Government Officials Implicated In the Misconduct That Insured the Success Of the Terrorists

GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IMPLICATED

A detailed and documented explanation of the specific misconduct by government personnel that made possible the success of the hijackers requires that accurate information provided by government insiders be made available to the people, rather than the cover-ups that has been standard practice for decades.

There are several documented areas of misconduct that made the September 11, 2001 terrorist hijackings successful. These matters are found as follows:

Unfriendly Skies, 3rd ed--details and documents the culture of misconduct that made the September 11, 2001, hijackings, prior fatal hijackings, and other tragedies possible.

Defrauding America, 3rd ed--the Justice Department's cover-up of the terrorists who actually placed the bomb on board Pan Am Flight 103, thereby protecting the actual terrorists; and facts associated with the downing of TWA Flight 800, the acquisition of surface to air missiles by Afghan terrorists by the actions of FBI and CIA personnel during negotiations in Los Angeles in 1995, combined with refusal to obtain the cooperation of one of Afghanistan's Northern Alliance generals who was fighting Osama bin Laden and the Taliban.

Drugging America--details how Justice Department personnel blocked the actions by a federal drug task force operating in the New York-New Jersey area, the proceeds of which went to the terrorists who bombed the World Trade Center in 1993.

A reading and understanding of events described in the third editions of Unfriendly Skies and Defrauding America, written by former federal agent Rodney Stich, will help to understand some of the people's adversaries. Briefly, here are a few of the people implicated:

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) personnel. FAA personnel have the duty to take actions when safety problems exist, including hijackings. There is one positive step to prevent hijackings taking over an aircraft after they have managed to get on board, and that is to have a strong cockpit door which can only be opened by the flight deck crew. This simple and positive block to hijackers taking control of an aircraft has been obvious for years, made repeatedly obvious by any of the many fatal hijackings, and FAA inspector Rodney Stich had strongly made this recommendation along with his many other reports of crash-causing safety problems. This refusal by FAA management to order these changes was not a simple one-time oversight, but a part of the culture in the FAA that repeatedly refuses to act on inspector reports of serious safety problems, the FAA's destruction of reports of safety problems, the FAA's retaliation against federal air safety inspectors who make such reports. A full description of this culture, that caused or made possible many fatal airline crashes, is detailed and documented in the third edition of Unfriendly Skies. And it was this culture that made possible the thousands of deaths in the September 11, 2001, hijackings, the prior fatal hijackings, and the deaths due to previously reported and ignored safety problems.

NTSB politically appointed board members. Government personnel who knew of this corrupt and tragedy-related FAA culture, starting with the politically appointed members of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), who were repeatedly notified by Stich and other FAA inspectors of the corrupt culture in the FAA and the fatal crashes associated with this misconduct. By their cover-ups--as specifically described in Unfriendly Skies--the FAA corruption continued, along with the resulting crashes and deaths.

Justice Department personnel, including the FBI and U.S. attorneys offices, who were made aware of these corrupt activities in the FAA by Rodney Stich while he was a federal air safety inspector. Instead of receiving the evidence and taking corrective actions, they covered up, thereby obstructing justice and becoming accomplices in the resulting consequences, including the September 11, 2001, World Trade Center and Pentagon tragedies. Federal judges, who blocked the reporting of these, and other corrupt activities that are federal crimes. The federal crime reporting statute, Title 18 U.S.C. § 4, requires that anyone who knows of a federal crime must report it to a federal court or other federal official, or is guilty of the crime called misprision of a felony. Stich first sought to report the criminal activities within the FAA to a federal court at San Francisco. Justice Department lawyers and federal judges refused to receive this evidence, acts constituting obstruction of justice and making possible the continuation of the corrupt activities and the consequen6tial crashes and deaths. Government Officials Protecting Terrorists

In Drugging America, government agents describe how drug activities funded the terrorists who bombed the World Trade Center in 1993 and the terrorists planning to place bombs on 11 U.S. airline flights, and how New York City politicians and Justice Department personnel retaliated against government agents seeking to report, act, and halt these activities. Veteran Customs agent sentenced to federal prison by Justice Department prosecutors and federal judges in retaliation for attempting to halt these terrorist activities.

Terrorist activities involved in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center buildings and how New York City politicians and federal prosecutors aided and abetted the terrorists who subsequently bombed the World Trade Center in 1993, and initiated a scheme to bomb 11 U.S. airliners taking off from Far East locations.

Government agents who discovered these terrorist activities and suffered retaliation from New York City politicians and federal prosecutors. One senior Customs agent was fraudulently prosecuted by Justice Department prosecutors and sent to prison for allegedly violating the civil rights of participants in the terrorist activities.

Federal prosecutors, seeking to protect the terrorist activities from government agents carrying out their official duties, filed fraudulent criminal charges against the head of a federal crime fighting group, causing him to be imprisoned.

