Appeal for Help

John F. Kennedy once said that the important thing is not what the country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. This thinking has gone out of fashion a long time ago, and Kennedy himself may not have really meant what he said. But, now is the time when that phrase is of urgent importance, as the cancerous-like corruption is spreading throughout government, including the courts. People are being routinely falsely charged with offenses, or charged with exaggerated offenses, perjured testimony is being knowingly used by prosecutors who often seek the assets that are forfeited with the sham or exaggerated charges. Constitutional rights that existed for decades are being steadily destroyed by the very same judges who are entrusted to uphold and protect these rights.

While America's men and women are being incarcerated and their lives and families destroyed, at record levels, usually due to alleged drug offenses, people in key government positions have been smuggling drugs into the United States in record amounts, starting with the CIA. The group of concerned government agents who contributed to these books have the evidence to force changes. But without enough of the public helping, this evidence is of no value.

If a fraction of the people protesting trivial matters would publicly protest these crimes against the people of the United States by those in control, many relief can be forcibly brought about. 

These and other crimes against the American people have been covered up, feloniously, by the same legislators who have legislated draconian prison sentences for those with peanut-quantity of drugs, who have legislated the draconian seizure laws, who have legislated the paramilitary assaults on families on almost any pretense, sometimes killing innocent victims. 

Judges are among the most corrupt, probably sharing equal billing with their legal comrades in the Justice Department. Forty years of documented judicial corruption can be found in the books, the third editions of Defrauding America and Unfriendly Skies and the first edition of Drugging America.

Tens of thousands of men and women are charged with offenses, some who are known to be innocent, with an attitude that would probably make the Nazi in Hitler's early days look like boy scouts.

Any appeal for help must be focused on those very few who have the backbone, the courage, the moral integrity, the concern for the United States. And it is only a very small percent of America's adults who can be counted on for at least considering helping. 

Judicial and Government Anarchy

The gravity of the endemic corruption in government offices, the resulting offenses against the American people, the taking away of previously existing rights and protections under the Constitution requires that the small number of people capable and willing to help provide some meaningful assistance to fight the spreading cancerous growth consisting of corrupt people in key government and judicial positions. Do nothing, and you are part of the problem. With sufficient help from those very few, we stand a chance of fighting the arrogance and corruption by those in key government positions.

What is Needed to Force Changes

  • Expose the pattern of lying, perjury, fraud, by prosecutors and other members of the Justice Department responsible for putting many innocent people in prison, or into prison on grossly exaggerated charges, or for prison sentences far out of proportion for the nature of their offenses. This is especially bizarre when the crimes of those legislating the harsh punishment, or those doing the prosecuting, are considered.
     
  • Expose the crimes by government personnel, starting with the drug smuggling into the United States by the CIA, the DEA, the military.
     
  • Expose the crimes of cover-up of these and other criminal activities by members of Congress, the Justice Department, much of the broadcast and print media.

The urgency to help, in addition to the responsibility,
is especially important for:

  • Those with love ones in prison, especially with long prison sentences on fabricated charges, exaggerated charges, or with long prison sentences totally out of proportion to the gravity of their offenses. Sharing the blame for bringing this about are the members of congress who try to make themselves look tough on crime to the incredibly naive public by legislating long prison sentences, who legislate outrageous and unconstitutional seizure and forfeiture statutes and the misuse of the conspiracy statutes. 
     
  • Those who face prison on thumped up charges and perjured testimony from witnesses paid by the prosecutors.
     
  • Those who are in prison can help. Start a writing campaign. If you or a love one has money available, contribute it to our tax deductible corporation, Ombudsmen To Promote Government Integrity, 
     
  • For those military personnel who fought in one of America’s military services to protect the United States from attack, your efforts are being undermined by thugs in key government positions and the courts who are a literal Trojan Horse subverting the United States, its people, its constitution, and its freedoms. 
     
  • For those who face prison on thumped up or exaggerated charges by government prosecutors and informant, start now to help in any way you can. Your freedom may depend upon it.
     
