense to invade Iraq and Afghanistan, killing tens of thousands of innocent people.
- U.S. politicians shifting enabling blame from their own corrupt actions that encouraged and enabled four groups of terrorists to simultaneously hijack four airliners, and shift the blame to the people of Iraq and Afghanistan—with the help of a dumbed-down American public that is mostly too lazy to learn the truth.
