What if, those who made many tragedies possible.

<body> The Ripple, or Butterfly Effect, and 9/11 The least-understood, and one of the most important factors in the tragedies inflicted upon the American people, and of great harm to the fabric of the United States, is the ripple or "Butterfly" effect from seemingly remote actions and activities, even those that surfaced years earlier. This site seeks to provide an explanation of the tragedies associated with this effect. Many of the past, present, and future deadly occurrences tragically affecting the lives of many people, and major national issues, including national security, are the result of the blowback or ripple effect of overt and covert actions by key people in government, and in overt and covert government operations. IF more people would develop a desire to read and learn about these actions that results in so much human misery, and act responsibly to address these matters, the lives of many victims, and the harm threatening the United States would. not exist. Give this a little thought, because the effect has had catastrophic consequences for the nation, and thousands of people, some who have been killed. Start with the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to hijack four airliners on 9/11 (which set off numerous other events with catastrophic consequences). First, the responsibility for ordering the preventative measures against airline hijackings were with people in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). These simple and inexpensive preventative measures were known, were easily accomplished, some could have been accomplished nationwide overnight. If the known conditions for preventing airliners from being hijacked, that were repeatedly recommended by government aviation safety agents, were not blocked, terrorists would not have been enabled, and probably discouraged ahead of time, from carrying out the scheme to hijack the airliners on that fateful day. The reason why those preventative measures were not put into place was the same reason why many other known preventative measures were never put into place until the gravity of a highly publicized air disaster forced the FAA to do what it should have done prior to that or prior to a series of crashes from the same safety problems. Now, the important issue. The people in the section of the FAA responsible for ordering the known preventative measures against hijackings of airliners were the same people that federal aviation safety agent Rodney Stich accused of corrupt activities that repeatedly blocked the implementation of measures to prevent airline crashes, including hijackings. The tactics used by key people in the FAA to block the implementation of known safety measures were criminal in nature, documented, and highly detailed in the books: Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries, and Blowback, 9/11, and Cover-Ups. IF this corruption and culture did not exist in that segment of the FAA, decades of preventable airline disasters would probably never have happened as the known preventative measures would not have been blocked by corrupt FAA personnel. That means that many people who were killed in those preventable crashes, would not have been killed. This is serious; very serious. And as applied to the hijackings of September 11, 2001, 3,000 people would not have undergone the sufferings that they did before they finally were killed. In any normal society, this obvious relationship would have been addressed, and the guilty punished, rather than rewarded. The excuse would not have existed for U.S. politicians to order the carpet bombing of Afghanistan, the invasion of Iraq, and all the terrible things that have happened as a result, and what waits to confront America and its people. All of this would have been prevented if, instead of the standard culture of cover-ups that is one of the most enduring records of American society, decent people would have addressed the obvious, reported the obvious, and took action against those in the system responsible for the many calamities. But the Blame Doesn't Stop There The blame doesn't stop with the corrupt activities of certain people in the FAA. Without the complicity of many others, they could not have gotten away with their deadly corrupt and criminal activities. If the facts are known and understood, which are detailed in the related books, there were others implicated. For instance: United Airlines. The people at United Airlines that either took advantage of the culture of corruption in the FAA, or help bred and continue it, share blame for the deep-seated culture that made United Airlines crewmembers and passengers victims on 9/11. It would be ironical that people at United Airlines that Stich had repeatedly reported as engaging in corrupt safety activities made possible the culture that resulted in two of United Airlines jets being hijacked on 9/11. The political board members of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) were fully aware of the corruption that Stich had brought to their attention, and even admitted that Stich's predecessor on the program had reported the same problems to them earlier. Instead of exercising their oversight safety responsibilities, they covered up for the corruption, making them complicit in subsequent airline disasters arising from the culture and the corruption. Since Stich held the most explosive hands-on position in the nation's airline safety activities, with years of prior aviation experience, and had the evidence, and the crashes were occurring, it was deadly irresponsible for them to cover up. But then, this went on for years, as