First, Understand Some Basic Facts, Most of Which are Documented Before a person can answer the question about whether the 3,000 people who died such a horrendous death on 9/11 died in vain, that person must read and understand a few facts, most of which are documented. Those 3,000 died in vain, with the people guilty for the conditions that made them an easy target for 19 terrorists still not identified, nor prosecuted, and in some cases, rewarded. Here are a few basic facts: Deaths Made Possible All forms of human tragedies have been inflicted upon the people of the United States from the corruption discovered by the people behind this site−and made possible by enablers in and out of government. The below pictures are only a sampling of the consequences from the documented corruption that are able to be portrayed graphically. The tragedies in other areas resulting from the corruption, cover-ups, and public indifference, are not shown here. United Airlines crash into New York City, the world's worst at that time. Withheld from the Amererica public were the reports by federal safety inspectors-investigators showing a continuing pattern of corruption, fraud, criminal alteration of major government required records−and the standard abuse of those few inspectors attempting to require the airline management to comply with industry standards and clear requirements of federal aviation safety requirements−and FAA management to require compliance. None of the guilty, the enablers, to these and the continuing fraud-related crashes ever were held accountable for the hundreds of deaths that they enabled to occur. These few examples of the horrors associated with airline disasters enabled to occur by documented corruption withheld from the American people. The standard culture of cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the continuing series of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people. In criminal law, people are accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the consequences. Among the "Least" Guilty of the Enablers Understand the Areas of Primary Blame The people who share responsibility for the ability of 19 terrorists to hijack four airliners fall into several groups. These included: The people responsible for ordering the measures to prevent airliners from being hijacked. The people responsible for discovering and acting on the hijacking scheme. The people who actively blocked the reporting of the criminal activities, which constituted obstruction of justice. The people who retaliated against a former federal agent who sought to report the corrupt and criminal activities. The people who knew of these corrupt and criminal activities and did not act to expose the federal crimes. People Responsible for Preventing Airlines Being Hijacked: FAA The people who were, obviously, responsible for the conditions that should have prevented anyone from hijacking a U.S. airliner, were the people in the FAA. They were never investigated. They were responsible directly to order the preventative measures against airline hijackings. Numerous government documents document the corruption within the FAA. These people repeatedly blocked professional federal aviation safety agents from performing their government air safety duties, which blocked the known preventative measures to block airliners from being hijacked. FAA documents entered into an unprecedented hearing by FAA inspector Rodney Stich who acted similar to an independent prosecutor. Federal lawsuits filed under the federal crime reporting statute seeking to report to a federal judge the corrupt and criminal activities within the FAA (and the cover-ups by the political board members of the NTSB). The People Responsible for Discovering and Acting On the Hijacking Scheme: FBI-CIA The people who were responsible for discovering and acting to prevent the hijacking scheme were people in the FBI and CIA. Decades of a culture of corruption in these two government groups have been detailed in the books, FBI, CIA, the Mob, and Treachery; Drugging America; and Defrauding America. This was the area of secondary blame for the terrorists being able to carry out their hijacking scheme despite widespread knowledge of the plans. FBI agents engaging in murders with organized crime and Mafia groups in Boston and New York, and other criminal activities, are not the culture required to protect vital national interests. Complicity by Federal Judges Federal judges were repeatedly informed of the corruption in the FAA, NTSB, CIA, and FBI-DOJ, starting in 1968, and continued to 9/11, and thereafter. The reports by a former federal agent were being made under the authority of two statutes: Federal crime reporting statute, Title 18 U.S.C. § 4, that requires anyone knowing of a federal crime to promptly report it to a federal judge or other federal official. since members of Congress were covering up and refusing to receive the information, and DOJ personnel also covered up, that left federal judges as the next choice for reporting the corrupt and criminal activities that in the aviation area were resulting in preventable airline disasters and deaths; and in the other areas of criminal activities, adversely affecting national security and the lives of many people living in the United States. The other federal law providing for reporting the corruption to a federal court was Title 28 U.S.C. § 1361 that provides that anyone may file papers in federal court seeking a court order requiring a federal official to perform a legal duty and to halt unlawful conduct. Felony Judicial Obstruction of Justice Federal judges repeatedly blocked the reports from being received. Federal judges repeatedly rendered unlawful and unconstitutional orders barring that former federal agent from filing any papers in federal courts. These orders knowingly blocked the reports of criminal activities being made, and blocked the former federal agent from reporting the criminal activities and blocked him from exercising federal defenses against the parallel legal actions being taken to block his exposing activities. Judicial Retaliation for Reporting Criminal Activities Federal judges and DOJ prosecutors−who had been blocking the reports of criminal activities repeatedly charged the former federal agent with criminal contempt of court for, would you believe, (a) reporting the criminal activities−some of which had resulted already in a series of fatal airline disasters, and would be the cause for the conditions that enabled 19 terrorists to hijack four airliners on September 11, 2001. Federal judges unlawfully and unconstitutionally seized the assets of that former federal agent which they knew were the assets that funded his exposure of the corrupt and criminal activities and the judges and others who were blocking the reports. Parallel Complicity by Lawyers The tactics changed from passive obstruction of justice to active obstruction of justice, blocking former federal agent Rodney Stich from reporting the criminal activities that he and a group of other former government agents had discovered during their professional and official government duties, involved dozens of lawyers. The first of many legal actions was taken by the San Francisco CIA-front law firm of Friedman, Sloan and Ross (and their lawyers) using a sham lawsuits barred by dozens of state and federal laws. One of the pages at this Internet site shows the overall pattern used by lawyers working in unison with California and then federal judges, and how the American people were affected by their conduct on 9/11 (among many other tragic consequences). People Contributing to 9/11 Political board members of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) who knew for years the culture of corruption in the related airline crashes and deaths, and who covered up. This knowledge arose from direct contacts with FAA inspectors, letters, and a lawsuit filed against the NTSB by former federal air safety agent Rodney Stich. Members of Congress who were repeatedly informed of the corruption via letters and lawsuits, and continued in repeated cover-ups. FBI and other DOJ officials, who knew of the corruption, the related tragedies, from letters by government agents and lawsuits filed by former federal agent Rodney Stich, and who covered up for the criminal activities. The American people who did nothing about these serious matters. Part of this tragic apathy includes: Being misled by media people who have for decades covered up for the criminal activities of high-level government officials. Not interested in reading the various sources of information. No time for getting informed due to work and other basic needs. Not being intelligence enough to care about reading alternate sources of information. Not caring about the consequences, too lazy to show any interest. Those who lack the common sense of honesty, character. Corruption and Tragedies Will Never Stop Because there are so many people and institutions implicated in either the direct corruption or the cover-up of the corruption, both of which made and continue to make the resulting tragedies possible, there will never be anyone courageous and powerful enough to change it. A change wold be possible if enough people would act, but the record does not provide any encouragement. Long History of Corruption and Deaths Former federal agent Rodney Stich had been making information known to the public since 1978, with the first printing of Unfriendly Skies and his hundreds of radio and television reports. If sufficient people had shown outrageespecially the next-of-kin from prior airline disasters that occurred due to the corruption being exposed by government insidersmany subsequent tragedies would not have occurred, including the 9/11 hijackings. This information is documented, and despite the proof of what is stated here, not a single American will respond. The culture of apathy, or cowardice, is so engrained, that the public must resort to placing a hero label on ball players. So, thanks to this engrained American tradition, more tragedies will occur.
