<body> The 9/11 Hijackings Really Brought Out The Worst of the Conspiracy Clan The conspiracy theorists on 9/11, with their wild statements about what happened on September 11, 2001, would be laughed out of the room if they attempted to state that nonsense before a group of professionals. It takes a listener or reader, ignorant of the subject, and too lazy to read the evidence provided by professionals, ford them to have an audience. Some of the most wacky conspiracy theories include, for instance: No airliners hit the world trade Center buildings, or the Pentagon, or crashed into the ground in Pennsylvania. Where then are the planes, and the occupants! (Everyone—Please call home!!) Aircraft wreckage was pictured on the grounds by the Pentagon. Numerous videos show the airliners crashing into the World Trade Center. Much of the debris and bodies were removed from the Pennsylvania site. Passengers and flight attendants made phone calls from the hijacked aircraft and reported the presence of the hijackers. The airliners that crashed into the World Trade Center has missiles under the wings. Fastening missiles onto a fuel-filled wing is more than applying duct tape! Hundreds of hours of work would be needed to make such an attachment, questionable at best because of the fuel in the wings. The aircraft is under constant attention with maintenance and service personnel, and could not possibly go undetected. Pilots and maintenance personnel around the aircraft during pre-departure preparations couldn't possibly miss the presence of a missile under the wing. Passengers boarding the aircraft, or watching the aircraft from the terminal areas, would surely see the missile. The airliners were under the control of a secretly installed autopilot that the pilots could not control. Rewiring airliners to accomplish this is not like inserting another radio. Massive electrical and mechanical changes would be required, that would take hundreds of hours of work. It would have to be secretly, not possible while regular maintenance personnel were constantly in or around the aircraft. That scenario would eliminate the need for hijackers to be on board. The World Trade Center Buildings were taken down by explosives. The placement of explosives on various floors of the World Trade Center buildings would require one or more 18-wheeler load of explosives. The explosives throughout the World Trade Center buildings would require miles of wire to synchronize the explosion. Thousands of people would have to be totally blind not to see the explosives being moved from the trucks to the various floors of the World Trade Center buildings, and blind to the miles of connecting wires and explosives. Conspiracy absurdities were stated in the downing of Korean Airlines Flight 007 on a flight from Anchorage to Korea, stating the aircraft was never downed over the Pacific: Where is the aircraft and the occupants? Part of the wreckage was recovered by a rescue team composed of several countries. The Soviet military admitted shooting down the aircraft. Some conspiracy theorists combine elements of true facts within the ludicrous conspiracy allegations, but most don't even do that. In the 2010 book written by Jesse Ventura with Dick Russell called American Conspiracies, they combine facts with either outright wild charges or imply that the wild charges are probably true. These include, for instance: That the United States held back from shooting down any of the hijacked airliners. (For anyone to authorize the murder of a planeload of people on the possibility that the aircraft might crash into a building is irresponsible. For one thing, even IF the airline was known to be hijacked, that doesn't mean that the crew might not regain control.) That the World Trade Center towers were not brought down as a result of the airplanes crashing into them, but by "controlled demolition." That required, as previously stated, a literal impossible logistics, plus, a bizarre coordination between people on the ground activating the explosives with the timing by the hijackers." Doubts about any aircraft smashing into the Pentagon. As stated in the book, "With all the evidenced readily available at the Pentagon crash site, any unbiased rational investigator could only conclude that a Boeing 757 did not fly into the Pentagon as alleged ...." Questioned that the United Airlines Flight 93 crashed at the Shanksville, Pennsylvania site (despite all the evidence that was retrieved). The final ludicrous statement, "Also for the first time in history, no attempt was made to reconstruct he planes with whatever parts they could find." Planes are reconstructed to determine why the crash occurred. But when planes are deliberately crashed by hijackers, the reason for the crash is known. Further, it would have been utterly impossible to reconstruct any of the planes from the tens of millions of small pieces that survived. And to think that Ventura was once the governor of Minnesota! He claims that the book was a best seller; if so, this doesn't say much for anyone that believes that utter nonsense. Airlines have fired, and the FAA has revoked the right to fly, for several airline pilots on the basis of their wild conspiracy theories on the basis that they are mentally unstable. The book, History of Aviation Disasters: 1950 to 9/11, by Captain Rodney Stich describes these conspiracy allegations in more detail. Absurd Conspiracy Claims Divert Attention From The Documented Enabling High Level Corruption Conspiracy statements that defy common sense, facts, and evidence, continue to divert public attention from the evidence being provided by professional insiders and recognized investigative groups. The conspiracy statements enables to continue the hard-core corruption that has either directly, or enabled to occur, great harm, deaths, and catastrophic consequences upon the American people. Because of these ridiculous conspiracy statements, the actual corruption for which there is considerable evidence goes undetected, continues, as will the consequences. Conspiracy theorists then become enablers. This writer has been debunking these conspiracy statements for decades. The conspiracy theorists have to rely on a dumbed-down audience, and one too lazy to check facts, or to absurd the information from professionals.
