Classic Example of Liberty, Justice, And Human Rights Violations in the United States The following are quick highlights on what was done to a former federal agent who, with his coalition of other professional former government intelligence, law enforcement, and aviation safety personnel, tried to report patters of major corruption of people in key overt and covert government operations that were inflicting or enabling to inflict great harm upon the American people, the nation, and national security. Harm that included many deaths, series of catastrophic aviation disasters, and a series of easily preventable terrorist attacks. After exercising the right to report the corrupt activities to federal judges, a series of retaliatory and obstruction of justice tactics were taken that when viewed together showed that a powerful force was orchestrating and protected the participants that came from the most important and fundamental sections of government and the legal fraternity. IF understood, it would reveal probably the most expansive criminal conspiracy involving primary parties in any modern nation today. The following are a sampling of what was done and what is fully documented: Dozens of federal judges repeatedly blocked the reporting of the serious criminal activities associated with major national consequences. These were criminal acts and enabled to occur deadly and catastrophic consequences, of which the 9/11 hijackings were simply one-day's consequences among others. Federal district and appellate judges issues illegal and unconstitutional orders permanently barring the former federal agent and whistleblower from filing any papers in any federal district or appellate court. Those orders knowingly barred him and his coalition of other former government agents from reporting the conduct constituting crimes against the United States and also barred Stich from defending against the litany of sham lawsuits filed by a hoard of lawyers from 1982 to 2005. Several criminal contempt of court charges were filed against the former federal agent by federal judges and Department of Justice personnel for having attempted to report the corrupt activities involving people in the CIA, the Department of Justice, and the FAA. Federal judges denied Stich the constitutional right to a jury trial, and sentenced him to six months in federal prison. That sentence was carried out using every possible brutal tactic, includ8ing placing him in solitary confinement for two months, a condition that some call torture and unconstitutional. While in prison, federal judges and Department of Justice trustees, with the participation of cooperating lawyers, seized and liquidated the $10 million in assets that had funded his exposing whistleblower activities. That seizure and liquidation violated the legal and constitutional requirement of a notice of hearing, a hearing, and legally required cause. When Stich filed a legally provided objection, Oakland federal judge Edward Jellen charged him with criminal contempt of court and sentenced him again to prison. Public-Ignored Grotesque Human Rights Outrages in United States To keep things in perspective, the following are an infinitesimal number of human rights outrages perpetrated by people in key government positions against citizens of the United States. These and others are described in the books written by and with the input from many insiders, including former agents of the FBI, CIA, ONI, DEA, Customs, Secret Service: Former dedicated FBI agent, with numerous decorations for bravery, who sought to report corruption involving the CIA and White House politicians. To silence him, keeping this information from the public, sham charges were filed against him, resulting in a 80-year prison sentence. Involved in the misuse of government offices in the conspiracy to obstruct justice were the usual combination of employees of the U.S. Department of Justice, federal judges, local judges and local prosecutors. Former dedicated agent of the CIA, titular head of several major CIA operations in the Pacific, who was also falsely charged with federal crimes after a Honolulu TV reporter exposed irregularities at the companies. To cover up for the CIA operation, CIA and DOJ personnel conspired to falsely charge the head of the organization, and deprive him of all defense material. A crooked federal judge then sentenced him to 80 years in prison. Former head of a secret CIA airline who was falsely charged with federal crimes after he refused to continue flying drugs for the CIA. Former FAA inspector-investigator who sought to expose and report, initially, the culture and corruption within the FAA and NTSB related to a series of airline disasters. To silence him, state and federal judges conspired to strip him of the $10 million in assets that funded his extensive exposure actions. Further, when he sought to report still other criminal activities that were conveyed to him by other former government agents, DOJ personnel and federal judges charged him with criminal contempt of court and sentenced him, at the age of 68, to six months in prison. While in prison, federal judges rendered unlawful and unconstitutional orders stripping him of all worldly possessions, converting him from a multi-millionaire to a state of poverty. And this was only the beginning. Gross Violations Against Whistleblower Federal judges and Department of Justice officials charged the former federal agent with criminal contempt of court for filing a lawsuit in federal courts at Sacramento, California, which sought to report corrupt activities involved in aviation disasters and exercising federal defenses for a series of major civil and constitutional violations that were parallel efforts by lawyers to halt his exposure of high-level corruption, paralleling the efforts of federal judges (John Moulds, Schwartz, Levi, and others, plus the entire ninth Circuit Court of Appeals were implicated.) The criminal contempt of court charge constituted a crime under the obstruction of justice statutes; constituted a crime through retaliating against a former federal agent and whistleblower for trying to report major federal crimes involving people in control of key government officials. Federal judges violated the constitutional right to a jury trial and subjected the former federal agent to a Kangaroo Court trial. He was being tried, prosecuted, and judged by Department of Justice personnel and federal judges that had either committed some of the corrupt actions or covered up for them, thereby protecting themselves by their conduct against the former federal agent. They then ordered the former federal agent sent to federal prison for six months, under the harshest possible conditions, and including eight weeks in solitary confinement, considered a form of torture. He was 69 years of age when that crime was inflicted upon him, and while he was recovering from quadruple open heart surgery. While in prison, federal judges and Department of Justice personnel corruptly seized and liquidated the $10 million in assets that funded his attempts to report the corruption and halt the many serious consequences of the corruption. The seizure occurred without the constitutional due process requirement of a notice of hearing; a hearing; and legally required cause. Under decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court, all of those assets can be ordered returned to him, an impossibility with the huge numbers of federal judges complicit in these schemes that would have especially dire consequences on September 11, 2001. When Stich exercised his legal and constitutional due process rights to file an objection to the seizure and liquidation, Oakland federal judge Edward Jellen charged Stich with criminal contempt of court for exercising the statutory, case law, and constitutional right to file objection to the illegal and unconstitutional seizure. Later, other federal judges in San Francisco, Marilyn Patel and Vaughn Walker, charged the 67-year-old former federal agent and whistleblower with criminal contempt of court for having filed an attempted to report the criminal activities to a federal court in New York City, and subjected him to six months house arrest (before suddenly dropping charges.
