List of Lawsuits Filed Against the FAA and NTSB Seeking To Report Corruption Related to Series of Airline Disasters
After leaving his government air safety position and separating his government ties, and as the deep-seated corruption within the FAA continued to result in even worse air disasters, Stich used his considerable real estate assets to file federal lawsuits exposing these problems which prevented the federal government from carrying out its air safety responsibilities. Among the reported safety problems made by federal air safety inspectors, for which FAA management refused to take required corrective actions, were the same corrective actions that would have blocked the September 11, 2001, hijackers from taking over control of the airliners. This misconduct made possible the 3,000 deaths on September 11, 2001.
The following are some of the early lawsuits in which Stich sought to force an exposure and elimination of the crash-causing problems.
- Stich v. United States, et al., 554 F.2d 1070 (9th Cir.) (table), cert. denied, 434 U.S. 920 (1977)(addressed hard-core air safety misconduct, violations of federal air safety laws, threats against government inspectors not to report safety violations and misconduct).
- Stich v. National Transportation Safety Board, 685 F.2d 446 (9th Cir.)(table), cert. denied, 459 U.S. 861 (1982))(addressed repeated criminal falsification of official airline accident reports, omitting highly sensitive air safety misconduct, making possible repeated crashes from the same sequestered problems).
- Amicus curiae brief filed on July 17, 1975, in the Paris DC-10 multi-district litigation, Flanagan v. McDonnell Douglas Corporation and United States of America, Civil Action 74-808-PH, MDL 172, Central District California.)(addressing the long standing FAA misconduct, of which the cover-up of the DC-10 cargo door problem was one of repeated instances of tragedy related misconduct).
- U.S. v. Department of Justice, District of Columbia, Nos. 86-2523, 87-2214, and other actions filed by Stich seeking to expose and correct the powerful and covert air disaster misconduct.
Never once has anyone in government allowed Stich to present the documentary evidence of hard-core criminal and air safety violations related to a series of specific airline crashes. The same refusal to receive the evidence continued when Stich learned of still other areas of corruption from other federal agents who provided him with data and boxes of documents.
There was a documented and determined pattern for over 20 years to receive the evidence. It is believed that after the first cover-up that it became necessary to continue the cover-ups, which eventually led to the bizarre situation described in this web site, in the federal lawsuit, and in the books, Unfriendly Skies, Defrauding America, Drugging America, Terrorism Against America, Blowback, 9/11, Iraq, Lies, and Coverups.
Stich again started filing federal actions in 1986 to expose criminal misconduct in key judicial and other government positions as he acquired knowledge and documentation based upon his actual experiences and based upon the information, affidavits and boxes of documents he received over the years from government agents who came to him. These agents were the DEA, FBI, Customs, INS, the military, and CIA, including former heads of secret CIA airlines and secret CIA financial operations.
Similar to what happens following a lie, subsequent lies had to follow to cover up for the first lie. Many federal judges throughout the federal judiciary then enlarged on the earlier cover-ups, and in time they were covering up for major criminal activities that were also clearly treasonous.
As in the past, the cover-ups continue, made possible by public lack of knowledge of these matters and lack of interest in discovering the truth, making possible even worse tragedies.
