<body> Sampling of Corruption and Related Human Tragedies The areas of corruption--and related human tragedies--have been described in the books written by and with the input of dozens of government and other insiders. The following are a sampling of the areas affected: Decades of drug smuggling by people in and associated with the CIA: lawlessness; murders; crime; huge increase in people being imprisoned, some for life. Looting of assets as people and companies exercise the statutory protections of Chapter 11. The book, Defrauding America, details how the corrupt culture involving federal judges, federal trustees, lawyers, and law firms, corruptly seize and loot the assets of those who exercise the temporary protection of Chapter 11. Honest people are routinely stripped of their life assets and become paupers. (This was the scheme used to strip former federal aviation safety agent Rodney Stich of the $10 million in real estate assets that funded his attempts to expose the corruption in government offices.) If these criminal acts were perpetrated by people outside of government, they would be criminally prosecuted and sentenced to prison. October Surprise. As described in Defrauding America by people who were part of the conspiracy, the presidential elections between President Jimmy Carter and the Reagan-Bush team were corrupted by paying money and military weapons to Iran to delay the release of the 52 American hostages until after the election. Illegal and secret funding and arming of Iraq during the 1980s by the Reagan-Bush administrations, that culminated in the U.S. wars with Iraq. Sampling of People to Whom Charges of Corrupt and Criminal Activities Were Presented As detailed in the books, and as shown by many of the letters at this Internet site, the gamut of people in the three branches of government were repeatedly informed of corrupt and criminal activities that were major crimes against the United States and its people and were continuing to result in tragic consequences. This list included, for instance: Members of Congress from 1963 to the present date. Throughout this period of time, the harm continued, some of it being deadly, as in fraud-related airline disasters. 9/11 is only one example, and the primary areas of blame for that tragedy has to this day been kept from the public (except at this site and in the books written by former federal aviation safety agent Rodney Stich. The congressional corruption that periodically surfaces is mild compared to the criminal obstruction of justice that they have repeatedly engaged in over the years--as documented by Rodney Stich. Stich filed a lawsuit against certain members of Congress on the basis of their felony cover-ups. Federal judges, who criminally misused their judicial positions and the courts to (a) block the reports of corrupt and criminal activities; (b) who issued unlawful and unconstitutional orders permanently denying to former federal agent the right to file any papers in federal court--the intent being to block his reports of criminal activities and to deprive him of the legal and constitutional defenses against the multiple legal schemes undertaken by CIA-front law firms and others to silence him; (c) who sentenced him to federal prison for six months when he again attempted to report criminal activities in the FAA, FBI, and CIA, all of which played major roles in the conditions enabling four groups of terrorists to hijack four4 airlines on 9/11; (d) and who ordered the seizure and liquidation of his $10 million in real es6tate assets (that he foolishly used to fund his exposur4e activities). Former federal agent Rodney Stich repeatedly attempted to report criminal acts under the federal crime reporting statute, Title 18 U.S.C. § 4. That statute reads: Title 18 U.S.C. § 4. Misprision of felony. Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. That statute required members of Congress, FBI and other DOJ personnel, to receive information of a federal crime from anyone who knows of such an offense. When they refused to receive the information, Stich filed federal lawsuits that made a record of the charges. (The charges were very serious, as shown by some of the lawsuits filed by Stich.) Media people. Their cover-ups have been recorded, starting while Stich was a former federal aviation safety agent reporting corruption in the government's aviation safety offices related to several highly-publicized airline disasters. Their cover-ups then continued to the present date, as Stich discovered from his many insiders other areas of corruption. On the basis of the cover-ups, Stich filed a lawsuit against certain media sources. They admitted knowing of the charges, of not reporting them, but claimed immunity. American Public's Denial Made Them Victims Reference to the "American Public" as "accomplices" does not include those who were simply uninformed and did not know the facts; and does not include those who did know enough to complain to the limit of their abilities. All of the American public has been and is being threatened by the widespread arrogance and corruption in government, and those people in and out of government who cover up for them. Many people have become and will become direct victims of the corruption and cover-ups, affected in many different ways. Falsely charged with crimes; falsely imprisoned; murdered; stripped of their life assets. Determining whether a particular person is among the innocent victims, or an accomplice, several factors must be considered, including the following: Access to the facts. The deliberate cover-up or withholding of information about the more serious misconduct of government officials by media people. If a person is denied the facts by members of Congress and media people, and has no other source of information available to them, then that person cannot be considered an accomplice (although it is highly possible that even if that person had the information, he or she would have done nothing to correct it. Ability to act. People who are unsophisticated and totally ignorant of anything more complex than matters relating to mundane issues such as their grandkids or sports