For Enabling 9/11 Hijackings

How the Information was Discovered
Decades earlier the author first discovered the serious misconduct responsible for many of the nation's worst air disasters while he was an inspector and investigator with the Federal Aviation Administration. In this position he was responsible for air safety at the world’s largest airline. Aggressive investigations over a 30-year period revealed hardcore corruption in other areas of government that has inflicted grave harm on tens of thousands of America’s people. His attempts to correct the deep-seated culture of corruption was blocked at every turn.
Members of Congress admitted the gravity of the corruption and then refused to receive the evidence, claiming the problems were not in their areas of responsibility. Justice Department employees covered up for the criminal activities involving people in control of the system. Federal judges blocked the exposure activities. Lawyers and judges worked together to block the reports, despite the continuing national tragedies.
Blocked at every turn, Stich exercised every conceivable remedy to halt the deadly misconduct, including:
Acting as independent counsel in the FAA.
Filing federal lawsuits under the crime reporting statute to report the federal crimes to a federal judge as specifically required by the clear wording of that statute; and under the statute that permits any citizen to seek a court order requiring a federal official to perform a mandatory duty and to halt unlawful conduct.
Publishing books to inform and motivate as many people as possible in an attempt to circumvent the blocks in the three branches of government, and appearing as guest on hundreds of radio and television shows.
The book is an exposé by a group of government whistleblowers, exposing years of Trojan horse corruption against America and its people by “leaders” in the three branches of government, and the cover-ups, all of which defrauds the American people. It is a chronology of great harm that continues to affect the people, almost all of whom are unaware of the source of harm.

Misconduct Making Possible 1993 Bombing of World Trade Center.
The misconduct by Justice Department personnel and politicians preventing prosecution of drug traffickers and terrorists in the New York and New Jersey areas is described. Described in detail is the retaliation against dedicated government agents and how this misconduct enabled the New Jersey terrorists to escape prosecution and carry out the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. The bombing was carried out during the period that the head of a multi-agency task force was in prison for having sought to halt the activities of the Jersey City terrorists.
Missile Downing of TWA Flight 800.
This chapter describes, from the viewpoint of a trained and professional federal aviation safety inspector and investigator the evidence showing that a surface-to-air missile brought down TWA Flight 800. It describes the continuing pattern of cover-ups by the political members of the National Transportation Safety Board in covering up for the evidence of a missile attack.
Copies of letters sent by the author to many members of Congress, prior to the downing of TWA Flight 800, warning of surface-to-air missile attacks, information which he acquired from some of his deep-cover CIA and FBI personnel.
Initial lawsuits filed by the author seeking to report the criminal activities in the government's aviation safety offices that he initially discovered while a federal aviation safety agent. September 11, Continuing Deja vu Air Disasters.
This chapter deals with the history of misconduct, primarily in the aviation safety offices, that created the conditions enabling 19 hijackers to seize four airliners on September 11, 2001. It shows where the primary blame was for the events of 9/11 that brutally killed 3,000 people.
In addition to the documented hardcore misconduct that led to the events on that day, it shows the many people in government who became complicit in the blame for 3,000 deaths as they covered up for the misconduct in the government aviation safety offices.

This chapter deals with the people who covered up for the primary blame for the events of 9/11. They include federal judges, members of Congress, Justice Department lawyers, and others. This age-old practice of the system protecting itself insures that the pattern of misconduct, cover-ups, and resulting tragedies will continue.

History of Tragedies and Related Enablers
All forms of human tragedies have been inflicted upon the people of the United States from the corruption discovered by the people behind this site−and made possible by enablers in and out of government. The tragedies in other areas resulting from the corruption, cover-ups, and public indifference, are not shown here.
United Airlines crash into New York City, the world's worst at that time. Withheld from the Amererica public were the reports by federal safety inspectors-investigators showing a continuing pattern of corruption, fraud, criminal alteration of major government required records−and the standard abuse of those few inspectors attempting to require the airline management to comply with industry standards and clear requirements of federal aviation safety requirements−and FAA management to require compliance. None of the guilty, the enablers, to these and the continuing fraud-related crashes ever were held accountable for the hundreds of deaths that they enabled to occur.
These few examples of the horrors associated with airline disasters enabled to occur by documented corruption withheld from the American people. The standard culture of cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the continuing series of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people.
In criminal law, people are accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the consequences.
