Unprecedented College Education on Government
Intrigue and the Tragic Blowback Consequences

The following material, and that which is referenced, could easily be considered a full-time college education on the role of intrigue and corruption in government offices and covert government operations, and "taught" by former government agents. The details supporting the following statements are found in books written by and with the input of dozens of government agents and other insiders.

It is important to realize that terrorism from outsides is only one source of danger and harm to the people in the United States. Other sources of harm, the source of far greater actual harm to the people, exists, and is unpublicized.

The following files were made over a period of time, and although some are duplicative, they usually provide a slightly different perspective.

The statements made here are based on facts, and not opinion.

Current Housing and Financial crisis is simply an extension of the endemic corruption and endemic cover-ups that has been inflicting great personal and financial harm upon a gullible and uninformed public, and responsible for the easy carrying out of terrorist attacks upon U.S. interests.

Until a responsible, vocal, and active segment of the American public starts focusing on these problems, the harm they suffer will continue. Among the steps the public must take (this writer is not optimistic any of these will be done) includes:

• Reading books by courageous insiders who risk all types of personal and financial harm to inform the people of the corruption being inflicted upon them by key people in local, state, and federal government. Reading Harry Potter, the sports page, or Hollywood trivia does not qualify! Several books must be read to get even a basic grasp of the extent of the corruption and the people implicated. • After understanding the key areas of detailed and documented corruption, and understanding that those in control of the checks and balances in government are too corrupt to address the corruption in which they have been implicated, then take steps within your areas of ability to address these matters. These steps include, for instance:
   
  • Using the Internet to inform others of the information.
     
  • Send letters to your members of Congress demanding that they conduct an immediate investigation, realizing that they will do everything possible to prevent any meaningful investigation.
     
  • Those with funds, and who are able to find a lawyer that is not beholden to the corrupt elements in government, pay to have federal lawsuit filed under the federal crime reporting statute and another statute to report the corruption to a federal judge. A federal judge must receive that information under the federal crime reporting statute, and then turn it over to appropriate government agencies. In most cases, this is the U.S. Department of Justice, one of the most corrupt−if not the absolutely most corrupt−of all federal agencies.
     
  • Form groups to protest. Groups are protesting virtually any type of trivia, so it should not be too much to expect protests that focus on the corruption and greed that has inflicted such incredible tragedies upon a sheep-like American public.

  • To best understand the extent of the corruption, a suggested sequence of reading would be the following:

    The chances of these steps being taken? Virtually nil. Today's Americans are preoccupied with all forms of trivia, their values are below what is needed, and their history or reaction to information of prior corruption is dismal. This writer, nearing the end of his life, sees very little chance that the courage and efforts needed will ever be taken.

How Corruption in Government's Aviation Safety Offices
Directly Enabled 9/11 Hijackings to Occur

Decades of reported arrogance and corruption in the primary government's aviation safety offices, the FAA, and decades of resulting preventable airline disasters and deaths.

The Corruption in the FBI and CIA Played Major Roles in
Carrying Out the Scheme To Hijack Four Airliners on 9/11

Information in the various books written by and with the help of CIA, FBI and other government insiders clearly show a corrupt culture in the CIA and FBI that undoubtedly played key roles in the failure to act on the large amount of known intelligence. Although congressional hearings and the 9/11 Commission identified this failure, as usual, they withheld the evidence of deep-seated corruption and criminal activities within these two key government offices.

Last Lawsuit Prior to 9/11, Which
Could Possibly Have Prevented 9/11

Seeking to report corruption in the government offices where the primary, and the secondary, areas of blame for 9/11 would occur, Stich filed a lawsuit in the federal courts  at Reno, Nevada, April 24, 2000. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF)

While that action was pending, and shortly after 9/11, Stich filed a declaration in that law suit showing the relationship of the corrupt activities stated in the lawsuit, and the complicity of the defendants whose actions sought to halt Stich's exposure activities through sham legal proceedings. Repeated Cover-Ups by Federal Judges

A notice of appeal was filed to the dismissal by Judge Reed in Reno, and an appeal brief was filed with the court of appeals at San Francisco. May 15, 2002. (MS Word) (Adobe PDF)

The Ninth Court court of appeal blocked the due process right to appeal to proceed, stating in an April 12, 2002, order that Stich had been permanently blocked by a 1994 injunction from filing any appeal briefs. These are rights guaranteed by the laws and Constitution of the United States and available to terrorists and murderers, but not to Stich! (Further information on that action.)

Federal Judges Had Vested Interest in Continued
Cover-Ups and Attacking Former Federal Agent

These were the same courts that blocked the federal actions against the FAA and NTSB years earliermaking possible a number of related airline disasters and deaths. From that day on, federal judges had a vested interest in covering up for the corruption, blocking Stich from making any other reports, and assisting in the various legal attacks that had the purpose of halting his exposure activities.

Initially, the gravity of the consequences from the corruption in the government's aviation safety offices were so horrendous, with frequent airline disasters and the horrible deaths and misery associated with them, motivated Stich to continue his efforts to circumvent the endemic blocks that protected the corruption in government.

One Last Effort: Filing Lawsuit
Where the Major Damage Occurred

One last effort was made to report the criminal activities, especially those that were responsible for the area of primary blame (the government's aviation safety offices) and the areas of second blame (the FBI and CIA).

New York City had experienced once before the world's worst airline disaster, as a United Airlines DC-8 crashed into the Brooklyn borough of New York City. That was one of the crashes that caused the FAA to give Stich the assignment to correct the conditions responsible for the worst series of airline crashed in the nation's history. Stich then had the hands-on, almost sole federal safety responsibilities for that program.