Stich and other former government agents brought to the attention of members of Congress other areas of criminal activities that were having profound effects upon the people and national security. Stich first started reported federal crimes to various divisions of the Department of Justice while he was a federal aviation safety agent, and repeatedly encountered a block. This block obstructed justice, protected criminal and their criminal conduct, and in the government's aviation safety offices, had deadly consequences. DOJ corruption. Murderous culture in the FBI. Starting with a known CIA-front law firm, and eventually involving over 50 lawyers and law firms, and over 50 California and federal judges, all of whom misused the courts, repeatedly violated large numbers of state and federal laws and constitutional protections, knowing--and surely intending−to halt Stich's attempts to report and expose the corrupt activities that were continuing to have major harmful consequences for the United States and many people, many of whom would be killed. Starting while Stich was a federal agent, he repeatedly reported the criminal activities that he and a group of other former government agents had discovered as part of the agents' official and professional duties. These were activities that, in the aviation arena, were resulting in a continuing airline disasters, and deaths. In other areas affected by the corruption, national security was being undermined, and many innocent people were continuing to suffer great harm, even death. But despite all this, media people continued to keep the lid on the crimes against the United States, becoming criminally complicit in the crimes and the consequences. Stich later on discovered from various sources that there has been a history of secret payments to media people and media organizations by the CIA and other government entities, that expected them to cover up and to spin any unfavorable stories. More General Discussion Ripple Effects Enabling the 9/11 Hijackings The primary areas of blame for the conditions that enabled terrorists to hijack four airlines on 9/11 were the arrogance and corruption in the government's aviation safety offices, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Their culture of self-interest repeatedly blocked the implementation of known measures that would have prevented the 9/11 hijackingsand 50 years of prior airline hijackings. This area has been carefully covered up by members of Congress and the 9/11 Commission. Former federal agent Rodney Stich had left a long trail of evidence in federal court filings, in letters to members of Congress, and in books and radio/TV appearances, that would open up areas of corruption in and out of government beyond the imagination of almost anyone. Secondary Areas of Blame For 9/11 The second areas of blame that enabled terrorists to carry out their scheme that surfaced on 9/11, were the culture and corruption in the CIA and the FBI. But decades of reports on FBI corruption, and CIA corruption, was covered up, continuing a culture that was not conducive to acting on threats to the United States when the FBI-CIA corruption was itself not only a threat to the United States but an actual source of harm. Decades of Ripple Effects Harming America and Its People People in the CIA have for years engaged in actions subverting U.S. interests, which were hardly conducive to devoting attention to plots by others to harm the United States. For instance: Decades of drug smuggling into the United States. Drugging American GIs in Vietnam, generating a hoard of drug users, and contributing to GI deaths. Looting the savings and loans and other financial scams. CIA director engaging in corrupt activities (such as October Surprise), and lying to support the president's intent to invade Iraq. Deaths by cremation or dismemberment in fraud-related airline disasters. Prison sentences for innocent people, sometimes life in prison. Often results from the culture of lying by prosecutors, threatening or rewarding people to give false testimony against innocent people. 38,000 thousand killed Americans in Korea, and thousands more maimed for life. Put end-to-end, the bodies of the dead would stretch for 40 miles. 58,000 killed Americans in Vietnam. End-to-end, the dead would stretch for 60 miles. Thousands of Americans killed and maimed in Iraq. Tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis killed from U.S. military actions. Impoverishment of thousands who exercised the statutory protections of Chapter 11, unaware of the widespread corruption of federal judges, federal trustees, lawyers, law firms, and their associates. Worldwide hatred for Americans, never-before growth for people wanting to kill Americans. Today, the consequences will hit home, as such weapons as suitcase nuclear bombs that have been obtained by terrorists will eventually be used. Massive indebtedness that could lead to a 1930 type of depression, but with riots and anarchy instead of the prior reasonable level of recognition for law. FBI agents in the Boston FBI office engaging in murders for years, with the Bulger criminal group, which was known to FBI and DOJ officials in Washington. FBI supervisory agent in the New York offices engaging in murders for years with the Colombo Mafia family, which was known to other FBI and DOJ officials. Middle East destabilization with countless areas of ripple effects, most not recognized by the people, partly made possible by White House and other politicians catering to Israel despite its invasion and occupation of another country and brutality upon its citizens. The party may be nearly over for