A Cross-Word Puzzle Related to Understanding the Hidden
Areas of Blame for the 9/11 Hijackings

What deficiency enabled four groups of terrorists on
9/11 to hijack four airliners and kill 3,000 people, and set the stage for
an invasion of Iraq that has so far killed several hundred thousand
people, with no end in sight?

Failure of FAA management to order the known preventative measures
to halt the years of worldwide airline hijackings. These include:
- (a) possession of the keys to the cockpit doors by
female flight attendants, who can be easily overpowered by terrorists
and access gained to the cockpit (indications are that this was how
the terrorists on each of the four aircraft gained entry to the
cockpit). With the almost daily warnings received by the FAA of the
plans by terrorists to hijack four airliners, the FAA could have
ordered the airlines to immediately remove those cockpit door keys
from the cabin flight attendants.
- (b) permission to carry knives on board the
aircraft, that can be used to incapacitate crewmembers; After the
hijackings, passengers were allowed to carry knives onto the aircraft
that were up to four inches long. Even a two-inch-long razor blade is
a lethal instrument.
- (c) failure to order the cockpit doors strengthened
(although it is highly improbable that the cockpit doors were broken
down. Most airline pilots would have put the aircraft into an unusual
position to halt anyone working to break down the door to the cockpit.
Was the knowledge of this deficiency known?
- This and many other safety deficiencies were known
and repeatedly reported by the few competent FAA inspectors. Even FAA
inspector Rodney Stich, among the many written and oral reports on major
safety problems and safety violations that he made, were reports on the
need to order changes to prevent airline hijackings. In his book,
Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries (which is the fourth
edition of the original book), he details and documents these problems).
Was the danger of airliners being hijacked generally
known?
- Airliners had been hijacked for years, often with
fatal results. The U.S. government received numerous reports during the
two years prior to the 9/11 hijackings that airliners were to be
hijacked by terrorists. The FAA had received almost daily notices during
the final few months prior to 9/11.
What people had the direct responsibility for
ordering the known preventative actions for the expected airline
hijackings?
- People within the Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA), with additional responsibility by the political board members of
the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
What people, or who, sought to report and correct these
problems that would shortly kill thousands of people?
- Although several FAA inspectors addressed the serious
cultural problems in the FAA management system, the longest attempts
were made by
Rodney Stich, starting after he was given the assignment to correct
the conditions that at that time were resulting in the worst series of
airline disasters in the nation's history.
What airline crashes had already resulted from these
problems?
- The book,
Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries, details many of the
airline disasters made possible by the conduct of FAA management that
retaliated against those inspectors who reported serious safety
problems. Further, worldwide, there were a constant stream of airline
hijackings occurring, some of them ending fatally.
What were some of the efforts that were taken to
correct these deadly problems?
- Making numerous written and verbal reports on a broad
range of serious safety problems that were at that time resulting in a
continuing series of airline disasters every few months. These reports
included the hijacking problems.
- In desperation, using the law in such a manner that
Stich acted similar to an independent prosecutor, conducting several
weeks of hearings, similar to a court trial, with reporter and hearing
officer, bringing in FAA management and having they testify. Stich's
closing brief warned of the deadly consequences (which did occur) if
the hearings resulted in a cover-up. During the hearings, three
additional airline disasters occurred, each one due to the very same
problems that Stich had repeatedly reported in writing, and for which he
suffered retaliation.
- Made numerous
reports to members of Congress, who admitted the gravity of the
problems and did nothing,
- Contacting members of the political board of the NTSB
(at that time called the CAB Bureau of Aviation Safety), informing them
of the problem, and being told they already knew of them. They did
nothing.
- Reported the criminal aspects of the safety problems
to various U.S.
Department of Justice personnel, who engaged in a cover-up.
- Contacted media people, who showed no interest. This
lack of interest and cover-ups would continue for the next 40 years as
Stich acquired other information about criminal and subversive
activities involving key people in government.
- Stich left government and started a publishing
company to
publish books revealing the corruption, thereby circumventing the
blocks in government and by media people. The first of many books was
the first edition of Unfriendly Skies, published in 1978
- Started appearing as guests and expert on hundreds of
radio and television shows in 1978, which totals over 3,000 at this
time. As a result of these appearances, a continuing series of other
government agents started contacting Stich with information and evidence
of corruption in other entities and government operations that were
inflicting great harm upon the country. Stich then wrote
books based upon this considerable information.
As the airline disasters resulting from the problems
within the government's aviation safety offices continued to occur (in
1978, the frequency of crashes greatly decreased), Stich then started
filing
federal lawsuits seeking to report the
criminal activities. The authority for these attempts were the federal
crime reporting statute that requires anyone who knows of a federal
