DEFRAUDING AMERICA

The following are some of the corrupt activities in the three branches of government that are detailed and documented in the explosive 753-page encyclopedia of government corruption found in Defrauding America. This information is provided by several dozen present and former government agents who contributed to the insider information found in the third editions of Defrauding America and Unfriendly Skies and the first edition of Drugging America.

Corrupt Activities Linked To September 11, 2001, Terrorism

• FAA complicity (as detailed in third edition of Unfriendly Skies). Documented long-standing pattern of corruption, malfeasance, nonfeasance, within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) that insured the success of the September 11 hijackers, prior fatal hijackings, and other airline disasters--including the prior United Airlines DC-8 crash into New York City (the world's worst at that time). Without that misconduct, the September 11 hijackings would have been thwarted, the 5,000 deaths would not have occurred, and the massive social, economic, personal, and war-like activities would not have occurred. The subsequent cover-up of this documented corruption will, as in the past, continue in position the same personnel, the same culture, and worsening consequences. Further aiding and abetting these matters--and the consequences--are the refusal of the American public to become informed, to become outraged, and refusal to show some sign of reaction other than displaying the flag. • Justice Department complicity (as detailed in Drugging America). Blocked multi-agency government task force from prosecuting drug trafficking activities in the New York and New Jersey areas that were funding terrorists cells. The following year, terrorist cells bombed the World Trade Center, planned the placement of bombs on 11 U.S. airliners departing Far East locations, and subsequently funded the terrorist cells involved in the September 11, 2001, hijackings. In addition, to insure the termination of government agents' targeting of these drug activities, Justice Department prosecutors filed sham criminal charges against the head of that multi-agency government task force, claiming he violated the civil rights of one of the ethnic targets of drug investigations. That agent was subsequently sent to federal prison, and other government agents forced to terminate drug activities that funded terrorist cells in New Jersey and New York, including the terrorists that bombed the World Trade Center in 1993.
  
  

• Former mayor of New York City (as detailed in Drugging America). He put political pressure upon Justice Department personnel to halt multi-agency drug task force that was targeting drug operations that funded  terrorist cells in the New York and New Jersey areas. 
  
  

• Justice Department complicity (as detailed in third edition of Defrauding America). Initiated false charges against the head of an FBI team who reported CIA drug trafficking with members of the American Mafia, when that agent refused to halt the investigation as ordered by his FBI superiors. That agent was a heavily decorated Vietnam War helicopter pilot, who appeared on national television for having adopted a Vietnam orphan. That agent is now serving a 80-year prison term at Dannemora, New York. If that FBI investigative team head had not been falsely charged--which halted other FBI agents from focusing on these CIA-Mafia drug activities, it is highly possible that the terrorist cells in New Jersey and New York that received funds from drugs, could have been blocked.
  
  

• Justice Department, CIA, and DEA complicity (as detailed in third edition of Defrauding America). Covered up for the terrorists who actually placed the bomb on Pan Am Flight 103 that exploded over Lockerbie, and then fabricated flimsy evidence to shift blame to two Libyans. Justice Department prosecutors then filed false criminal charges against a former Mossad agent and a deep-cover agent for the Department of Defense, for filing affidavits revealing what actually happened. 
  
  

• FBI and CIA personnel making surface-to-air missiles available to Afghan terrorists, including the Al Qaeda group (detailed in third edition of Defrauding America). These personnel in 1995 rejected the offer by Afghan General Rashid Dostum (Northern Alliance/United Front) to give the United States, without any money, several dozen missiles, and possibly as many as 100. This offer was rejected, despite knowing that Afghan terrorists would subsequently receive them. This rejection by FBI and CIA personnel during negotiations occurring in Los Angeles made SAM missiles available to Afghan terrorists to shoot down U.S. airliners, while simultaneously failing to cooperate with part of the Northern Alliance that was fighting the Taliban and Osama bin Laden's al Qaeda group. Later, TWA Flight 800 was brought down with the loss of 230 lives.
  
  

• Members of Congress complicity in the SAM matter (as detailed in third edition of Defrauding America). Former federal air safety inspector Rodney Stich alerted every member of the House and Senate intelligence committees to the imminent transfer of these missiles to Afghan terrorists and urged them to immediately contact him and his CIA contact seeking to prevent the transfer. Despite the history of aircraft being shot down by surface-to-air missiles and the probability that Americans would die in such an attack, not a single recipient responded. The pattern of cover-ups (i.e., obstruction of justice) by members of Congress has been documented for the past 40 years, starting with the tragedy-related corruption in the FAA, and detailed in Unfriendly Skies, Defrauding America, and Drugging America.
  
  

• FBI warning to remain quiet about the missile matter after TWA Flight 800 was downed. A record of this warning was made by a letter sent to the FBI. A copy of that letter can be seen in html format by clicking here; or in Word format by clicking here.
  
  

• Most of the broadcast and print media. As detailed in each of the above books, most of the broadcast and print media have covered up for these offenses, making possible their continuation, and making possible the repeated tragedies arising from the misconduct and the cover-ups. These matters are detailed in each of the books.

