Food-for-Thought Topic

This first of a series of food-for-thought comments relates to the area of primary blame for 9/11. Despite considerable attention to this area, the primary areas have not been touched. These matters have been carefully kept from the American people by people in control of the system, in the three branches of government, just as many other areas of corruption and related tragedies over the past few decades have been kept secret.

The comments in this "food-for-thought" issue brings in a little-understood--but immensely important--issue: that of the ripple effect from matters far removed to the actual event that enabled the tragedy to occur. Other definitions would be the blowback or "butterfly effect." Understand this relationship and the start of events relating to great tragedies can be recognized. Simple as this is, it doesn't seem to be understood by most people.

Consider the Sequence

Four groups of terrorists were able to board four different airliners, enter the aircraft cockpits in flight, and take control of the aircraft. These takeovers were made possible by documented corruption far removed from the actual events.
The hijackings, of course, led to the Bush administration ordering carpet bombing of Afghanistan and the invasion of Iraq. What then followed were:
- The deaths of tens of thousands of Iraq men, women, children and infants.
- Deaths and maiming of thousands of U.S. military personnel and other members of the invading and occupying forces.
- Worldwide hatred for Americans throughout the world.
- Explosive growth in people wanting to kill Americans.
- Financial costs that stagger the imagination, and that will surely doom many social programs.
- Catastrophic events that have yet to occur and will continue long after the people that started it in the White House, or those who enabled the events to occur, have been long gone.

Consider the People Whose MisconductCreated the
Conditions Enabling Terrorists to Hijack Four Airliners

Without their misconduct, the known measures to prevent decades of airliner hijackings could have been implemented years earlier, and certainly during the several years prior to 9/11 that it was known terrorists were planning to hijack U.S. airliners.

The responsibility for preventing airliner hijackings were not the people in the FBI and CIA. The clear responsibility was with the people in the government's aviation safety offices, and primarily the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). It is incomprehensible that this simple fact is not recognized.
- Corruption in the primary government offices responsible for preventing the 50 years of prior airline hijackings.
- Unprecedented initial lawsuits filed by former federal safety agent seeking to report the corruption within the FAA and NTSB responsible for conditions enabling several major airline disasters to occur--including several on that former government agent's area of federal aviation safety responsibilities.
- Unprecedented earlier action by that FAA inspector-investigator, seeking to halt the deep-seated culture of corruption responsible for numerous airline disasters. Using the law in an imaginative manner, he acted similar to an independent prosecutor, conducting four months of hearings that further proved his charges. Portions of his final closing brief. - Culture of corruption in the FBI that was hostile to the culture that was needed to discover and act on the hijacking plans of four groups of terrorists that led to the 9/11 hijackings.
- Culture of corruption in the CIA that was also hostile to the culture needed to discover the considerable indications of a planned hijacking of U.S. airliners. As described in many books, especially in Defrauding America, people in the CIA and former CIA agents have engaged for years in corrupt activities that continue to inflict great harm upon major national interests.
Members of Congress have carefully circumvented these areas. And there is a reason. Some were implicated in covering up for the deep-seated problems that were responsible for decades of easily preventable airline disasters and other America tragedies. - Partial list of letters sent to members of Congress over many years, seeking to provide testimony and evidence of corruption in key areas of the government's aviation safety offices that had been directly involved in a number of specific airline disasters--including several occurring in that person's direct area of government air safety responsibilities.
Members of the 9/11 Commission, that blocked a former federal agent (and other insiders) from presenting their evidence that revealed more than anything else reported by the Commission, the areas of corruption that enabled the 9/11 disasters to occur.
- Letters and declarations sent to 9/11 Commission, by former key federal aviation safety agent, seeking to provide information known only to a few government insiders about the culture in the government's aviation safety offices that created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to hijack four airliners on 9/11.
The culture and misconduct in the FAA and other government aviation safety offices were reported and documented in official government records, federal court filings, and in letters to members of Congress. This misconduct created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to enter the airline cockpits on 9/11; and also blocked for decades known safety problems that resulted in many otherwise preventable airline disasters. This area is the first that must be understand to understand the far-reaching ripple effects, the blowback consequences, that caused the 3,000 deaths on 9/11--and many other deaths.
This deadly culture was first reported in court records by the filing of lawsuits by a former federal agent who desperately sought to halt the deep-seated corruption in the government's aviation safety offices that enabled decades of brutal airline disasters to occur. The judicial cover-ups related to those lawsuits had many ripple effects, including those on 9/11.

Consider the People Whose Misconduct Enabled
The Scheme to Proceed, Despite Prior Knowledge

