Brief Introduction Former federal agent Rodney Stich and his coalition of other former government agents and insiders had sought to report the corrupt activities in the government's aviation safety offices related to a series of specific airline disasters, and also criminal activities in other areas of overt and covert government activities. The authority for doing this was the federal crime reporting statute and the statute that permits any citizen to seek a court order requiring a federal official to perform a mandatory duty and halt unlawful conduct. The first of numerous attempts were made in the late 1970s, as Rodney Stich filed papers in the federal courts at San Francisco to report the criminal activities in the FAA and NTSB to a federal judge that he had discovered during his official federal duties. The reports of the federal crimes to a federal judge were required by the federal crime reporting statute. Failure to have made such a report would have been a criminal offense. As a matter of criminal statutes, federal judge must receive any report of a federal crime reported to them as part of their mandatory executive responsibilities and not their judicial responsibilities. Their responsibility then is to turn the information over to the proper federal department, which is usually the U.S. Department of Justice. Any failure or refusal by federal judges to receive report of a federal crime would constitute an obstruction of justice crime by the judge. Every time that federal judges blocked the reporting of existing criminal activities, the crimes continued, along with the resulting harm. In the aviation sector, that consisted of continuing crashes and deaths. So with every judicial cover-up, subsequent federal judges had to also commit the crime of cover-up to protect the earlier obstruction of justice and related harm by earlier federal judges. A series of catastrophic events occurred while great harm was being inflicted upon the former federal agent reporting the enabling corruption that he and his coalition of former intelligence, law enforcement, and aviation safety personnel discovered during their professional and official government duties. If the considerable evidence is understood, it would reveal probably the worst series of corrupt activities, involving people in control of large segments of the U.S. government, that is the worst series of scandals among the major nations in the world's history. See introduction for a start. The Sequence Four groups of terrorists were able to board four different airliners, enter the aircraft cockpits in flight, and take control of the aircraft. These takeovers were made possible by documented corruption far removed from the actual events. The hijackings, of course, led to the Bush administration ordering carpet bombing of Afghanistan and the invasion of Iraq. What then followed were: The deaths of tens of thousands of Iraq men, women, children and infants. Deaths and maiming of thousands of U.S. military personnel and other members of the invading and occupying forces. Worldwide hatred for Americans throughout the world. Explosive growth in people wanting to kill Americans. Financial costs that stagger the imagination, and that will surely doom many social programs. Catastrophic events that have yet to occur and will continue long after the people that started it in the White House, or those who enabled the events to occur, have been long gone. Corrupt Enablers of 9/11 Hijackers Without their misconduct, the known measures to prevent decades of airliner hijackings could have been implemented years earlier, and certainly during the several years prior to 9/11 that it was known terrorists were planning to hijack U.S. airliners. The responsibility for preventing airliner hijackings were not the people in the FBI and CIA. The clear responsibility was with the people in the government's aviation safety offices, and primarily the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). It is incomprehensible that this simple fact is not recognized. Corruption in the primary government offices responsible for preventing the 50 years of prior airline hijackings. The culture and misconduct in the FAA and other government aviation safety offices were reported and documented in official government records, federal court filings, and in letters to members of Congress. This misconduct created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to enter the airline cockpits on 9/11; and also blocked for decades known safety problems that resulted in many otherwise preventable airline disasters. This area is the first that must be understand to understand the far-reaching ripple effects, the blowback consequences, that caused the 3,000 deaths on 9/11—and many other deaths. This deadly culture was first reported in court records by the filing of lawsuits by a former federal agent who desperately sought to halt the deep-seated corruption in the government's aviation safety offices that enabled decades of brutal airline disasters to occur. The inbred culture created the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people. These included for instance victims of the: Department of Justice prosecutorial misconduct, people being falsely charges with crimes in order to improve the prosecutors' career. The explosion of violent crime related to drug smuggling into the United States, in which CIA assets were major players. Series of financial frauds appearing every few years, with the latest housing and financial implosions surfacing in 2008. Seizure of assets from innocent people. Harm to People Overseas From High-Level Corruption in the United States In addition to the decades of harm resulting from the systemic corruption of key people and groups in the U.S. government, affecting aviation safety, financial, human rights, in the United States, there is the harm from outside sources brought about by the actions of U.S. politicians affecting people in other countries—such as the history of invading and killing foreigners—there are the successful "terrorist" attacks made possible by high-level corruption, and then there are the foreigners who are also victims from the same high-level corruption that adversely affects the American, but in a different form. In criminal law, people are accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the consequences. Harm to the American public in non-violent areas. Harm to people of other countries. Harm to the few people in the United States fighting the high-level corruption in a meaningful manner. Harm in general. Suggestion to people outside the United States.