cannot be expected to react to complex matters relating to corruption. The American public's deliberate state of ignorance relating to the many corrupt activities directly involving government agents, and the cover-ups, obstruction of justice, by other government personnel such as judges, Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, and other government checks and balances. American Public As Accomplices? Individuals fall into various categories and these categories reveal whether they have been accomplices or victims. Those who can be called accomplices to the corruption that continues to inflict grave harm upon the lives of those victimized, the destruction of government institutions and values, and subversion of such national interests as national security, would include, for instance: Those who consume unlawful drugs, knowing that the money they pay for the drugs fuels murderous gangs, killings, lawlessness. Those who know of the corruption from books written by insiders, and who do nothing. Those who vote for politicians that engage in corrupt, dishonest acts, who lie, and who continue to support such politicians because of either some parochial benefit or loyalty to a party (such as during President George Bush II administration. Public's Crimes The American public's huge consumption of drugs that funds drug-related crimes, and harm, including thousands of deaths, warlike zones throughout the United States and the many other criminal and subversive activities that could not exist but for the drug-consumption by a large segment of the American public. The American public's approval of corrupt government activities, including the serial lying and dumbing down of the American people. This approval helps support the argument that the American public would elect Idi Amin to government office if he or any other thug would grant certain segments of the American public rights taken away from the majority. Widespread murder of fellow Americans--the only risk being free room and care if convicted. A famous saying applies to America today: "All that is necessary for the forces of evil to triumph is that enough good men do nothing." America's Pontius Pilates Many Americans protest much-needed construction projects that endanger various species of the cockroach and other insects, the working conditions of foreign laborers who covet their jobs, demands for favored treatments, and other ludicrous matters. But virtually unknown are the protests against documented hard-core corruption by judges and other government personnel that inflict human tragedies almost beyond understanding--but seldom made known to Americans. With similarities to Pontius Pilate and the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, most Americans wash their hands of the tragic consequences of their inactions in the face of evidence of unprecedented misconduct, corruption and even criminal activities by judges and other government personnel. They remain silent as thousands of innocent men and women are imprisoned on sham charges, exaggerated charges, or prison sentences far beyond the nature of the offenses (legislated by members of Congress who are in most cases guilty of far worse offenses with national implications). They remain silent as paramilitary forces break down doors in the middle of the night and terrorize families, and sometimes kill the occupants, often on the fraudulent claim of government informants, and often on totally innocent people. Like Pontius Pilate, they wash their hands of the human tragedies, the corruption of government offices, by remaining ignorant of the evidence, by refusing to recognize the evidence, and engaging in cowardice, indifference, and actually supportive of the corruption. Americans, including the Christians and the church leaders, claim their righteousness, their idealism, when in fact they aid and abet those who commit these human rights atrocities upon countless numbers of human beings. They go to church, they pray, they give money to the church and to charities, while supporting the people and the conduct that gives credence to the Ugly American title. Complaining About Intangibles That Won't Bite Back The people who complain about judgmental or intangible matters arising from government matters. They protest the need to return to the Constitution, or, the income tax is unconstitutional, and matters such as these. Nothing gets accomplished, and they don't have to face the adversaries involved in criminal activities. These include those people who complain about far-our or loony matters, who make flat statements claiming the earth is coming to an end, or the government is going to incarcerate most of the public within the next two years; or Bill Clinton will not leave office when his term is up; or those who have a loony theory all ready for anything that occurs, despite the facts showing otherwise. These people divert attention from those who have hard facts concerning corrupt government officials and corrupt government activities. Christian leaders who do nothing about the criminal activities despite their knowledge of them and the harm being inflicted. Their self-interests focus on their religion, church funding, and getting people into their group. They too are cowards. Christians who hold themselves out to be good people, who are too lazy, too indifferent, to the harm that they make possible by deliberately remaining ignorant of crimes perpetrated by their government leaders, and continue to allow their taxes to be spent promoting crimes described within the pages of the three books. Ball game fanatics who devote their lives to the children's pastimes, while too cowardly, or too lazy, to address the corruption that continues to escalate and which has inflicted such great tragedies upon so many people. Fiddling while Rome burns may be a good parallel. Flag-waving "patriot" who do nothing to learn or or react to corruption in government. Those people who know of the corrupt government activities and do nothing, refusing to recognize their duty under our form of government, uncaring for the victims made possible by these acts of indifference and cowardice.
