Lawsuit Against Those Whose Obstruction of Justice
Legal Tactics Made Possible the 9/11 Hijackings

A federal lawsuit filed in the U.S. district court at Reno, Nevada, addresses the corrupt and criminal acts by people in key government positions that encouraged the September 11 terrorists and insured their success. Without this corruption, or if any one of the multiple defendants had exercised their moral and legal responsibilities, the September 11, 2001, terrorist acts could not have succeeded.

Because of the corrupt involvement of so many of America's "leaders" in this misconduct, the same leadership has blocked any attempt to investigate how and why the terrorists were able to succeed in their devastating murders of over 4,000 people. The lawsuit by a former federal air safety investigator provides an insight into the greatest series of corrupt acts against the people by arrogant and corrupt government personnel.

A thumbnail overview of some of the points raised in that lawsuit, for which evidence exists in government documents, letters, and detailed in the books, include, for instance:

  • Deep-seated corruption within the FAA linked to continuing series of fatal airline crashes.
     
  • Discovery by federal air safety inspectors  of deep-seated misconduct, misfeasance, nonfeasance, and corruption within the Federal Aviation Administration that was closely linked to a series of fatal airline crashes, including a United Airlines DC-8 crash into New York City that was the world's worst at that time. These federal crimes repeatedly resulted in the deaths of hundreds of men, women, and children. Included among these federal agents was Rodney Stich who held the federal government's air safety responsibilities for the most senior program at the world's largest airline--shortly after it experienced the world's worst air disaster, followed by a series of other fraud-related crashes. In this position he obtained hard evidence of the deep-seated corruption that caused or made possible years of tragic airline crashes, a culture that exists to this day.
     
  • Expanded corruption through cover-ups (i.e., obstruction of justice) by the NTSB politically-appointed board members; by the FBI and other Justice Department divisions, by members of Congress, other government agencies. The cover-ups occurred when:
     
    • FAA inspector Stich conducted an unprecedented hearing within the FAA that forced the testimony of numerous FAA management personnel and introduced additional government documentation linking the corruption to a series of fatal airline crashes;
       
    • When evidence was offered to Justice Department divisions;
       
    • When evidence was offered to a federal grand jury at Denver;
       
    • When members of congress with moral and legal oversight responsibilities were advised of these tragedy-related corrupt activities; and
       
    • When federal filings were made to report the criminal activities under the federal crime reporting statute.
  • Judicial cover-ups and retaliation. Despite the mandatory requirement for federal judges to receive information and evidence of the criminal activities offered under the federal crime reporting statute, federal judges repeatedly:
     
    • refused to receive the evidence of corruption that played a key role in a continuing series of fatal airline crashes, successful hijackings, the September 11 tragedies, and other criminal activities.
       
    • rendered unlawful and unconstitutional orders barring the former federal air safety inspector, for the remainder of his life, from federal court access and in that way blocking the reporting of these criminal activities. Prior reports to Justice Department personnel and members of Congress resulted in cover-ups, leaving the judicial route the only available remedy under law.
  • Scheme carried out initially by CIA-front law firm to destroy former federal agent from exposing the corruption associated with the aviation and other crimes affecting the American public.
  • This scheme focused on taking the $10 million in real estate assets that funded the former federal agent's activities to inform the public of these corrupt and criminal activities.
  • That CIA-front law firm and over a dozen California judges repeatedly, for five years, acted without personal and without subject matter jurisdiction, violating dozens of state and federal laws and constitutional protections.
  • When relief was sought from these civil rights violations in federal courts, federal judges then became implicated in the scheme. Federal judges then aided and abetted the violations of state and federal laws violated by California judges by California judges, and then escalated the violations of federally protected rights.
     
  • Judges, and the CIA-front law firm, violated not only the legal and constitutional protection and the CIA-front law firm, but a new set of federally protected rights by federal judges. Relief was sought under the Civil Rights Act (for the unprecedented numbers of state and federal substantive and procedural laws and constitutional rights being violated), under the Declaratory Judgment Act (to declare the personal and property rights established in five prior judgments that had 20 years earlier adjudicated the matters that were raised in the CIA-front law firm); under the RICO statute for the racketeering activities in seeking to block the reporting of criminal activities through a scheme involving more than two people in a series of corrupt acts.