It is important to realize that the same people in government responsible for the success of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, are the same people leading the United States in these perilous times. It is also important to realize that the endemic nature of the above activities throughout government prevents any meaningful corrective actions. Instead, everyone praises everyone else, diverting attention from their role in what has been inflicted upon the American people.

Corrupt Activities In the Executive Branch, Including the CIA

• Fifty years of CIA drug trafficking into the United States, as first discovered by the author, a former federal investigator, while he was flying captain out of Japan and out of the Middle East in the early 1950s. During the last ten years, considerable court-admissible evidence was obtained from sources who contacted Rodney Stich, including agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), among others. These included people who headed secret CIA airlines, secret CIA financial institutions, and pilots who flew drugs in DEA and CIA-provided aircraft, military pilots flying drugs.

• CIA's symbiotic relationship with organized crime in drug trafficking and drug-money laundering.

• CIA-DEA drug pipeline, with Lebanese and Syrian drug trafficking, using Pan Am aircraft in the operation, which eventually facilitated the placement of a bomb on the Pan American aircraft that exploded over Lockerbie. The involvement of this common CIA-DEA-drug trafficker unison with the downing of Pan Am Flight 103.

• U.S. military involved in drug trafficking into the United States, as described by military pilots and others who actually carried the drugs on military aircraft, including military helicopter flights to Arkansas, carrying drugs to associates of then-governor Bill Clinton.

• Involvement of key politicians in the drug loop, including drug money going to both political parties, helping to explain the continuation of the war-on-drugs that is really a war-upon-the-gullible American people.

• DEA involvement in drug trafficking into the United States, as documented and described by INS agents, DEA agents, pilots who flew drugs in DEA-provided planes, including unloading the drugs at DEA facilities in the United States. In a developing case, evidence is surfacing showing a DEA agent controlling a major drug trafficking operation at a remote mountainous airfield in Mexico.
  
  
• CIA funds for drugs coming from looting of bankruptcy court assets.
  
  
• CIA funding of secret bank accounts for several well known politicians, including a former president, members of his administration, and a key member of the 2001 Bush administration, as disclosed by the former head of a large and secret CIA financial operation. (Both political parties are heavily implicated in the bipartisan corruption and both have a vested interest in preventing the public from discovering their involvement in criminal and even subversive activities.)
  
  
• October Surprise and its cover-up by both political parties, by members of Congress, and most of the media.
  
  
• Iran-Contra, and the drug smuggling into the United States, an extension of the October Surprise operation, the truth of which was kept from the American people by members of Congress, Justice Department lawyers, the White House, Independent Prosecutor Walsh, and most of the mainstream media.
  
  
• CIA participation in looting the Savings and Loans, HUD, and other financial scams against the United States, and their tentacles throughout government and society, including the media.
  
  
• Courageous whistleblowers who risk their lives, their freedom, their assets, seeking to inform a naive public about the arrogance and corruption inflicted by their "leaders."
  
  
• America's political prisoners, the standard tactic used to silence or discredit courageous insiders from revealing to the public the ugly truth about corrupt judicial and other government activities.
  
  
• Secret CIA operation based in Hawaii, its involvement in money laundering, hiding assets for Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos, funding of secret bank accounts for several of America's prominent leaders, and the fraudulent charges by the CIA and Justice Department personnel against its titular head when it's cover is blown, as described to the author by its CEO.

Documented Pattern Of Corrupt Acts 
Involving Federal Judges and Supreme Court Justices

• Documented obstruction of justice by federal judges and Supreme Court justices, as they repeatedly block the reporting of criminal activities in judicial and other government offices being reported by former federal agents under the mandatory requirements of the federal federal crime reporting statute, Title 18 U.S.C. Section 4. These judicial obstruction of justice acts are felonies  under Title 18 U.S.C. Sections 2, 3, and 4, and made worse by the position of trust held by the judges and Justices.

• Federal judges and Justice Department lawyers misusing government offices to retaliate against government agents and private citizens seeking to expose government corruption in judicial and other government offices. These judicial acts are felonies under Title 18 U.S.C. Sections 111, 372, 1505, 1510, 1512, and 1513.

• Widespread corruption in the bankruptcy courts that impoverishes thousands of Americans a year, with heavy involvement by federal judges, judge-appointed trustees, Justice Department trustees, the CIA, lawyers and law firms.

• Documented pattern of Supreme Court justices obstructing  justice, aiding and abetting repeated hard-core violations of civil and constitutional rights by federal judges, as part of the documented obstruction of justice.

• Widespread civil and constitutional violations, and due process violations, by federal judges, aided and abetted by Supreme Court Justices, associated with the judicial block to reporting major criminal activities. The books  show these judicial acts to be standard practice in the judicial system, showing the extent of hard-core judicial corruption in the courts (aided and abetted by other government  "checks and balances" in Congress and the Department of Justice and most of the broadcast and print media).

• Cover-up tactics to appoint Justice Department prosecutors and lawyers, and CIA lawyers, to federal judge positions, for damage control.
