Discovered While Holding Key Government Position

The credibility of the charges made while Rodney Stich held a key federal aviation safety inspector's position included:

• Rodney Stich's decades of background as a Navy patrol Plane Commander in World War II, an international airline captain for many years, rated in most of the airliner aircraft flown from the end of World War II to the arrival of the jets, and two of the airline-type jets; and author of several highly acclaimed books.
   
• As a federal airline safety inspector for the Federal Aviation Administration, he was considered competent to be selected by one group in the FAA to single-handedly accept the assignment to correct the conditions responsible for the worst series of aviation disasters in the nation's history, at that time centered on United Airlines.
   
• During his investigation, he acquired dozens of official government documents, plus those from his own investigations, showing major safety problems, corrupt and criminal acts at United Airlines, and even worse misconduct in the hierarchy of the government agency responsible for aviation safety.

• The combination of FAA hierarchy misconduct, Department of Justice cover-ups, and refusal by members of Congress to take action, and the continuation and worsening of the internal FAA corruption and resulting aviation disasters caused FAA inspector to use the law in such a manner that he acted similar to an independent prosecutor, responsible for conduct weeks of  hearings in court-like proceedings, taking testimony and presenting evidence before an administrator law judge, an attorney from the FAA administrator's staff, William Jennings, whose interest was in covering up and protecting United Airlines and the involved
  FAA personnel. Hundreds of page of transcript including testimony and government documents proved the existence of safety problems, incompetence, corrupt and criminal acts, enabling to occur several specific aviation disasters and deaths.
   
• Additional support was provided by three major airline disasters occurring during the hearing. Two occurred in Stich's area of immediate federal airline safety responsibilities; and each crash was caused or enabled to occur by the exact same safety problems, safety violations and criminal acts that Stich had repeatedly reported in writing, for which no corrective actions were taken, while retaliatory acts were taken against the reporting federal aviation safety inspector, Rodney Stich. For the many deaths that occurred in those three crashes made possible by the corrupt and criminal acts of people at United Airlines and within the Federal Aviation Administration, the guilty were rewarded and the person attempting to prevent those deaths, FAA inspector Rodney Stich, suffered serious retaliation. That retaliation would continue and worsen over the next several decades.
   
• The head of the federal government's Sky Marshal Program, John Graziano, urged Stich to send a detailed report to the FAA administrator detailing the specific corrupt and criminal acts, which was done, and cosigned by Graziano.
   
• Many years of subsequent easily preventable aviation disasters further confirmed the truthfulness of Stich's evidence.
