<body> Purpose of Sending the Letters Letters to lawyers and law firms were sent for the purpose of informing aviation law firms of the corruption in the government's aviation safety offices that created the conditions responsible for certain specific airline disasters. Some of these disasters incurred in the immediate area of former government air safety inspector-investigator, Rodney Stich. Also, of the serious corruption by California and federal judges that criminalized the courts and the legal process. Instead, they kept the information secret, obtaining larger legal fees for themselves. In turn, they helped insure the continuation of major airline disasters from the uncorrected deep-seated culture within the government's aviation safety agencies. Among the crashes and huge legal fees this cover-up made possible arose from the four hijacked airliners. Ironically, some of the lawyers and law firms with 9/11 lawsuits who charge various defendants with moral and legal failure to protect against such happenings were more responsible, legal and morally, for what occurred on September 11, 2001. The Great Human and National Tragedies Resulting From The ACLU Cover-Ups is the Main Point The main point to keep in mind is the harm resulting from the criminal activities the ACLU lawyers were covering up, that continued to be inflicted upon many Americans. that harm would include the 3,000 killed on 9/11 from multiple hijackings that were made possible by the corruption within the government's aviation safety offices. If this can be understood, then the letters will be doing some good. Cover-Ups by ACLU Lawyers Records of ACLU cover-ups of major corruption in government offices and the misuse of government facilities through massive civil rights violations to silence government whistleblowers, commencing in the 1960s are available. For over 40 years Rodney Stich, commencing while he was a federal agent in a highly sensitive position, reported to the ACLU information on criminal activities in government offices and the grave consequences from such misconduct. He also provided the ACLU information on massive civil rights violations that were perpetrated in efforts to silence and retaliate against government agents (and former government agents) who sought to report these crimes against the United States. Never once did they offer to help expose the criminal activities or provide help to defend against and violations of civil and constitutional rights. Starting while former federal aviation safety agent was an inspector for the federal government, he sought to obtain help from the ACLU relating to corruption in the government's aviation safety offices. In later years, he made them aware of evidence he had acquired of corruption affecting other areas of national security and the lives of many people. For the last 20 years he also provided them specific information on massive civil and constitutional violations by California and federal judges that were part of a scheme to block the reporting of crimes against the United States. Tragedies Made Possible by Scheming Lawyers and Judges Acting Jointly in a Racketeering Enterprise All forms of human tragedies have been inflicted upon the people of the United States from the corruption discovered by the people behind this site−and made possible by enablers in and out of government. The below pictures are only a sampling of the consequences from the documented corruption that are able to be portrayed graphically. The tragedies in other areas resulting from the corruption, cover-ups, and public indifference, are not shown here. United Airlines crash into New York City, the world's worst at that time. Withheld from the Amererica public were the reports by federal safety inspectors-investigators showing a continuing pattern of corruption, fraud, criminal alteration of major government required records−and the standard abuse of those few inspectors attempting to require the airline management to comply with industry standards and clear requirements of federal aviation safety requirements−and FAA management to require compliance. None of the guilty, the enablers, to these and the continuing fraud-related crashes ever were held accountable for the hundreds of deaths that they enabled to occur. These few examples of the horrors associated with airline disasters enabled to occur by documented corruption withheld from the American people. The standard culture of cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the continuing s4eries of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people. In criminal law, people are accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the consequences. Again, the system kept from the blissfully unconcerned American people the underlying enablers. The documented culture enabling to occur dozens of fatal airline disasters spread to other areas of government. One of the areas that most American will suffer from for many years to come is the recent housing and financial frauds. Even these ongoing events have not shaken the average American from their lack of outrage and efforts to finally use the documented material that is capable of making massive changes in the culture of greed and corruption. But that takes courage, integrity, effort−the evidence of which is sadly lacking.