  • For those Christians spending large amounts of time praying and seeking to convert others to your religion, do something meaningful and help. Not a single Christian leader has provided any help in these matters, devoting themselves to getting more people in their churches.
     
  • For those protesting trivial (or stupid) matters, seeking to halt threats to some insect such as the cockroach, or interfering with the employment of people in foreign countries, or sticking your nose into their affairs, divert your attention to something real that is in your area of responsibility before it is too late.

Of This Arrogance and Corruption

Any and all of the books referenced here contain many examples of the victims of the government and judicial arrogance and corruption. Consider a few examples, which could be you tomorrow::

  • Paid government informants, paid perjurers, testifies falsely that you and/or your wife or husband were seen with drugs. On his paid testimony, and the payment could be his release from prison, your are brutally seized, chained, and put in jail waiting trial, The prosecutor gives the informant the perjured testimony for the grand jury and trial jury, and the naive jury--some call them brain dead--believe everything the prosecutor and his or her paid informant (or government agent) says. Your assets are seized, your children placed in foster homes, and you may never see them again, and you or both of you go to prison for many years. Maybe for life. You think it can't happen? It is happening, al the time, because of the do nothing, see nothing, hear nothing attitude of the average American who hero is a ball player and that may be the extent of his concern!
     
  • You have become successful in your business, with assets that are attractive to people in government. Drugs can be planted on you, or you can be set up on false drug charges. Or you can be forced into bankruptcy by government insiders where all your assets are corruptly taken, thanks to corrupt judges, trustees, attorneys, and maybe even the CIA. 
     
  • A paramilitary force bursts into your home in the middle of the night, shove powerful weapons into your face and that of your wife and children that could go off at any time, or either one of you could be murdered. They can't do this, you say, it isn't constitutional! Come on, wake up, these things are happening all the time and worsening, against, thanks to the American public who are too lazy to react.
     
  • You put an ad in the newspaper to sell a car, or a home, and one of the thousands of government informants or agents come by and show an interest, while talking a blue streak. They casually mention receiving drug money, which you either miss, or it goes right over your head. Or you think this hasn't got anything to do with you. Think again, you accept a check, you are put into chains, sent to jail, a court-appointed attorney is hired to defend you who has a greater loyalty to the system then to you. You are found guilty by the typical naive jury, you go to prison, you lose your assets, and your wife divorces you. Your life is over. And these are only a few examples of what is done to innocent people. 
     
  • And then there is the horror stories associated with jail and prison life. 
  • What has been done and is being done to thousands of Americans would surely spark riots if people only knew what was being done to them by the arrogant thugs described in the books.  Mind control or attention control is through fostering gluttonous-attention on ball games and other trivial matters. 

Here is how you can help

  • First, get fortified with factual information. Start by reading the three books written by courageous insiders, consisting of several dozen present and former government agents, former drug traffickers, and other insiders, all of whom seek to expose the hypocrisy, arrogance and corruption by people holding key government positions, including judges. These books are the third editions of Defrauding America and Unfriendly Skies and the recent edition of Drugging America. Without knowledge of the facts, you cannot properly help the cause. The information and evidence is there for the asking.
     
  • For those willing to do it, parade in front of federal buildings with signs, especially federal court houses, that make reference to some aspect of the many corrupt activities described in the books, especially Drugging America, along with the name of the book. Drugging America focuses on the government’s arrogant and corrupt war on drugs, directly affects more people, and covers matters that are easier to understand. Defrauding America goes into more sophisticated corruption in government and is a good follow-up to Defrauding America.  Unfriendly Skies focuses on corruption in the aviation field that has been responsible for many deaths, but the public does not seem to be interested in that area despite the threat that the documented misconduct affects all people who fly. 
     
  • Tell others about the books, and encourage them to buy it. Many people buy them by the case and distribute them to people that they know will read it. (Don’t waste your time on the brain-dead or those who have no courage or moral fiber to show any concern about these matters.)
     
  • Continue to call into radio and television shows, describing the problems and the books that several dozen government agents have contributed to as insiders.
