Partial List of Criminal Activities and
Their Ripple Effects

This is a partial list of criminal activities discovered by the author and his group of contributing government agents and deep-cover operatives. Adequate proof of these matters is found in the third editions of Defrauding America and History of Aviation Disasters: 1950 to 9/11, and the first edition of Drugging America:

Widespread culture of misconduct, starting with the Federal Aviation Administration, that made possible the September 11, 2001, terrorist hijackings, prior fatal hijackings, and prior airline crashes. Repeated cover-ups by every government check and balance and many non-government check and balance insured the continuation of misconduct, the continuation of the tragedies, and the continuation of misconduct subverting the security of the United States.
Years of drug smuggling by the Central Intelligence Agency, later joined by the National Security Council, the U.S. military, and portions of other government agencies. This practice has inflicted great harm upon the people of the United States, upon people's freedoms, constitutionally protected rights, and enormous personal tragedies. These criminal and even subversive matters were accompanied by felony cover-ups by every government check and balance, including the FBI and other Justice Department divisions, members of Congress, and even federal judges (and Supreme Court justices). These are America's "leaders," and their conduct inflicts major harm upon national interests and the lives of America's people. These are major crimes under federal criminal statutes, including Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 3, and 4. By public disregard of these major crimes by those people in control of key government offices, the nation and its people will continue to suffer, and could eventually bring about the collapse of the United States and this is not hyperbole!
Bankruptcy court corruption that destroys people's assets and inflicts grave personal problem upon innocent people. This corruption involves federal judges, judge-appointed trustees, attorneys and law firms, and the Justice Department's trustee. Chapter 11 cases that have large equities and are not "bankrupt" are targeted, statutory and constitutional protections openly violated, and people corruptly stripped of their assets. The courts are made into a criminal enterprise.
CIA involvement in a history of crimes against America, including drug smuggling, looting the savings and loans and HUD, October Surprise, Iran Contra, and much more. Dozens of CIA and other insiders detail these matters in Defrauding America and Drugging America.
Routine of false charges and perjured testimony, by government agents and government informants, against tens of thousands of men and women in the arrogant and corrupt war-on-drugs by government personnel.
Government personnel sending often-innocent men and women to prison while government personnel simultaneously engage directly in drug smuggling or aid and abet government personnel's drug smuggling. Discover the plight of America's war heroes who are falsely charged with criminal offenses when they seek to report high-level corruption in government.
Felony cover-ups of these corrupt practices by America's checks and balances. Heading the lists are the attorneys with the U.S. Department of Justice, followed by members of Congress and much of the broadcast and print media, and members of the legal fraternity who see the judicial corruption first hand and cover up for it, pandering to their peers on the court benches.

Continuing Corruption of Federal Judges

Renegade judges blocking the reports of criminal activities being reported under the federal crime reporting statute (Title 18 U.S.C. § 4). These criminal activities, the subject of judicial obstruction of justice, included those that insured the success of the September 11, 2001, terrorist hijackers. Without the obstruction of justice by federal judges, the September 11 terrorist acts would almost certainly have been prevented. Federal judges continuing to block reports of criminal activities that insured the success of the September 11 terrorists. Unlawful and unconstitutional orders have been rendered barring a former federal agent, for the remainder of his life, from federal court access, which prevents him and his group of other former federal agents from reporting criminal activities to a federal court under the requirements of the federal crime reporting statute. (Involvement of Justice Department personnel in a history of cover-ups makes reporting these criminal acts to a federal court the only alternative.) In this way, the same people and the same culture that made possible the success of the September 11 terrorists are still in control. The 40 years of documented misconduct and related tragedies will not continue. Perpetrators of these crimes against the American people and the United States include Judges Marilyn Patel, Milton Schwartz, Vaughn Walker, David Levi; Magistrate John Moulds; former federal judge Raul Ramirez (and others named in the books).

Unlawful and unconstitutional decisions barring government whistleblowers from court access, preventing them from reporting high-level government corruption (via federal crime reporting statute, Title 18 U.S.C. Felony cover-ups by federal judges of high-level government corruption.

Depriving defendants of defenses. Judges refusing to allow defendants from having covert government agents and covert government documents used in court in their defense, allowing innocent people to be convicted and imprisoned.

These statements are not hyperbole. These matters are detailed and documented in the books, Drugging America, Defrauding America, and Unfriendly Skies, written with the input from dozens of government agents and deep cover operatives and others. A terrible price was paid to bring this information to the public.

Long History of Corruption-Enabled Harmful Events

As a result of the widespread corruption in overt and covert government operations, the systemic cover-ups that treat high-level corruption as the "third-rail," and the retaliation against whistleblowers, great American tragedies have repeatedly occurred, and will continue to occur.

Harm to the American public in non-violent areas.
Harm to people of other countries.
Harm to the few people in the United States fighting the high-level corruption in a meaningful manner.

These few examples of the horrors associated with airline disasters enabled to occur by documented corruption withheld from the American people. The standard culture of cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the continuing series of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people.

Consequences of Corruption, Cover-Ups, And
Retaliation Felonies Not Limited to Aviation

There were many other forms of victims from the systemic high-level corruption. These included for instance victims of the:

Department of Justice prosecutorial misconduct, people being falsely charges with crimes in order to improve the prosecutors' career.
The explosion of violent crime related to drug smuggling into the United States, in which CIA assets were major players.
Series of financial frauds appearing every few years, with the latest housing and financial implosions surfacing in 2008.
Seizure of assets from innocent people.
And many other forms.

These offenses are described in the books written by insiders.

Corruption of the Type Described at this site does not occur in a vacuum. High-level corruption in one area is simply one tentacle of a widespread culture of corruption. And the consequences of that corruption−and the endemic cover-ups−have consequences in other areas. The culture of corruption affects the people and the nation in many other ways, That includes the latest series of financial frauds that has occurred in the housing and financial sectors. Also, the effect of the endemic corruption and endemic cover-ups−major parts of the culture in the United States−that enablers successful terrorist attacks upon U.S. interests.

In addition to the decades of harm resulting from the systemic corruption of key people and groups in the U.S. government, affecting aviation safety, financial, human rights, in the United States, there is the harm from outside sources brought about by the actions of U.S. politicians affecting people in other countries—such as the history of invading and killing foreigners—there are the successful "terrorist" attacks made possible by high-level corruption, and then there are the foreigners who are also victims from the same high-level corruption that adversely affects the American, but in a different form.

In criminal law, people are accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the consequences.

Suggestion to people outside the United States. Become familiar with the documented systemic corruption in the United States and show the outrage lacking of people in the United States, and:

Help expose the endemic corruption that seem to be acceptable to the American people, and maybe wake them up.
Help to protect yourselves against the decades of ham inflicted upon people of other countries by the actions of U.S. politicians—supported by much of the American public. Examples:
- Serial lying by U.S. politicians to use as a pretense to invade Iraq and Afghanistan, killing tens of thousands of innocent people.
- U.S. politicians shifting enabling blame from their own corrupt actions that encouraged and enabled four groups of terrorists to simultaneously hijack four airliners, and shift the blame to the people of Iraq and Afghanistan—with the help of a dumbed-down American public that is mostly too lazy to learn the truth.
