<body> Letters to ACLU Lawyers Reporting Corruption Undermining Constitutional Protections, Undermining Governments Offices, and Inflicting great Harm Upon The People and the Nation Starting in the 1960s while Rodney Stich was a key federal airline safety inspector, he repeatedly notified ACLU offices and personnel of serious corrupt and criminal activities in government offices that were inflicting great harm upon the United States and its people through various forms of criminal activities, cover-ups, and unconstitutional conduct. Included in the letters were such matters as: Corrupt misuse of the California and federal courts by judges acting in concern with CIA-FBI-front legal firms to block reports to a federal judge under the federal crime reporting statute. And that these met the legal definition of obstruction of judge and the group acting as a racketeering enterprise to block the reporting of criminal activities. That the corrupt activities and the cover-up of such corrupt activities resulted in a continuation of fraud-related airline disasters and other harm gravely affecting national security. That the courts were misused in a corrupt manner, repeatedly violating blocks of state and federal laws and constitutional protections (Civil Rights violations) in parallel to other obstruction of justice tactics. That federal judges, entrusted to protect civil rights, were repeatedly and grossly violating major civil rights as part of a scheme to halt the reporting of high level corruption. That Department of Justice personnel, also entrusted by law with protecting civil rights, were also perpetrating major violations of civil and constitutional rights. One of the most glaring, and criminal, was filing false criminal contempt of court charges against the former federal agent who sought to report the corrupt activities and also sought to exercise major federal defenses against major civil and constitutional violations. That many of the lawyers and Department of Justice personnel perpetrating these corrupt acts were members of the ACLU. That they themselves, being informed of the criminal activities by a former federal agent, were guilty of obstruction of justice for not reporting their discovery, and that by refusing to help halt the civil rights violations, they were guilty of felonies under a federal statute. Letters were written periodically to the ACLU starting in the 1970s reporting the deep-seated criminal misconduct discovered by government agents, and the retaliation against agents seeking to report these national crimes, which involved major civil rights violations. Not once did they respond to their moral and legal responsibilities. As described in Stich's book, Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries, they became actively involved in assisting the retaliatory civil rights violations and schemes to halt Stich's exposure activities. Earlier letters sent over a period of years will be uploaded as time permits. Further, an ACLU-connected law firm in San Francisco, and their lawyers, which was also a CIA-front law firm, was actively involved in years of sham legal tactics to halt the exposure of criminal activities, including those that enabled the events of 9/11 to occur. Ironically, this same group of ACLU lawyers continually seek financial donations from the public to attack, what they say, are constitutional violations and to protect vital U.S. interests. ACLU Lawyers' Cover-Ups Made Them Complicit in Series of Great National Tragedies Without addressing the other areas affected by the criminal activities that Stich and his group of former government agents sought to report, and addressing only the corruption that affected the aviation environment: IF the culture and corruption within the FAA did in fact exist (as overwhelming documentation shows), which included a history of blocking the implementation of procedures addressing the known safety problems, such as hijackings); It would explain why the known and obviously long overdue measures to prevent the hijackings of the four airliners on 9/11 were not taken; And the preventative measures to prevent airline hijackings did exist (and Stich made such recommendations); And the need for such preventative measures was obvious from years of airline hijackings, plus the knowledge that airline hijackings were planned by Middle East terrorists); And if lawyers did engage in legal actions knowing that they were blocking reports of the deadly misconduct, and most probably, intended to block the reports; It becomes obvious that the long overdue preventatives measures were blocked by the legal tactics which constituted criminal obstruction of justice; It then becomes obvious that if a citizen had perpetrated a minute fraction of these offenses that he would be criminally prosecuted for complicity in events that led to the 9/11 hijackings and 3,000 deaths. If these lawyers are guilty of any complicity in these events, we also have the complicity of the dozens of members of Congress who knew not only about the underlying criminal activities, but also the criminal obstruction of justice and criminal retaliation against the former federal agent. And the others, in the media and elsewhere, who also knew! Talk about the ugly Americans, what about the criminal Americans! The number of people, in different government and non-government groups that played a role in the corrupt conditions making 9/11 possible is so large that there is little chance this relationship will ever hit the mainstream. Harm to the few people in the United States fighting the high-level corruption in a meaningful manner. Harm in general. The standard culture of cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the continuing series of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people. These included for instance victims of the: Department of Justice prosecutorial misconduct, people being falsely charges with crimes in order to improve the prosecutors' career. The explosion of violent crime related to drug smuggling into the United States, in which CIA assets were major players. Series of financial frauds appearing every few years, with the latest housing and financial implosions surfacing in 2008. Seizure of assets from innocent people. And many other forms. These offenses are described in the books written by insiders. Corruption of the Type Described at this site does not occur in a vacuum. High-level corruption in one area is simply one tentacle of a widespread culture of corruption. And the consequences of that corruption−and the endemic cover-ups−have consequences in other areas. Harm to People Overseas From Culture Of High-Level Corruption and Lies in the United States In addition to the decades of harm resulting from the systemic corruption of key people and groups in the U.S. government, affecting aviation safety, financial, human rights, in the United States, there is the harm from outside sources brought about by the actions of U.S. politicians affecting people in other countries—such as the history of invading and killing foreigners—there are the successful "terrorist" attacks made possible by high-level corruption, and then there are the foreigners who are also victims from the same high-level corruption that adversely affects the American, but in a different form.
