<body> Culture of Arrogance and Corruption in Government's Aviation Safety Offices The culture within certain of the FAA offices, consisting of misfeasance, malfeasance, and worse, that made possible many prior fatal tragedies and the September 11 tragedies. Prior air disasters, 40 years of prior hijackings, haven't changed the culture, and the present cover-ups insures continuation of the tragedy-riddled corruption in the government's aviation safety offices. Culture of Arrogance and Corruption in DOJ Offices The pattern of misconduct in the various Justice Department divisions, that cover up for misconduct and retaliates against government whistleblowers. Culture of Arrogance and Corruption in Congress The pattern of cover-ups by members of Congress, who have a duty to receive evidence of misconduct and corruption in government, whose documented pattern of cover-ups and obstruction of justice aided and abetted the misconduct and the resulting consequences, including the September 11 tragedies. (Details in each of the books.) Many letters had been sent to members of Congress during the past 40 years by government insiders, professionals, reporting corruption in various government offices. Never once was there a meaningful response. Culture of Arrogance and Corruption of Federal Judges The complicity by federal judges, and the various schemes used by a CIA-front law firm, California judges, and then federal judges, to block the exposure of criminal activities that were continuing to result in deadly and catastrophic consequences for the United States. Federal lawsuits document the pattern of obstruction of justice, the judicial retaliation to silence whistleblowers, and judicial involvement in parallel obstruction of justice schemes. The primary means to prevent Stich and his group of other former federal agents from reporting the criminal activities, under the federal crimes reporting statute, to a federal judge, included: Blocking the reporting of criminal activities discovered by former federal air safety inspector Rodney Stich and other federal agents, who were seeking to report the criminal activities to a federal court as specifically provided and required by the federal crime reporting statute. By refusing to receive the information and evidence as part of their administrative duties, the criminal activities continued. Many airline crashes and the deaths of many people were made possible by the pattern of felony cover-ups by federal judges. (Simultaneously, the federal filings also sought to provide information and evidence of other areas of criminal activities in government and these were also being blocked, furthering the extent of the obstruction of justice and tragic effects upon national interests and the lives of many people. Issuing unlawful and unconstitutional orders permanently barring the former federal agent from filing any papers in any federal court--converting him into a man-without-a-country as to relates to the rights, protections, and defenses under the laws and Constitution of the United States that everyone else enjoys. Repeatedly charging him with criminal contempt of court for attempting to report the additional criminal activities--including those primarily responsible for the successful carrying out of the scheme to hijack four airliners on 9/11. Unlawfully and unconstitutionally seizing and liquidating his $10 million in assets that funded his exposure activities, and then charging him again with criminal contempt of court when he filed papers objecting to the seizure. Multiple orders have been filed by different federal judges, including former CIA legal counsel Silverman, barring the former federal air safety agent from filing any papers in the federal courts, for the remainder of his life. (The obvious intent of these unlawful and unconstitutional orders was to block the reporting of the criminal activities that by now included the criminal activities of federal judges). From 1986 to 1995, federal judges had charged that former federal agent with criminal contempt of court for attempting to report the criminal activities that were inflicting great harm upon major national interests, including national security. They went so far as to charged him with criminal contempt of court and at the age of 70, sent him to federal prison for six months, including eight weeks in solitary confinement. While in prison, federal judges, without notice, without hearing, and in violation of law, seized and then liquidated his $10 million in real estate, including his home and his businesses. The combination obstruction of justice and subversion of civil rights were part of the judicial scheme to block the exposure of hard-core corrupt and criminal activities in the three branches of government, starting with the corruption within the FAA that the federal agent had documented. These comments are facts, shown by judicial records. These documented judicial acts are crimes against the America people with a continuing price being paid by them for the refusal of checks and balances to act, for the