• Each of the appellate judges continued the cover-ups and protection of the people involved in the legal schemes and protected those involved in the underlying corruption that was being reported. The ripple effects continued.

Giving Up on Judicial Remedies After Many Years

With that final cover-up by the entire 2nd appellate circuit in New York, the former federal aviation safety agent, who had fought for so many years to halt the arrogance and corruption, gave up on the judicial system.

The Virtually Unrecognized Catastrophic Ripple Effects

It was ironical. That prior airline disaster in New York City, the world's worst, would then be the site for the world's worst air disasters--those of 9/11--in the same city. And arising from the same culture and corruption that had been identified years earlier, and which had been subject to the standard widespread cover-ups. If those cover-ups had not occurred, the arrogance and corruption that still exists in a few segments of the Federal Aviation Administration could have been corrected. The hijackings of four airliners on 9/11 would not have occurred if the known and long overdue easy and inexpensive procedures had been in place. It is highly probable that the terrorists entered the aircraft cockpit with keys: the keys taken from the female cabin flight attendants (something that federal safety inspector Rodney Stich had recommended years earlier be changed).

The Catastrophic Ripple Effects

Few people recognize the awesome ripple effects from seemingly remote acts.

Cover-Up by 9/11 Commission

The 9/11 Commission was fully capable of recognizing the areas of hard-core misconduct that created the conditions enabling four groups of terrorists to hijack four airliners, but as in prior hearings, shifted attention away from these areas and focused on more innocent-sounding failures. Some of the commission members, such as former member of Congress, Hamilton, had been involved in prior cover-ups, such as October Surprise.

Former federal air safety inspector-investigator, who had a very responsible position within the FAA and had acquired considerable knowledge of the deep-seated culture associated with many prior airline disasters, was ignored. The commission was fully aware of his existence:

Despite the 3,000 deaths on 9/11, and the history of many prior airline disasters that could be expected to have resulted from the same problems being reported by a former government air safety professional, they cavalierly ignored and covered up for the deadly problems.

There was testimony given, or information made available, to the 9/11 Commission by other government insiders that revealed matters far worse that simple failures, and which were withheld from the report.

Over the years, federal judges perpetrated acts that constituted crimes under various criminal statutes.

Decades of Deadly Effects of Corruption
And Cover-Ups in the Aviation Environment

Corruption to Continue and the Consequences

Former federal agent started making a record of the cover-ups by members of Congress starting while he was a federal agent and major airline disasters were occurring in his immediate area of federal aviation safety responsibilities. Over the years, as he learned of other areas of corruption that was inflicting great harm upon the people and upon the United States, he continued to report these mattes to them. Never once did they make a meaningful response, or request the congressional investigative office, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to receive his evidence.

As a result of their pathetic conduct, many deaths, and many tragedies, have occurred, and will continue to occur. Evidence that they were notified is shown by:

Multiple Lawsuits May Sound Bizarre, But
Justified by the Facts and Deadly Consequences

The criminal activities that former federal agent Rodney Stich and a group of other former government agents sought to report were continuing to inflict grave, deadly, catastrophic harm upon many people, and upon the United States. If only the long series of deadly airline disasters were involved, the repeated attempts to repose and expose the arrogance and corruption that made the crashes and deaths possible justified the actions, even if only one person had the courage to make the effort.

If any one of the lawsuits had not been blocked by the long series of federal judges, the conditions that enabled terrorists to hijack four airliners would have been long ago eliminated. Those conditions still exist.

• Lawsuit filed against the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court on the basis of their repeated obstruction of justice and cover-ups of criminal activities by federal judges over whom they had supervisory responsibilities. They played a role in such disasters as 9/11, by blocking government insiders from reporting the criminal activities that were adversely affecting national security.

• The gravity of the corruption, and the gravity of the deadly consequences, motivated former federal agent Stich to use these and other efforts seeking to inform the public and get support to bring a halt to the mutating corruption and resulting tragedies.

TWA Flight 800 and Surface-to-Air Missile

The evidence in this crash heavily indicates a surface-to-air missile brought down TWA Flight 800. The political NTSB board members barred any of the witnesses to the missile sighting to testify, and then focused entirely on a matter for which there was no evidence. They then blamed the disaster on a spark in the fuel tank. But ten years later, the FAA still had not ordered any changes to the fuel tank, indicating their recognition that a spark did not cause the downing of TWA Flight 800. The scenario is detailed in Unfriendly Skies: 20th and 21st Centuries. This cover-up is a standard practice that Stich first discovered while he was a federal aviation safety agent.

The Complacent Public
And the Great Tragedies They Make Possible

  Tragedies That an Informed
  Public Could Have Prevented

  All forms of human tragedies have been inflicted upon the people of the United States from the corruption discovered by the people behind this site−and made possible by enablers in and out of government. The below pictures are only a sampling of the consequences from the documented corruption that are able to be portrayed graphically. The tragedies in other areas resulting from the corruption, cover-ups, and public indifference, are not shown here.

  United Airlines crash into New York City, the world's worst at that time. Withheld from the Amererica public were the reports by federal safety inspectors-investigators showing a continuing pattern of corruption, fraud, criminal alteration of major government required records−and the standard abuse of those few inspectors attempting to require the airline management to comply with industry standards and clear requirements of federal aviation safety requirements−and FAA management to require compliance. None of the guilty, the enablers, to these and the continuing fraud-related crashes ever were held accountable for the hundreds of deaths that they enabled to occur.

     

              

     

  These few examples of the horrors associated with airline disasters enabled to occur by documented corruption withheld from the American people. The standard culture of cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the continuing series of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people.

  In criminal law, people are accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the consequences.