America, thanks partly to the overwhelming numbers of people in denial. What if people in the CIA, and people closely associated with the CIA, were actually smuggling drugs into the United States for the last 50 years--despite the deadly consequences, the huge incarceration rate, and the enormous cost? And if these crimes against the United States were conducted with the assistance, or cover-ups, by the many intelligence agencies, the DEA, FBI, DOJ, members of Congress, and much of the media? Would thousands of murders not have occurred? Would thousands of people have been sentenced to prison on drug related charges? What if White House politicians during the Reagan-Bush administrations did not secretly fund and arm Iraq--making possible Iraq's 1990 invasion of Kuwait; the first Gulf War in response; and the present invasion of Iraq? Would 58,000 American GIs have been killed in the invasion of Vietnam if the American public had not been so easily and willingly duped; had cared enough to read about the lies of White House politicians--and their shills; had shown some courage and true patriotism and protested; and recognized the stupidity of going to war to force the Vietnamese to adopts the form of government demanded by White House politicians? Would 38,000 American GIs have been killed in Korea if the American public had not been deceived and lied to; and had cared enough to read about the true facts; and have realized the stupidity of engaging in war in that far-off land. Would American GIs have been killed, maimed, in Iraq, if the American public had not accepted the continually series of lies for which contradictory evidence was readily available on the Internet? or if members of congress, and media people, had not acted as shills for the war mongers in the White House? or if people cared more about supporting their party line than in the lives of the Americans and Iraqis that would be killed? If the shills for the war mongers in the White House had not joined the hoax upon the American people: Would Americans be killed and maimed in Iraq? Would the greatest generation of terrorists in the world's history not have occurred? Would the world's people not have thought of Americans as stupid war mongers? Would the great harm in lives, money lost, and a host of other harms yet to be felt by most Americans have occurred from the serial lying and invasion of Iraq if: Members of the Republican Party had shown more concern for lives, and their country, then to support their war mongering and lying president and staff? Would many of the nation's tragedies have occurred if members of Congress paid attention to the corruption in government offices described to them by insiders, instead of responding only to gift-bearing lobbyists? Would Iran have turned into an Islamic Republic, hostile to the United States, if the United States, through the CIA, had brought about the 1953 revolution that removed Mossadegh from power and installed the CIA puppet: the Shah? Would the October Surprise seizing of 52 American hostages in Tehran have occurred if the 1953 revolution had not occurred? Domestic "Terrorism" What if Justice Department prosecutors didn't routinely seize properties from people through asset forfeiture, even though they are never charged or are found innocent? What if Justice Department prosecutors didn't routinely file false charges against innocent people and then use known perjured testimony to bring about long prison terms, even life? What if FBI agents in the Boston and New York City offices, with the knowledge and approval of FBI and DOJ Washington officials, had not engaged in numerous murders with organized crime and Mafia families, and instead, concentrated on matters such as the terrorists of 9/11? What if people in the government's aviation safety offices did not habitually block the implementation of known procedures for preventing 50 years of hijacking, would the hijacking of four airlines on 9/11 have occurred? Would the 9/11 hijackings have occurred--and the tragic subsequent events--if people holding check and balance responsibilities had performed, or if the public had responded when former government agents repeatedly reported the corrupt culture in these offices? Would any of these tragedies--plus countless others--have occurred if the American public was so pathetically uninformed, without interest, and devoid of the patriotism and courage needed to maintain an honest democracy? All forms of human tragedies have been inflicted upon the people of the United States from the corruption discovered by the people behind this site−and made possible by enablers in and out of government. Withheld from the Amererica public were the reports by federal safety inspectors-investigators showing a continuing pattern of corruption, fraud, criminal alteration of major government required records−and the standard abuse of those few inspectors attempting to require the airline management to comply with industry standards and clear requirements of federal aviation safety requirements−and FAA management to require compliance. None of the guilty, the enablers, to these and the continuing fraud-related crashes ever were held accountable for the hundreds of deaths that they enabled to occur. These few examples of the horrors associated with airline disasters enabled to occur by documented corruption withheld from the American people. The standard culture of cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the continuing series of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people. In criminal law, people are accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the consequences.