failure of the media to make these facts known, and the failure of the people to act. Three thousand deaths on September 11, 2001, are only the latest consequences of the corruption and the judicial involvement in it. Making it all possible is the pathetic state of denial, cowardice, ignorance, by much of the American public. Letter to Department of Justice officials reveal some of the charges of corruption in government. The letter reveals matters that must be addressed and the urgent need to remove the guilty office if acceptable safeguards are to be in place to reduce the possibility of future terrorist attacks being successful. Also, to bring to justice those government personnel whose pattern of misconduct made possible over 3,000 deaths. Questionable Conduct Preceding Downing of TWA Flight 800 FBI and CIA personnel whose actions, immediately prior to the downing of TWA Flight 800, made possible the acquisition of almost 100 surface to air missiles by terrorists in Afghanistan and other locations. This conduct possibly played a role in the downing of TWA Flight 800. This same conduct may facilitate the surface to air missile attacks on U.S. airliners that have yet to occur. Conduct By U.S. Politicians Generating Explosive Hatred For United States Decades of subverting foreign governments, with heavy loss of life in the affected countries. Decades of training foreign personnel in terrorism, with heavy loss of life in the affected countries. Funding, training, and arming the same people in Afghanistan who now use the skills and arms against the United States. First, the United States called them "freedom fighters," and now they are called "terrorists." Invading foreign countries on fabricated excuses, such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Panama, causing the deaths of millions of people through schemes concocted by the CIA and other U.S. leaders. Providing preferential treatment, money, and arms, to Israel, resulting in great personal and financial harm to Arabs, rather than equal treatment to both, constituting a major cause for Arab hatred of the United States, resulting in terrorism and serious harm to America and its people. Catastrophic Consequences Arising From Conduct of U.S. Politicians The shooting-from-the-hip response by U.S. leaders can have catastrophic consequences for the United States and its people. With dozens of terrorist groups and cells located in many countries, more evidence must be developed and presented to foreign countries to obtain their cooperation. Failure to do this can result in: Escalation of terrorist attacks upon Americans and U.S. interests throughout the United States and throughout the world by dedicated and outraged terrorists willing to sacrifice their own lives. Surface to air missile attacks upon U.S. aircraft throughout the United States and throughout the world. (The availability of surface-to-air missiles to terrorists has been assisted by conduct of U.S. personnel, as described in the letter sent to members of Congress.) Bombs placed on board U.S. aircraft throughout the world. (Enough holes exist in aircraft security to permit this to occur.) Detonation of suitcase nuclear bombs in U.S. cities, the information show in Defrauding America. Cutting off of Middle East oil to the United States, with further economic losses in the United States. Very few living Americans went through the great depression of the 1930s, which, if it reoccurs, due to the existing culture, will be associated with nationwide rioting. Thousands of unnecessary deaths of U.S. service personnel if errors or misconduct of the past are repeated, such as in the Vietnam War (as was also experienced by Russia as it entered Afghanistan). Thousands, if not millions. of deaths of U.S. civilians if the prior culture of U.S. leaders is allowed to repeat. Additional Comments Years of fatal hijackings showing the obvious need for preventative actions that were repeatedly blocked by the the culture in the FAA. (Cockpit doors that cannot be broken down, removal of cockpit door keys from flight attendants, cockpit door release mechanism under the sole control of the pilots.) Reports by FAA air safety inspectors addressing the urgent need to take corrective actions to block hijackers from taking control of airliners, which were routinely ignored by FAA officials. Retaliatory actions taken against FAA air safety inspectors who report or who take corrective actions on unsafe and unlawful conduct that result in airline crashes. Cover-up and protection of the actual terrorists who caused the bomb to be placed on board Pan Am Flight 103 that blew up over Lockerbie. (Details in Defrauding America, 3rd ed.) Retaliation by Justice Department personnel against those people who sought to report the actual terrorists and the misconduct by U.S. personnel which permitted the bomb to be placed on the ill-fated aircraft. Justice Department personnel who protected the terrorists and their drug-related funding, who were subsequently responsible for the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.
