Felony Cover-Ups by Members of Congress
The following members of Congress did not respond to the January 29, 2001, letter describing hard-core criminal activities in areas for which they had oversight responsibilities. By being made aware of allegations of criminal and even subversive activities involving people in key judicial and other government positions, they became guilty as the principles, under federal criminal statutes, including Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 3, and 4.

Significance Of the Absence Of Response
- The cover-ups were far more serious than the cover-ups by thousands of men and women sentenced to long federal prison terms for failure to report such matters as overhearing one-sided telephone conversations relating to drugs.
- The cover-ups of drug smuggling by people in government positions becomes not only criminal acts, but makes them conspirators to subvert the United States through the harm arising from drug smuggling using government facilities.
- The cover-ups of corrupt and criminal acts in the federal courts aids and abets the subversion of the laws and Constitution of the United States and the misuse of federal courts and judicial positions as criminal and racketeering enterprises.
- The cover-ups of other criminal activities brought to their attention makes them guilty as the underlying perpetrators, as a matter of federal laws.
- The present documented cover-ups by members of Congress continues the decades of documented congressional cover-ups.
- Makes these members of Congress partly responsible for the human tragedies arising out of these crimes that were made possible by Congressional cover-ups.
- In the third edition of Unfriendly Skies, the start of the documented and recorded congressional cover-ups is shown, along with the tragedies arising from such cover-ups. For a description of the great personal tragedies, read the books associated with these websites that were published for the sole purpose of informing the public of hard-core corruption in key judicial and government offices.
