Virtual Impossibility of Halting The Corrupt Culture The huge and all-encompassing list of people and groups involved in the cover-ups, or the underlying criminal activities, makes it improbable that the same people in control of the system that were implicated would now expose the crimes in which they were or are implicated. The American public has shown its unwillingness to show any concern. Even when former government agents foolishly act to address the government corruption, and they receive suffer severe retaliation, there still is no response from the American public. No change is a certainty. Consequences if Public Learned of the Corruption And Understood the History of Consequences There is no end to the adverse consequences if the media, or Congress, could force these matters to the public's radar, and inform them of the gravity of the history of corruption and cover-ups. History indicates that the public will not react until−like puppet masters−they are primed and in a subtle manner told to react. The enormity of the multiple documented areas of corruption involving key people and key groups in and out of government insures that no actions will ever be taken. And the past shows that the American public will never respond unless it relate to some parochial and personal matter that takes very little mental effort to understand, while ignoring far greater matters with catastrophic consequences. More Details on the History Of Cover-Ups for Serious Viewers In the 1960s, federal airline safety inspector Rodney Stich, holding a key hands-on safety responsibilities in areas with a continuing series of airline disasters, discovered and documented deep-seated corruption within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and at United Airlines. His attempts to report and correct these problems resulted in the standard retaliation against anyone that exposes corruption of people in key government positions. Corruption of Management at the Tombstone Agency, The FAA—and History of Catastrophic Consequences In desperation, as the airline disasters continued to occur every few months, FAA inspector Stich used the law in such a manner that he acted similar to an independent prosecutor, charging key FAA personnel with corrupt activities, and conducted several months of hearings before an administrative law judge, FAA attorney William Jennings, on the FAA administrator's staff. Final closing brief presented at end of hearings, warning of the consequences if a cover-up occurred. (During the hearing, three additional major airline disasters occurred, all due to the same safety problems that Stich had repeatedly reported in writing, which were not acted upon, including the criminal violations.) At the urging of the FAA person that headed the Sky Marshal Program, Stich prepared a report that was sent to the head of the Federal Aviation Administration the detailed the specific and documented corrupt acts and the fatal crashes arising from the problems. The August 8, 1966, report was preceded with a cover letter. It is ironic that the FAA attorney, later left the FAA and became the safety director for the Airline Passenger Association. Stich then left government service to circumvent the internal FAA cover-ups. Cover-Ups by Political NTSB Board Members Political personnel in the office of the National Transportation Safety Board were repeatedly notified by certain FAA inspectors of the corruption within the FAA related to a series of specific airline disasters and covered up. This obstruction of justice enabled the corruption to continue, along with the crashes which the NTSB political figures enabled to occur. Cover-Ups by Members of Congress for Past 40 Years The continuing crashes caused the former federal agent to start sending letters to members of Congress. These letters described his professional and official duties, the specific acts of corruption, the continuing crashes, and offered to provide testimony and evidence. The charges relating to airline disasters were initially made while the disasters were occurring every few months, and continued at that rate for many years thereafter. The initial response was stating the seriousness of the charges−and then giving excuses for not exercising their moral and legal responsibilities. These letters to members of Congress continues for years thereafter as Stich discovered still other areas of criminal activities, some from his personal experiences and some from the many other government agents and insiders that provided him with what they had discovered. Duty to Immediately Act The recipient members of Congress had an immediate responsibility to take various actions, including: Requesting evidence and conducting hearings. The ongoing mass funerals resulting from the crashes demanded an immediate meaningful investigation. None ever occurred. Requesting the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to conduct an investigation of the serious charges. Under the federal crime reporting statute, they had the duty to receive the information, to conduct hearings, and also to provide the information relating to federal crimes to the Department of Justice. The federal crime reporting statute makes it a criminal offense for anyone knowing of a federal crime not to report it promptly to a federal judge or other federal officer, which would include members of Congress to whom Stich made the report. In turn, members of Congress then were under a mandatory responsibility to turn the information over to people in the U.S. Department of Justice. The congressional cover-ups knowingly continued the corruption, the crashes, and the deaths. In letters describing other areas of high-level corruption, the tragic consequences to major national interests, including national security, and to the American people, continued to occur. By their conduct, members of Congress committed felonies under the obstruction of justice statues, which were made even more serious by the deaths that such felony cover-ups allowed to occur. Cover-Ups by DOJ Personnel The corrupt activities by people in the highly politicized U.S. Department of Justice are endless, and described in almost all of the books written by former federal agent Rodney Stich with input from other government agents. The culture brought about by the corruption in the Department of Justice constitutes the greatest source of harm to the American people and the greatest threat, far more than any "external" terrorists. The repeated major violations of civil and constitutions protections by federal judges and California judges, and the ACLU lawyers that initiated the start of the sham legal actions. Made possible the schemes that prevented exposure of corrupt conditions that were continuing to inflict great harm, even death, upon many people. They become enablers in the corrupt conditions that enabled terrorists to hijack four airliners on September 11, 2001. Cover-Ups by Lawyers Handling Crash-Litigation Cases Letters sent to lawyers and law firms dealing in aviation accident cases received replies about the gravity of what Stich was stating, but none would help. Instead, some simply used Stich's information in confidential negotiations with the defendants to obtain high settlements, including more money for themselves. Cover-Ups by 9/11 Commission Despite the fact that Stich was a highly experience pilot and held a key hands-on position in the government's agency responsible for airline safety, not a single response was received to Stich's letters and declarations sent to them. Part of the problem is described in the book, Crimes of the FBI-DOJ, and the Mafia. One of the commission members was a Department of Justice official that was involved in blocking measures being taken after being told by a mole inside an al Qaeda cell headed by Ramzi Yousef of several planned terrorist attacks, including the planned hijackings of U.S. airliners. To have included this information in the 9/11 Commission report would have endangered the careers of several high DOJ officials. Cover-Ups by Media People Concurrently, Stich sent letters to many people in the media, putting them on notice of the various forms of corruption that he and a group of other insiders discovered. He eventually learned that when the information of misconduct by people in government is of such great gravity media people would not report it. By their continual series of cover-ups of major hardcore corruption in government media people became complicit in the frauds inflicted upon the American people and the harmful consequences that they made possible. The only time that media people report corruption in high-level government offices is when the corruption is below a certain level. And any investigative reporter, or even a newspaper, that strays from this unwritten rule feels the retaliation from other media people and media corporations. Cover-Up: a Criminal Act Cover-up is a polite term for major criminal conduct making possible great American tragedies with great suffering by people and great harm to major national interests, and national security.
