(MS Word) (Adobe PDF) The Ninth Court court of appeal blocked the due process right to appeal to proceed, stating in an April 12, 2002, order that Stich had been permanently blocked by a 1994 injunction from filing any appeal briefs. Federal Judges Had Vested Interest in Continued Cover-Ups and Financially Destroying the Former Federal Agent These were the same courts that blocked the federal actions against the FAA and NTSB years earliermaking possible a number of related airline disasters and deaths. From that day on, federal judges had a vested interest in covering up for the corruption, blocking Stich from making any other reports, and assisting in the various legal attacks that had the purpose of halting his exposure activities. Initially, the gravity of the consequences from the corruption in the government's aviation safety offices were so horrendous, with frequent airline disasters and the horrible deaths and misery associated with them, motivated Stich to continue his efforts to circumvent the endemic blocks that protected the corruption in government. New York City had experienced once before the world's worst airline disaster, as a United Airlines DC-8 crashed into the Brooklyn borough of New York City. That was one of the crashes that caused the FAA to give Stich the assignment to correct the conditions responsible for the worst series of airline crashed in the nation's history. Giving Up on Judicial Remedies After Many Years With that final cover-up by the entire 2nd appellate circuit in New York, the former federal aviation safety agent, who had fought for so many years to halt the arrogance and corruption, gave up on the judicial system. The Virtually Unrecognized Catastrophic Ripple Effects It was ironical. That prior airline disaster in New York City, the world's worst, would then be the site for the world's worst air disasters--those of 9/11--in the same city. And arising from the same culture and corruption that had been identified years earlier, and which had been subject to the standard widespread cover-ups. If those cover-ups had not occurred, the arrogance and corruption that still exists in a few segments of the Federal Aviation Administration could have been corrected. The hijackings of four airliners on 9/11 would not have occurred if the known and long overdue easy and inexpensive procedures had been in place. It is highly probable that the terrorists entered the aircraft cockpit with keys: the keys taken from the female cabin flight attendants (something that federal safety inspector Rodney Stich had recommended years earlier be changed). The Tragic Ripple Effects Few people recognize the awesome ripple effects from seemingly remote acts. Cover-Up by 9/11 Commission The 9/11 Commission was fully capable of recognizing the areas of hard-core misconduct that created the conditions enabling four groups of terrorists to hijack four airliners, but as in prior hearings, shifted attention away from these areas and focused on more innocent-sounding failures. Some of the commission members, such as former member of Congress, Hamilton, had been involved in prior cover-ups, such as October Surprise. The Assistant U.S. Attorney, George Small, initially responded by called Stich and advising him that he was recommending to his Washington superiors that they support the suit. Washington then instructed him to oppose the suit. Complicit with decades of FAA corruption was the corruption by the political members of the board of the National Transportation Safety Board. The political NTSB board members barred any of the witnesses to the missile sighting to testify, and then focused entirely on a matter for which there was no evidence. They then blamed the disaster on a spark in the fuel tank. But ten years later, the FAA still had not ordered any changes to the fuel tank, indicating their recognition that a spark did not cause the downing of TWA Flight 800.