Retaliation against another former federal agent to silence his exposure of the multiple corrupt activities he discovered of government personnel. This misconduct--continuing uninterrupted for over 20 years--is detailed in the third editions of Unfriendly Skies, Defrauding America, and Drugging America, as well as the criminal activities he sought to report. This government agent sought to report:

Surface to air missiles about to be acquired by terrorists in Afghanistan and other countries. These missiles are available to shoot down U.S. airliners at any time in the future.

Culture of misfeasance and malfeasance by key people in the FAA that made possible the denial of positive actions that would have blocked the terrorists that took over the four airliners on September 11, 2001, and would have blocked many prior fatal hijackings. This culture is documented by FAA agent in government documents relating to his actions as an independent prosecutor, testimony given to a federal grand jury at Denver, federal lawsuits filed.

Crimes against the American people by people in key government positions, showing that America has adversaries other than the terrorists.

Harm Inflicted upon the United States and its people by the documented culture of misfeasance, malfeasance, and worse, in the Federal Aviation Administration and those who covered up for this misconduct:.

3,000 deaths on September 11, 2001, none of which would have happened if the corruption and culture in the FAA--and its cover-up by government checks and balances--did not continue to exist for the past 40 years, as detailed and documented in the third edition of Unfriendly Skies. This is called the "Butterfly Effect."

Policy of shooting down airliners, that could contain 400 or more men, women, and children, if a politician or military officer thought the hijacked airliner might be headed for a significant target. This was approved by President George Bush and permit the decision to be made by an air force officer.

Incarceration without charges or trials.

Knee-jerk reactions that probably will cost thousands of American lives, an escalation in fanatical terrorist attacks upon Americans and U.S. interests, with loss of life throughout society.

Hundreds of thousands of people losing their employment, with the resulting financial crises that often follows.

Hundreds of companies going out of business.

Quality of life greatly deteriorated.

America's leaders now authorized to shoot down airliners that may contain 300 to 400 people if a government official thinks it may have been hijacked and thinks it might be flown into a building. These decisions to kill Americans are made by:

Those people who were part of the culture of misfeasance, malfeasance, and worse in the FAA that resulted in many prior air disasters, including the prior major airline crash into New York City. That was the world's worst air disaster when it occurred, and was one in a long series of corruption-related air disasters documented by an FAA air safety inspector in government records and in the third edition of Unfriendly Skies.

People in government positions who were involved in drug smuggling into the United States, directly or indirectly, including the CIA, including those holding office during the Contra operations and during the Vietnam War. One of those reportedly involved in the drug smuggling loop is now the deputy director of the U.S. Department of State.

Government personnel who repeatedly lied to the American people, such as during the Vietnam War, denial of government involvement in drug smuggling, and other crimes.

Support for Israel, including funding and approval of nuclear weapons while denying these benefits to other countries.

Approval of Israel's seizure of Arab lands in 1967 and refusal to vacate the occupied territory.

Foreign policies that generate great hatred for United States, including:

Killing millions of Vietnamese during invasion seeking to deprive their right to determine their type of government.

Training, funding, and arming Afghans to be terrorists, who now are terrorists against the United States.

Training torture and terrorist activities through the army's school of the Americas.

Subverting governments throughout the world.

Invading Panama and killing hundreds of Panamanians to capture Manuel Noriega on basis of drug trafficking, while the CIA has been smuggling drugs into the United States for decades, some of it while allied with Noriega's drug smuggling.

Killing innocent people in Arab and Muslim countries that will inflame unprecedented retaliatory acts against America by fanatical terrorists who are willing and even look forward to destroying themselves.

Justice Department and Federal Judges Retaliating Against Government Agents Seeking To Expose These Corrupt and Criminal Acts

Scheme to seize the assets that funded the exposure activities. Stich's $10 million in assets funded his exposure activities, causing a bizarre, convoluted, and unlawful scheme to be commenced to seize these assets. This scheme was initiated by a CIA-front law firm, violating dozens of state and federal laws and constitutional protections. A group of California judges then acted without jurisdiction, violating dozens of state and federal laws, which violated major federally protected rights. Stich exercised federal remedies specific for these violations of federally protected rights, which was then followed by federal judges engaging in a continuing pattern of documented civil and constitutional violations.

Involvement of numerous federal judges. These federal judges rendered unlawful and unconstitutional orders that blocked Stich from reporting to a federal court under the federal crime reporting statute the criminal activities described in Unfriendly Skies, Defrauding America, and Drugging America. In addition, the orders blocked Stich from exercising federal defenses against the gross judicial violations of federally protected rights. An understanding of the sequence of these corrupt acts that included large numbers of federal judges protecting the scheme initiated by the CIA-front law firm can be found by reading a federal lawsuit filed by Stich and the draft of appeals (Word) of the continual judicial due process violations.

This relationship can only be understood by reading the books, the federal lawsuit, and the appeal briefs. Failure to understand the corrupt involvement of federal personnel in making possible the success of the hijackers will cause the continuation of the conduct that have resulted in human and financial losses that are almost impossible to comprehend.