crime to report the crime to a federal judge or other federal officer.
Since members of Congress and DOJ personnel covered up and refused to
receive the information, Stich exercise the requirement to report the
crimes to a federal judge, who then was required to receive the
information as part of his administrative (not judicial) duties. Other
authority was the
statute that permits any citizen to file a lawsuit seeking an order
requiring a government official to perform his mandatory duty and to halt
unlawful conduct.
- In the first two
lawsuits against the FAA and NTSB, federal district and appellate
judges stated during oral argument that the charges were very serious,
but then refused to receive the information. At one point judges held
that these were issues for Congress to investigate (but Stich was only
seeking to report the criminal acts, as he was required to do by
criminal statute, and the judges were required to receive the
information as part of their administrative (not judicial) duties. DOJ
lawyers filed papers to dismiss the actions, thereby obstructing
justice.
- Later, as Stich learned from his numerous sources of
criminal activities in other areas of government, in 1986, Stich
again attempted to report the crimes against the United States to a
federal judge. At the first hearing in that action filed in the U.S.
district courts at Sacramento, California, U.S. District Judge Milton
Schwartz admitted the gravity of the charges. But a week later,
violating the requirements for a hearing, he dismissed the action and
issued the first of over half a dozen orders that permanently barred
Stich from filing any papers in any federal district or appellate court.
- Subsequently, as Stich learned of criminal activities
in matters of national security from CIA assets that were part of the
activities, Stich again sought to report these matters to a federal
judge. In response, U.S. Attorney David Levi and several judges
(including Raul Ramirez and Milton Schwartz) charged Stich with
criminal contempt of court, denied him a jury trial, and sentenced
him to six months in federal prison, shortly after leaving the hospital
for multiple coronary bypass surgery. Stich was 67 at that time.
- While in prison, federal judges, working closely with
a CIA-front law firm and lawyers, unlawfully and unconstitutionally
seized Stich's $10 million in
real estate assets and liquidate them, converting Stich from a
multi-millionaire to a state of poverty. the intent was to seize the
assets that funded Stich's "foolish" David vs. Goliath activities
attempting to expose and halt the deadly corruption that he and a group
of other former government agents had discovered during their official
and professional duties.
- Shortly before the hijackings of four airliners on
September 11, 2007, Stich made one last attempt to report the corrupt
activities that would shortly made possible the hijackings of four
airliners and kill 3,000 people. That
lawsuit was filed in the federal courts at Reno, Nevada. Again, the
federal judge blocked Stich from reporting the criminal activities.
- After 9/11, the last and final attempt to meet the
obligations under the federal crime reporting statute was made by filing
a
federal lawsuit at New York City, where most of the 9/11 lawsuits
were filed. Again, federal district and appellate judges, the U.S.
attorney, and every Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, blocked that
lawsuit from proceeding, thereby preventing the American people from
learning about this widespread corruption and the related catastrophic
consequences made possible by the cover-ups.
Where were the American people, who knew about these
serious charges that were in the aviation arena resulting in many deaths,
and in the other areas showed widespread corruption affecting national
security? Probably many of the relatives of those who perished in
fraud-related airline crashes heard Stich on his several thousand radio
and television appearances or who read his books, and probably even some
killed as a result of the 9/11 hijackings heard him. But none showed any
outrage, or any patriotism that needed they to help expose the crimes.
They all played a small role in the events that happened on 9/11, and many
of the other tragic events resulting from the corruption.
What are some of the ramifications for America, it's
government institutions, and its people, from these cultures?
- In the aviation arena, the deaths of many people and
the peripheral tragedies associated with their deaths. That includes the
3,000 killed on 9/11, and the hundreds of thousands of other deaths that
resulted from the corrupt reaction to 9/11.
- The various offices of the government of the United
States have been corrupted to the degree that there is virtually no one
that can expose the guilty, making the checks and balances almost
meaningless.
- Media people who kept the lid on these scandals over
many years are now so heavily implicated that they cannot possibly
expose what they helped to cover up. The result is that certain media
personnel and political pundits can openly and repeatedly lie to the
people, knowing that most are too ignorant of the true state of affairs
to know they are taken for fools.
- The United States, and Americans, are hated
throughout the world, and their conduct had bred people who want to kill
Americans all over the world, which the American people have yet to
experience.
- The United States is spending itself into financial
bankruptcy, which will make the financial depression of the 1930s
child's play, and will be associated with widespread riots and anarchy.
As people in the Department of Justice and federal
judges were repeatedly blocking the reports (obstruction of justice), a
series of legal actions were taken against Stich, first by a
CIA front law firm and their
lawyers, and eventually by others, requiring over 50 lawyers and law
firms, all trying to halt Stich's exposure activities. These activities
started in 1982 by the San Francisco law firm of Friedman, Sloan and Ross,
and focused on stripping Stich of the assets that funded his exposure
activities.