Members of Congress. Government insiders, including FAA inspector-investigator Rodney Stich, repeatedly brought the corruption and the continuing consequences to their attention. This included specific airline disasters occurring in the immediate area of federal air safety responsibilities of Rodney Stich. The reaction? The most outstanding trait in the United States: cover-up! This cover-up and obstruction of justice continued even after the events of 9/11.
Federal judges. Former FAA inspector Rodney Stich sought to circumvent the widespread cover-ups to report the criminal activities to federal judges via reports under the federal crime reporting statute and the statute permitting anyone to seek a court order halting corruption of government officials. During a 20-year period, Stich and a group of other former government agents filed actions in federal courts to report the corrupt and criminal activities, starting with those in the government's aviation safety offices (that made 9/11 possible), and then the corruption in the CIA, FBI and Department of Justice (that had a secondary role of blame for 9/11).
- These agents also sought to report other criminal activities, including drug smuggling into the United States by people in the CIA, most of which are detailed in Defrauding America and other books by Rodney Stich and a group of other former government agents. These matters continue to constitute a greater threat and source of actual harm to Americans than the terrorists, and are not receiving the attention by thoughtful Americans that they deserve.
Repeatedly, federal judges blocked the reports of criminal activities that they were required to receive as part of their administrative duties. This refusal to allow the information of criminal and even subversive activities to be reported constituted repeated obstruction of justice.
Over a period of years, federal judges issued unconstitutional and unlawful orders barring former government agent Rodney Stich from ever filing any papers in federal courts, which acted to prevent him and his group of other government agents from reporting the criminal activities that they had discovered in various government offices and in covert operations.
Compounding these corrupt and criminal judicial acts, federal judges and Department of Justice prosecutors charged former government agent Ro9dney Stich with criminal contempt of court for attempting to report additional criminal activities that later made 9/11 possible, another ripple effect.
Department of Justice personnel repeatedly covered up for the deadly misconduct when notified by government insiders. In an attempt to keep these criminal matters from being reported, Department of Justice officials charged one government agent, Rodney Stich, with criminal contempt of court and sentenced him to six months in feder4al prison after Stich filed a federal action seeking to report the federal crimes under two federal statutes permitting and requiring such reports. This DOJ cover-up and obstruction of justice was first discovered by Stich while he was a government agent and then continued over many years. An understanding of DOJ and FBI corruption in other areas makes it easier to understand the corrupt culture that exists in the government agent.

Cover-Up by Members of Congress

The congressional hearings into the catastrophic events of 9/11 were more suitable for such trivia as excessive watering of the White House lawn. Members of Congress had to cover up for the primary area of blame for 9/11--the failure of the people in the government aviation safety offices--as members of Congress covered up for decades of warnings from government insiders about the deadly ripple effects of the culture and corruption within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the political board members of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).

Unprecedented lawsuit filed against members of Congress in the federal courts at Washington, and also at Reno, Nevada, based upon their cover-ups and obstruction of justice. the purpose of the lawsuits were to make a judicial record of the charges and of the responses by the defendant members of Congress.

In their answer, they admitted being told of the criminal activities in government operations, that they took no action, but that they were immune from the consequences under the Constitution's Speech and Debate Clause.

The misconduct charged to the members of Congress far exceeded the gravity of the misconduct that media people finally exposed in 2006 shortly before the elections, when a number of members of Congress were sentenced to prison.

Cover-ups by 9/11 Commission

Government agents, especially Rodney Stich who held a key hands-on aviation safety position in the FAA--the area of primary blame for the conditions allowing terrorists to hijack four airliners on 9/11--tried to provide evidence showing the culture in the government's aviation safety offices that created the conditions enabling terrorists to hijack four airliners on 9/11. The commission members repeatedly blocked this testimony and evidence from being made part of the record, thereby continuing the decades of cover-ups and obstruction of justice.

Lawyers and Law Firms

Lawyers and law firms were involved over the years in the multiple schemes undertaken to prevent Stich and his group of other insiders from revealing the extent of corruption in government offices to the people. Their roles are described in Stich's Defrauding America, Unfriendly Skies, and Lawyers and Judges: American Trojan Horses.

Not a single one ever sought to help expose the corruption, enabling the corrupt conditions to continue that enabled other airline disasters to occur.

The intrigue associated with 9/11 and the many other areas of misconduct that continue to threaten and harm Americans is far more complicated than stated here, and is revealed in the various books written by former government agent Rodney Stich with input from dozens of other insiders over a period of many years. Like no other books, these books written by government insiders in easy-to-understand language helps to show a much larger picture of the extend of the corruption facing the American people.

It is important to recognize that for various reasons the people in control of the system will not, repeat, will not, halt this corruption. Anyone who tries will be quickly discredited.

Despite many books written by many professional government insiders, despite thousands of radio and television appearances, the system hasn't changed. Today, more of the active adults were not aware of the pattern of corruption in government, and can be expected to do nothing---as with their predecessors. They become part of the blame for what is becoming increasingly more dangerous, harmful, and very possibly, catastrophic for the people of the United States. The books, therefore, help to show what the indifference has brought about in the past, and the far worse tragedies waiting for them in the future.

Corruption-Related Tragedies
That Could Be Photographed

All forms of human tragedies have been inflicted upon the people of the United States from the corruption discovered by the people behind this site−and made possible by enablers in and out of government. The below pictures are only a sampling of the consequences from the documented corruption that are able to be portrayed graphically:

United Airlines crash into New York City, the world's worst at that time. Withheld from the Amererica public were the reports by federal safety inspectors-investigators showing a continuing pattern of corruption, fraud, criminal alteration of major government required records−and the standard abuse of those few inspectors attempting to require the airline management to comply with industry standards and clear requirements of federal aviation safety requirements−and FAA management to require compliance. None of the guilty, the enablers, to these and the continuing fraud-related crashes ever were held accountable for the hundreds of deaths that they enabled to occur.

These few examples of the horrors associated with airline disasters enabled to occur by documented corruption withheld from the American people. The standard culture of cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the continuing s4eries of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people.

In criminal law, people are accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the consequences.

Again, the system kept from the blissfully unconcerned American people the underlying enablers. The documented culture enabling to occur dozens of fatal airline disasters spread to other areas of government. One of the areas that most American will suffer from for many years to come is the recent housing and financial frauds. Even these ongoing events have not shaken the average American from their lack of outrage and efforts to finally use the documented material that is capable of making massive changes in the culture of greed and corruption. But that takes courage, integrity, effort−the evidence of which is sadly lacking.

After 40 years of effort, this writer no longer expects the outrage and effort to occur to reduce the enormous extent of greed, corruption, cover-ups, and enablers. However, efforts are made to document and describe as accurately as possible what most Americans are helping to continue.