Many books have been written about 9/11, but
none provides evidence (not ridiculous conspiracy theories) by sophisticated
insiders about the incompetence and corruption of so many different people and
groups in the United States, as documented by two key books written by former
federal agent Rodney Stich. Both should be read and the information understood
to put the readers into a class by themselves as to the most complete picture of
what made those 3,000 deaths possible, and the same culture, and people, still
in position to enable future and worst catastrophic events:

Corruption-Related Tragedies
That Could Be Photographed
All forms of human tragedies have been
inflicted upon the people of the United States from the corruption
discovered by the people behind this site−and
made possible by enablers in and out of government. The below pictures
are only a sampling of the consequences from the documented corruption
that are able to be portrayed graphically:

Withheld from the Amererica public were the reports by federal safety
inspectors-investigators showing a continuing pattern of corruption,
fraud, criminal alteration of major government required records−and the
standard abuse of those few inspectors attempting to require the airline
management to comply with industry standards and clear requirements of
federal aviation safety requirements−and FAA management to require
compliance. None of the guilty, the enablers, to these and the
continuing fraud-related crashes ever were held accountable for the
hundreds of deaths that they enabled to occur.


These few examples of the horrors
associated with airline disasters enabled to occur by documented
corruption withheld from the American people. The standard culture of
cover-ups in the United States enabled the corruption, cover-ups, to
mutate into different areas. In the aviation area, although the
continuing s4eries of airline disasters eventually came to a halt for
other reasons, the culture continued, and enabled to occur a number of
easily preventable airline disasters. The inbred culture created the
conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to easily hijack four
airliners within a few hours of each other and kill nearly 3,000 people.
In criminal law, people are
accomplices, and guilty, if they know of a criminal act and fail to
report it to proper authorities and also to take efforts within their
capability to halt their continuation. And there are endless numbers of
accomplices that are complicit in these crimes and enablers of the
consequences.
Again, the system kept from the
blissfully unconcerned American people the underlying enablers. The
documented culture enabling to occur dozens of fatal airline disasters
spread to other areas of government. One of the areas that most American
will suffer from for many years to come is the recent housing and
financial frauds. Even these ongoing events have not shaken the average
American from their lack of outrage and efforts to finally use the
documented material that is capable of making massive changes in the
culture of greed and corruption. But that takes courage, integrity,
effort−the evidence of which is sadly
lacking.

After 40 years of effort, this writer
no longer expects the outrage and effort to occur to reduce the enormous
extent of greed, corruption, cover-ups, and enablers. However, efforts
are made to document and
describe as accurately as possible what most Americans are helping to
continue.
